The managers ran a tyde ship tonight, making everyone work and made the night run smoothly. Food came out fast and was very tasty. The waitresses just need alittle more engagement with guest. Will be coming back

Got dumped into our seats without instruction other than "have you eaten here before?" Nothing on restaurant or from staff mentioned that you needed to order at the till. Waited for 15 minutes before flagging down a staff member who told us there was no table service so left. Spoke to very rude blonde lady at door who argued with me that there was no table service at any Nandos in the UK and told us we couldnt have had it a year ago at a different location even when both my partner and I remembered it. Very hostile and rude as well as a dirty establishment with scruffy staff with an attitude. If you want nandos, go to walsall and avoid this one!

Excellent service, went at a good time before it got too busy. Staff were proper friendly and service was excellent.

Fantastic customer service from Jemma on her first day at this Nando’s she put our order through with ease and ensured we had everything we needed. Dave the manager was also great and resolved a minor alteration to our two children’s meals. Nicki who was so friendly and also very professional at maintaining quality of the restaurant. This Nando’s has definitely set a high standard of customer service and this of course includes the food itself , well cooked and tasting great everything you would expect from Nando’s. Thank you to a great team !

Appalling customer service at Nando’s Bentley Bridge. Went for a quick take way order and while adding up the total I saw an amount on the till that said tax and when I politely inquired about it, the girl that took the order didn’t know about taxes she said I’m only 16 so I asked for the the manager, Lewis, who was incredibly dismissive and rude. He was demanding and insisted I pay without providing any explanation. His arrogant attitude and impulsive words made me feel bad in front of my friend As a paying customer I have the right to be informed why I pay a tax for my take away order I felt belittled and unwelcome as a customer. Dear General management please send Lewis to take some communication training and to fix his anger management issues and not lash at customers when requesting information. Please train your staff properly and stop hiring Kids to save money I will never go back in that place.

Very busy, refillable drinks not working smallest bottle of ginger beer ever for £4.00!! Meals aren't value for money, I'll stick to Grill It

Shocking experience having to wait for 45 mins to be seated , because we were a party of 8 we weren't allowed on the soft bench type seats in case we pulled the tables together so had to wait for 2 wooden chairs table in the windows to be vacant together which totally ruined the birthday vibe , the food orders were wrong on 3 meals , when a pint of beer was ordered we were told there were no pint glasses and they would bring one over when the glasses were clean even though we didn't mind 2 half pints. There were some young teenagers kept coming in store to fill pots with the nandos sauce and weren't questioned but allowed to continue to keep coming in .the majority of staff on the floor were under 18 and didn't have the skills to welcome or common sense to seat us as we promised not to move the tables , the oldest in our party is 90 ,we usually celebrate our birthdays here and spend a considerable amount of money but dont think we will be returning anytime soon

It's a Nandos. It's been a while since I was in one and now it's order via QR code or go to the counter to order, not really ideal especially as, was with a client for a quick lunch in between meetings and it didn't impress. Food was good, the amount of haloumi on the main was a bit pitiful but it was fresh and well presented. Staff were friendly but there is no atmosphere at all.

Always service with a smile and helpful staff. Go here on a regular basis and know staff by name. Matty and Chloe in particular always checking on my orders and making sure it’s all there and super warm.

Great food will be coming again soon.

Waited over 30 mins for food and it still ended up cold. Had to re order. Been coming to this restaurant for over 5 years now and every time service seems to get worse. Toilets are also always disgusting.

If you’re wondering what £80 gets you at Nando’s Bentley bridge…..it’s 4 of the photo! Couple of chicken livers they didn’t even cover the bottom of the box. Chips but no other sides, no roll and no garlic bread. Lost the love for my local Nando’s, this is the third time, nobody cares anymore!

First and last visit here, I think, food was good and tasty, but way too crowded and noisy for me. Couldn't get relaxed and felt rushed.

One of the best Nandos in the the Wolverhampton/Birmingham area. Really nice interior and service. Had a lovely server named Paige who was an excellent hostess and had perfect recommendations that made our Mother's Day special. The cocktails were a hit!

Staff greeting at door were friendly and polite. Till staff wanted to help me carry glasses for bottomless drinks. However they entered my butterfly burger as a butterfly chicken. (The assistant manager, Ryan, corrected this mistake). The food took 45mins to arrive, it was busy but still found this a long time and some of our food was left in the heater for 8mins so our chips were cold, but again replaced straight away by Ryan, and my wifes wrap was cold but she didnt want to complain with everything else. Due to the complaints and problems Ryan offered us free deserts, my children wanted the bottomless froyo but, even though its on the menu, they dont have the machine for this. So 4 of us went with the cheesecake, but there was only 1 left. In the end we found a desert they have in stock. Even then my son ordered the coconut gelato and recieved the chocolate one instead and, to top it off, they only had 2 desert spoons so had to also have 2 teaspoons. Ryan apologised for all the problems a few times and tried his hardest to help us. We wouldnt have minded as much if we hadnt paid £125 for the 5 of us.

