Natural Health in Welwyn Hatfield

Had an appointment at 11am to see audiologist. On arrival not one member of the three staff working acknowledged me. I took a seat in the waiting area where for 25 minutes those 3 members of staff walked past me numerous times. No eye contact, good morning or indeed any interest as to why I was there. I find it the height of rudeness to ignore any customer that enters your premises!! After my appointment, which was half and hour late, I left without feeling the desire to shop.

I don't come in here very often but whenever I have I am always greeted by a friendly staff member who is more than happy to help. I would recommend this place for health purposes. Natural remedies and good advice by nice people.

Always try to choose any vitamin supplements and health foods from here when in the area . The staff are always very knowledgable about the stock and always on hand to give advice .
