Food was all nice and hot when delivered and all food was really good, it was delivered in only 35 minutes so for a Friday night that was the quickest wait

Mid week treat, and tonight pizza and kebab was our choice this time. We ordered and then collected within the time scale given. All correct when collected. Piping hot still when we got the order home. Good food and plenty for all.

Again, not my usual takeaway spot, but my son likes the chicken kebab from here. We both ordered one each, and thoroughly enjoyed it. With salad, dips and pita bread, it is the healthier takeaway option! 

Not our usual takeaway spot, but wow, this was lovely. Opted for the chicken, donar and shish kebabs. Lovely and flavoursome and ready at collection time. Plenty of salad and sauce. Good value family treat with free garlic bread, which we asked to be upgraded to a cheesy one!

Ordered a pizza and to be fair apparently I made a mistake with my order but way I was spoken to on phone was extremely disappointing. Have had food from here a few times but the blonde ladies attitude leaves a lot to be desired.....

My cats felinehood had more girth than this calzone. It was literally the worlds thinnest pizza with no toppings folded over and thrown into a standard pizza box. If your actually hungry I would suggest making a sandwich yourself instead of wasting your money here!

Chips missing from burger, not hot, just not the usual high standard we get, guessed they were really busy, will order again but maybe not on a weekend

Ordered on just eat still not arrived after 2hrs 15 mins , rung up twice 1st time just said they were busy 2nd time 2hrs later said it was on its way, still waiting, if I hadn’t have already paid when I ordered I wouldn’t be as chips were Luke warm and soggy! the pizzas and burger were of normal good standard though

Didn’t give me my naan bread but other than that good

We have had good food from Napoli consistently for the last 3 years and wouldn’t use any other takeaway in Driffield. On the rare occasion we’ve had a problem (items missing etc) these have been swiftly rectified the the staff.

Food was really lovely, but delivery times seem to be way off sadly

Over 1hr 40 mins to delivery, driver still demanding an additional £3 when the food eventually arrived!!

Everything was great with the order and spot on time

Sadly our food was 30min late and luke warm when it got to us. This isn't the norm for Napoli so not sure what happened!

Food was 45 minutes after the latest delivery time. Contacted the pizza place twice to be told it would be 5 minutes and was actually half an hour. Food was average. Told on delivery that had to pay £3cash to the delivery driver. This was not made clear on order. Wouldn't recommend or order again. Highly disappointed

I am really not impressed every time I order I advice I don’t keep cash at home and that I have paid the delivery charge with my food via apple on my phone. Last time abs tonight at the door the driver asked for another £3, and was rather rude I explained that no other takeaways do this when we order and explained we had already paid £1 as the app requests. Won’t be ordering again

Really poor service had to ring twice to be told delayed due to being short staffed, shouldn’t take so many orders, nearly 2 hours from ordering is a joke

Food arrived within allocated time slot, 45 mins after ordering, which seems to be the norm in driffield for some reason? Food was piping hot, 3 chicken kebabs all absolutely packed full of chicken, tasted lovely. Free garlic bread wasn't great, couldn't really taste any garlic on it, but it was free so can't moan about that really. We only ever order from here now as we've found it to be the best for kebabs in driff!

Ordered whilst on holiday. Gave directions, shared location. Food arrived near 2 hours late, pointless!!

Ordered deal 4. The burger was like chewing a old Welly and the pizza must have been thrown around cos the topping was everywhere!

Chips arrived hot along with pizza and was early which was a bonus. Great service and delivery.

The kebab meat was quite nice but I can't say I've ever been delivered a kebab with a shop-bought pitta before - not only that, it was tiny and just plonked on top of a load of dry kebab meat (not even cut open and put together for me!) and the sauce was served separately, too. It was literally all the ingredients for a kebab but not bothered to put it together.

We’ve ordered twice from this restaurant now as our usual take away has been closed for a few weeks and i think we have found a new favourite. The pizzas and sides are hot, tasty and delivered quickly. I also think everything we’ve ordered has been a very good price and the delivery driver was very polite x

The food was an hour late and they forgot to put the chilli on my pizza (which I paid for) They offered no refund or apology. Shame as the food is nice but their customer service is very poor.

Ordered at 8.30 ready for pick up at 9. Paid on the app. My partner went to pick it up and they said they couldn’t find the order and then said they didn’t have the just eat app! So then re took the order and still wasn’t ready till 9.45. They didn’t have any coleslaw and said they would give us Mayo instead.. then didn’t give us any Mayo at all! Very disappointing!

Problems with just eat caused problems for the staff and customers alike. The problem caused queues outside the takeaway and resulted in my order being almost an hour late. If I hadn’t have ordered via just eat before I wouldn’t have ordered again but i Would return to the takeaway with how accommodating they were
