Omar the manager is so so welcoming definitely the friendliest Nando’s I have ever been in !!!

Came in on 5/11 was amazing service by Sylvia and everybody who was working that night, food came out quickly and very tasty 100% would recommend!!!

Very busy outlet but they always have a very friendly service. Their manager Omar is really great

Went in there last night around half 8, the service was absolutely amazing. Walked in feeling welcomed by a guy, I wish I got his name. While we were eating our food, he made sure everything was okay which was amazing. Genuinely the best customer service I've ever seen. The team there as well as the guy that served us, had such a positive attitude. The food came within about 10-15 minutes and the food was AMAZING, it definitely hit the spot

I had a fantastic experience at Nando's Wandsworth! The service was excellent, and the staff were friendly and attentive throughout. A special mention to Omar, who went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed—his friendly demeanor and professionalism made our visit even better. The food was, as always, delicious and came out promptly. I’ll definitely be back soon!

Husband severely injured his knee emailed photos and had no acknowledgement just like in store. He hit his knee of the steel bar on the booth

I ordered a simple chicken wrap on its own and had to wait 30mins for it. Paid extra to include halloumi cheese and there was no cheese. Quite disappointing

Never actually pack the entire order for delivery. Multiple times I’ve had pieces of dishes missing. For example, no houmous with the “houmous and peri peri drizzle” dish?

Was there earlier than expected in order to pick up my order. I was greeted at the door and offered something whilst I waited. The food was given to me sooner than I expected and was steaming hot. Will definitely be back

Talha is always so lovely, helpful, and genuine in the Wandsworth Nando’s. He always serves with a smile and It’s always a pleasure to see him.

The staff are very helpful and attentive. Amani helped us with everything we needed and exceeded our expectations of service quality that I would usually expect. Good job!

This is an ace Nandos. Staff friendly and sound. Place really clean. Food as good as always. Right by the cinema so you can gorge and then relax into a movie.

Well. This is by far the best Nandos restaurant. The food always comes quickly and is (in my eyes) cooked to perfection. Chicken is neither too dry or dripping, chips are always crisp. Their sweet potato fries are simply sublime. The service is always spot on, friendly and welcoming. Prices are extremely good for what you get. The restaurant itself is well kept and clean too. Can't say more than that other than keep doing what you're doing. No wonder this place is always busy.

Not the greatest experience, and extremely poor for Nandos. Many items out of stock, the app for this store didn't have the full drinks selection, and the venue was really squashed and noisy. Chicken wings were very small. Nearby 'Smoky Boys' looked a much better place to eat.

I felt compelled to leave a review i went in to this nandos around 20 mins after it opened so the staff where a little rushed off thier feet, how ever honestly the staff in this nandos where incredible you would think it was a fancy restaurant, they where friendly and couldnt do enough for you and honestly felt like they generally appricated your custom Food was good the same standard as an nandos Keep up what you are doing 👏

Nandos is great but the are slowly pricing themselves out of the market.

Nice, fresh, hot food. It's a very busy restaurant. But very clean & tidy.

My favourite nandoes I come here a lot. Shiraz is a very polite and sweet man always making sure we have what we need with a lovely smile in this face. This man deserves a raise he is honestly so sweet

Arrived at 3:30 pm, the place was chill. Easily found a seat and got served right away. Left my discount card in the office, but they were cool about it. Food showed up in a speedy 15 minutes. No hassles, solid 5 stars.

The chicken was nice and tender and the fries was exactly how I liked it. For the first time in Wandsworth Nando, I felt I had a good food service, it was so lovely to be asked by the staff Omar “how the food was”excellent service .

This restaurant is a rip off! I ordered two chicken breast and was served with one whole breast cut into two pieces. The entree size mac&cheese is priced from out of this world! When queried, the staff simply stared that they have no control over the menu! I don't recommend this restaurant at all!!!!