Service was really poor. Food arrived before drinks and nobody came to check on us at all. After having waited 10 minutes from finishing and trying to get someone's attention for the kids ice cream had to go and find someone as everyone who walked past was avoiding eye contact... Chicken on a stick still in holder even after having the ice cream delivered, with all our plates still in front of us until we left. Loads of staff too so no excuses Food was average on the Nando's scale

I accidentally ordered the wrong burger and both Ryan's were absolutely brilliant and gave me the burger I wanted. Both Ryan's are both so friendly and helpful. Thanks guys

The loaded fries were just meh 🤷🏻‍♀️ too many fries and not enough chicken? The staff here are always friendly and accommodating! Parking is generally good and I’ve never waited too long for a table.

I ordered though Deliveroo, it was horrible chicken pieces looked eaten and seared before they had gotten to the house side dishes missing, I definitely will not be ordering as a takeaway from this location again. Very disappointing as eat in is quite nice but I can't trust the take away service again, it was all sealed which makes it even more scary

Poor service and average food. Ordered online for collection and when arrived you can tell they weren’t up for the task. Even having an arranged time slot, I had to wait almost an hour for my food. No acknowledgement was made and they literally sent me on my way. The food it self was below average and I am a huge Nando’s fan. The fact is Nando’s have competition from local takeaways and to get the same quality for half the price, this could be the demise of Nando’s.

Usual Nandos, small portion size for a large price. Nice flavours and piping hot. Quick service via online ordering.

The best Nandos Iv had ,food cooked perfect ,fizzy drink tasted great and great service ,the manager I think was Chloe seems go all out to make sure you have a great meal and service ,will be my regular Nandos now

Overall, it was a good experience, nice food, friendly staff. It was very busy and the entrance was packed with people waiting. We went back to the car until it was time to be seated after being put in a virtual queue as there's no way I can stand for that long. On the way out, it was even more packed with kids running around in front of you. Maybe it would be better with a separate exit and a waiting area so that people don't obstruct the entrance

I ordered a take away from Nandos and they did not contact me to let me know my order has been cancelled due to being lost and they cannot make another order. I waited 2 hours and had to call deliveroo to tell me my order has been cancelled. Very disappointed with the service.

Incredibly slow service. I won't be going there again as they seem to prioritise online orders over customers sitting in the restaurant.

Went about 4.30 on a Friday, quick service food as expected from Nando's, polite staff. Only thing with all Nando's is it's expensive for what you get, if this was organic chicken then fair enough but this is an expensive treat.

Chips were cold and chicken wasn't cooked properly plus I got food poisoning on top of that and mash was lumpy so 0 stars for me .

I do love the food here and staff are friendly, but 3 times we have been for birthday meals now - 4 adults and 4 kids, and everytime we are told something different to where we can sit due to health and safety issues as 1 child needed a high chair. From this, we never get to sit together as an 8 and end up on 2 separate tables of 4 everytime - disappointing

Service took a while today but the food was hot and tasty… staff were friendly and accommodating.

Ordered a delivery online and there was 1 burger and 1 pitta missing. Contacted support straight away and they stated they can't deliver the missing items and they have told me to wait 24-48hrs for an email and to send them a photo of what was delivered and the delivery label. Total shambles. AVOID ordering delivery, we've just had to drive to mcdonalds now.

Food was nice , has 1/4 chicken and 2 sides. Sides were nice but the chicken leg was very small and sides are much smaller than the one in nando wolverhampton city centre was much bigger especially the chicken , I seen drumstick on there own bigger.

Had booked online and were seated immediately. Garlic bread and macho peas were barely warm but chicken hot.

First time for me. Treated my grandaughter + her 2children aged 7+5. The 5yearold has eating difficulties. She almost emptied her plate so I was very pleased. Lovely meal. Thank you.

There was wait to be seated but as my sugar levels dropped as I am diabetic the lady let us in within 5 Mins and we could get our order sorted as urgent. Only wish they would allow dogs in then our full family can come in for dine-in.

It's a bit of a squeeze, when full, no privacy. It's a bit off-putting, if people on the next table talks load. Staff very friendly and helpful, very organised too.

My third time being to this Nando's. First time, food there was good - taste good, atmosphere was just like any other new eating restaurant. The second time, the food was still good services slow, atmosphere a bit loud. My third time now, food... no singing or dancing with the chicken. it's just CHICKEN. Putting the mildest to hottest pepper sauce on chicken doesn't make chicken taste any better, deep fried and making it crisp, doesn't make it taste any better too. SEASON the dam meat...not with just salt and pepper, but with SEASONING. Now with the service, a table was sorted for the party of ××××, being shown to the table it was wet, seating was wet, still after it was perp before we sat down. We the party had to use the napkins of the table to dry the table and seating. The good thing, is that a a well mannered  staff asked if all was OK, I thank you for doing so with a smile, and for getting the salt for me. "You don't know how much I appreciate what you did". Just to had this nothing to do with Nando's, why the hell do people chat their business out loud for all to hear. Season the dam chicken, salt and pepper and pepper sauce doesn't cut it.