Got the tomato and feta salad, now i have food poisoning. Fun times. Not only that but my food sat on the hotplate for about 45 minutes whilst employees messed about and served people at a snails pace. Dont bother

Absolutely no customer centric vision. Management not trained to make the guest happy. I went for dinner tonight and we’d wanted to use our voucher code for desert and the guy at cashier that we could use on the website too, while we paid we could claim it, so called the manager which didn’t care to listen or apologize even though the cashier told us the wrong info. Mate, business can’t grow with management with no sensibility to assume responsibility and make the guest happy. Never coming back

I’ve ordered a butterfly chicken with 2 sides, they said it was 2 chicken pieces joined, and it wasn’t definitely ! It was not a whole breast chicken , it was half butterfly.

(USED BLOODY PLASTER IN MY FOOD!!!)Do not get food from here, 1 star is too much. I was eating my meal, chips, garlic bread and a wrap. It wasn’t until I got to my poorly wrapped wrap that I found a used bloody plaster in my food. From the looks of things it looks like it was put there on purpose, it could be tainted with hiv for all I know. I will be taking the plaster and reporting this to the police and food standards agency first thing. (Ordered through Deliveroo, from Nandos Wandsworth.

Friendly staff but it's better to go there on weekdays because it is less busy. During weekends is always busy and have to wait 30mins for your table.

One of my old time favourite branches. The staff are friendly and helpful. I Can't really fault them and have been here every so often when passing and fancying some good atmosphere and welcoming service. Went here for a lunch treat today and got my favourite dish and I was impressed as always. It was fresh, tasty and well presented as I expected of course. If you live local do visit and enjoy your food there. I would recommend the Fino pitta, 4 boneless chicken thighs and the macho peas for a side.

I ordered my meal and asked for no spicy sauce( plain Chicken). I got given a spicy chicken. I sent the food back and got told that " we marinade the chicken with spicy sauce " instead of giving me another chicken thats plain. On top of that it was delayed by about 35-40 mins. Very bad experice

Where do I start, came into restaurant around lunch time, plenty of staff and free tables, I choose to sit outside. Came inside to order my food as app was not working... this is where it went all down hill they had 1 person on checkout manager was walking up and down...After about 25mins I approached another staff member to see if another till could be open...the staff member tried but was told by someone else she'll have to ask manager. 30mins later manager says the other tills are not working and to order through app as its quicker... I already tried this but never worked) Eventually ordered my food at till however my food did not arrive more time went past a staff member came out and asked what we had ordered. We were then served like warm food. Poor service, poor food

The dining experience at this restaurant was delightful. The food is really good as always. Also the staff is incredibly friendly and attentive, making the overall visit enjoyable and satisfying..!

Sadly the system to order from the table didn’t work properly and we had to wait a little longer than expected. The wonderful Olla came to the rescue and made sure our food was next out of the kitchen. She also gifted our table desserts. Please give her a raise. Three very happy customers. Thank you

We ate here on a weekend and the restaurant was full but we were seated after 5 minutes. They were organized which is a good thinf. After we self ordered, food came fast even though there were lots of customers As usual, Nandos food was great. We ordered our usual... 4 thighs lemon and herb Fries Halloumi sticks Sweet potato Mashed potato Rice

Really enjoyed a lot today , Mr. Brenden and his service towards me and my friends was fabulous. He was very patient and helpful with everything. He served and asked if we needed anything. Very happy with the service and would recommend Mr. Brenden to get a big raise. Cheers.

I was here last week. Enjoyed my usual grilled chicken pitta with regular sides. It was not too busy. Ambiance was nice. Staff very nice and polite. Greeted and served with smile. I like the flavours of Nando’s sauces. Do try their peri salted chips and rice, wild herb sauce and halloumi sticks if you haven’t before. This one is right next to Cineworld inside the Southside shopping centre 🏬

im writing this review because as far as eating out goes! this was the best service I have had in a long time! the manager ola was so friendly, accommodating and helpful, infact went above and beyond to cater to me And my 3 children and make sure we were 100% satisfied customers. food was also amazing! After a little stressful cinema date with 3 kids and the 3 year old making it rather stressful lol I was hesitant to attempt to sit in a restaurant! thank god I walked into nandos! by end of our visit I felt less stressed and relaxed ready to re face motherhood! lol thank you ola and the nandos team! xxx

By far the worst experience I’ve had with online ordering and delivery. If they don’t send missing items like today where I have a delivery with no chicken… the whole order goes missing. I’ve reported this on various occasions and eventually stopped ordering from them and used Putney. If you want to receive your delivery don’t order from Nando’s Southside! Horrible

The manager basically told us to leave. Very disappointed I couldn’t use the app and the till was down and they told me order from the qr code but then there was no internet so was asked to leave without finding a resolution. Ridiculous!

I ordered a chicken pitta with coleslaw and it was awful. There was literally a few scraps of coleslaw and the chicken wasn’t even hot. The waitresses were pleasant and it was replaced but the whole experience wasn’t good enough. I wish I had taken a photo as I still cannot believe that anyone would think that it was acceptable to serve that to a customer.

We went here a few weeks ago and we was disappointed! Firstly we queued for about 10 minutes got to the front of the que and the waiter said wait over there it will be 10 minutes for a table. So we did, it had been nearly 20 minutes and in that time we saw people going in and getting seated before us. After a while of this we went back to the front and asked the waiter what was going on and he apologised and said he had forgot about us. We then eventually got seated I went to the que to order the food and this was very time consuming only one person infront of me I would like to point out, with only one person taking the orders! I waited 15 minutes for this one person to order and have a good chat which was ridiculous! Anyway the food arrived we got the halloumi was delicious, broccoli, boneless thighs, spicy rice, chips and a whole chicken. Everything was lovely accept the whole chicken that was extremely disappointing it was very dry and looked like they forgot to put the marinade on it. At the end the waiter felt bad about forgetting us he bought over a slice of chocolate cake which was kind. Also tried my first ever Portuguese tart and wow was good. Overall I have to say this time was not a great experience at Nando’s in Wandsworth.

I visited this Nando's after trying to get a table for weeks and weeks, when my husband asked the manager to change his red wine as it was cold, she started to argue with him. She was quite rude and trying to make out my husband was wrong in saying that his wine was cold and he wanted a new glass of wine that was not in the fridge. After a few minutes of going back and forth she relented. She is not fit to manage this place. Horrible and nasty experience. i visited Nando's yesterday at around 2ish, my son and I walked into Nandos, no queue a young server came up to me, I asked for a table for three she then proceeded to take us to a table when another server intervened and said oh no the people outside are waiting, I looked out and saw a "white" couple browsing the menu, I then asked this server for a table for three and he said there is a waiting time of 30minutes, so my son and I went outside, I called my husband and asked him to go in and ask for a table for three my husband is white and the same server told my husband to follow him he has a table. Now come on, if this is not racist behaviour then I do not know what is! I made a remark and said a table free when I just asked and was told 30minutes, he very rudely said yes something just became free, hello I was outside you could see me standing outside and you still gave a table to my white husband and not me!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! get your act together. I was born in SA and experienced this sort of racism there but to find it at Nando's in London is a disgrace.

worst experience ever. Dry chicken, a wrap that was missing the cheese, and to top off an already disappointing evening out, the staff start sweeping the rubbish from upstairs down the stairs and there were lollipops flying down the stairs with tomato sauce lids and dust right by where we were eating downstairs. I complained to the manager who made a feeble attempt to apologize and then asked his staff to stop, who then wanted to become vocal about who had complained, at which point I was far from shy in coming forward It spoilt the evening, weak management, giving nados a wide berth. Overrated nandos so KFC here I come

To begin with the food was amazing for nandos but my experience with the service was disappointing as our order for take out was not processed for 30mins as they made a mistake with organising the takeaway slips. After approaching a member of staff they quickly recognised the mistake and fixed it and also threw in a free dessert for our troubles. The toilet is what you would expect for a nandos, clean but only to where you won't be disgusted, nothing out of the ordinary but one down side is that trying to recruit me to their staff via their toilet mirror was very unprofessional. Will go again.