Welcomed by staff, given menus and shown to a table. I ordered the Mushroom & Grilled Halloumi Wrap with Chilli Jam, Chips and Spicy Rice. The checkout operator was very friendly The food was delivered to the table in an acceptable time and was extremely tasty, especially the flat Field Mushroom with Garlic. A server checked to see if everything was OK and again, very friendly. This visit was the second and each time it's been a pleasant and tasty experience. I will definitely be visiting again. If you haven't tried it, DO.

Very nice and busy place. The staff is very friendly and you get seats easily. There are chairs available for children. Drinks are unlimited for everyone. You must visit if you are in and around the area.

Went here for lunch. Food was good and service friendly. Noticed there were 3 to 4 staff standing around by entrance. Most likely waiting for busy crowd later on...

The service was OK, could be better. Little things like not asking if we need anything else after bringing the order over. Food and overall cleanliness was good.

The tables were really sticky, the food was okay(ish). The staff was sort of nice but they have to improve customer service a little bit. Spent 170 quid ,but they could not give me extra plates for my birthday cake so we had to eat it from napkins... To me it's a never ever again. Hygiene definitely needs improving. Drink selection is very limited!

It went down considerably, especially after lockdown. I am usually ordering for delivery, portions are smaller, the food is always undercooked and it's badly packed, really unacceptable considering how much they now charge for it. On a positive note, they used to make a mistake on more or less every order (items missing or getting stuff randomly replaced) - they have considerably improved in that respect.

i’ve been coming to this exact nandos constantly since 2018. was my go to place for me and my friends/partner. the last 6 months the food has been SO hit and miss, awfully cooked chicken, pink, grisly, fatty and slimy. decided to go back again after one bad experience and chicken was slightly better on my half but not my friends. regardless, i went back again this weekend and the food was horrendous. the chicken was off such poor quality for both me and my partner, looking around it appeared the same for other people too. so disappointed with how the food has been cooked here for the past 6 months. and yes i’ve been a returning loyal customer even after bad meals, but this restaurant was amazing and you find yourself giving it the benefit of the doubt. but not anymore…

Went for dinner last night. Tables was sticky to the point everything on the table stuck to it. Had to ask 2 members of staff before got cleaned. Puddle of water under the table. Service was slow to place order. Waited about 40 mins before I could place the order then the man who took the order made me then wait another 5 minuites on top of that before I could finally place the order. Food came out good but has made me feel poorly today and that was the only thing I had eaten yesterday.

Wouldn't recommend bently bridge nandos!! Scanned code at table to order. 15mins later glasses for unlimited refills still didn't come had to go get ourselfs. Plus worst of all there was no clean cutlery. Got told there being washed an will have to wait after food got given to us. 5mins later.. Then got given wooden knife an fork which was ridiculous to cut chicken with. About 5mins had gone, staff was rather rude about the fact I asked again if any knifes were available.

Ryan and Gianni have been absolutely legends today. A real pleasure.

The one thing i thought funny, they ask about allergies, you say lactose free, and they give you 2 portions of butter 🤣🤣great food and service.

Table for 4 after 20 mins wait which was ok. However, we were seated at 2 very wobbly tables and when I eventually got hold of who seemed the most senior staff member (Nicki) and showed her the state of our table, I was a little shocked by the response "I didn't design these tables, I can move you if you want but you'll have to wait". I understand they are busy on a Saturday evening but more attention to customer service is required. We won't be going back to Nando's at Bentley Bridge again.

Ate here on the 28.2.23 for my daughters birthday we all had a lovely fantastic yummy food, was served by Rohan who was the perfect waiter he checked a food allergy thoroughly for me & was given lots of infirmation on food choices & how hot the sauces was, great help when it came to pudding choice to was a lil confused over a option. Always smiling, very polite & very helpful.. Roman has great customer service :) very happy to come back with the family:)

Ordered the wing platter in store and collected, when we arrived home we noticed that the wings were burnt. Called the store to complain and find out what solution they can give. The manager at first said to take a picture and send it to a number she was going to give. We told her we have taken a picture already but then she changed her mind and became rude and unwilling to help. She asked that we bring the wings back to the store and blamed us for not checking the wings before leaving the store, since when are customers supposed to open the boxes they packed and inspect the quality. When they were packing the wings they clearly saw that they were burnt but still went ahead to give us burnt food. She said she can't do anything about it without us coming back to the store, we explained that it was too far and what happened to the first choice of sending a picture. We asked for her name as we will be putting in a complaint and she said there was no point complaining since the complaint will go to her anyway then she hung up the phone. Edit: Received a follow up of complaint and issue resolved. Thank you very much Sam!

Delivery arrived with chicken wings half cooked and cold tasted disgusting when I called for re-delivery they told me contact Deliveroo and when I did they said it was Nando’s responsibility Will never order from here again