Takeaway only after 9pm? Got told to come back in an hour came and told takeaway only at 9pm

After Nelson Mandela (RIP Sir), Nando’s is the best thing to come from South Africa! Nando’s Wandsworth does the franchise proud. Great friendly service, pleasant atmosphere & as hoped delicious, wholesome food for the soul. The thighs were succulent and full of flavour, the Spiced Grains & Butternut bursting with goodness & the Tenderstem Broccoli with Garlic, simply perfection. Highly Recommended 😋

Haven’t ordered from Nando’s in a little while and don’t think I will bother again. The wrap was badly put together - a big chunk of chicken at one end and all the pineapple and halloumi at the other, which I ate first and wondered where the chicken was! The pineapple was tough and tasteless. Overall the wrap was like a bag of thrown together ingredients. Much worse than it was in the past, I didn’t enjoy it at all. The garlic in the garlic bread tasted odd. The corn on the cob literally tasted like it was grilled over a cigarette ash tray. The chilli jam was missing from the sweet potato wedges - as ALWAYS on takeaway delivery orders. There was no peri peri salt on the peri chips I ordered. Prices have gone up. Cannot believe this not enjoyable meal for 2 cost £50

The staff were extremely nice in general and very patient at a very busy time! we have been going to various nandos branches but the service was very bad with ignorant staff! but since we decided to attend nandos southside the reception has been wonderful! sometimes we decide to eat in and with young child messing the table the staff are just amazing and don’t make anyone feel unwanted. i have also noted the queue in nandos wandsworth is very long but the staff are almost there and try especially in this weather to keep customers wait inside! special thanks to mohammed who served us today as we were getting takeaway and Amanda we appreciate you and keep the positive spirit!

We waited an hour for food after ordering and it took ages to order in the first place. QR code didn’t work. My son’s chicken was less than two square inches and my daughter’s order was really spicy when we asked for mild. Other people who came after us were served first. I’ve been to other Nando’s and really enjoyed it so I’m not sure why this experience was so awful. My son was crying he was so hungry!

So I went in for a takeaway. I sat down to wait for my order. Then I was asked to get up off the table I'm at because of peope going to eat in. So I'm just standing in the middle waiting. That's so odd. I was not even advised to go somewhere to wait. They just let me stand there lol

i've been waiting for an hour and my food hasn't arrived, i told them i have an appointment they said i shall receive my food by 8 but it makes no sense i have to make it to the appointment and everything so i'll be later for it, i do not recommend this place

Order over internet is ver slow. Order crashed and had to repeat but payment was taken. Staff don’t want to help take order using tablet. Don’t waste your time going here with kids.

Waited quite a while for our meal, others at the table with us received their orders well before we did, we ordered halloumi and mushroom, not sure how chicken is prepared faster than halloumi. The manager was polite and apologetic but was literally the only person who was.

Regular customers. Friendly staff and food is always cooked perfectly. At busy times there can be a wait for a table but that’s understandable as it’s not a very big restaurant.

The food was OK rather small portion that had to be returned.Very dirty toilets and seating.Some staff were attentive and courteous others were brisk and lacked charm by not soley focusing on the job in hand-which is to run an efficient restaurant.

Extremely disappointed with this Nandos brunch, bottomless drinks were off and only option of drink was coke zero. Furthermore, i got a chicken butterfly and the breast size was the size of my hand palm, asked the waitress and she said it was normal size! Plus, kids food came extremely cold!

Absolutely loved Arshiya‘s service. Very patient, bubbly and serviceable. She ensured our food came on time, prepped our table and got us sorted from beginning till the end! Amazing!

It's inside of shopping centre so you have all you need

Amazing food and we enjoyed a lot but service is bit slow.

Slow service, frenetic patrons and staff, tables and chairs are too closely packed and there is a general grimyness to this seemingly very popular place - the zero coke concentrate was out and I informed the table server but surely there should have been an alert or something to prevent this? It is also typically more expensive than other places but you have limited choices at this mall. That all said, the app worked ok, the food tasted good and the portions were good.
