Food was very nice and service very helpful. I'd made a mistake in the order and the staff remedied it without complaint. It was appreciated. Quick service. Only issue is if like ourselves you use the QR code the phone service can be poor in that part of the Phoenix. Make sure you use the companies website to save time and stress.

Ordered on the app easy-peasy. Food was ready on time nice and hot. The staff where friendly and polite. Offered sauces and cutlery canny fault them.

We took my papa for lunch to this Nando’s and were extremely disappointed. Whenever we have been to a Nando’s we order a whole chicken and that is what we receive. However, at this Nando’s they just gave us 2 chicken thighs and 2 wings with about 1/4 of the breast. When we asked about it and explained how the whole chicken usually came, the manager said that is the whole chicken, look 2 wings and 2 breasts. He spoke to us as if we were stupid and like he just didn’t care. My papas also arrived wrong, the manager did offer to fix it but my papa had already started scraping the added sauce and veg off. We payed almost £45 for this meal and we definitely didn’t get our moneys worth. 4 chicken thighs are only £10 and we would have received the same amount if not more.

Very fast service manager very helpful having never been before

Had a slight issue with a member of staff who was visiting as a customer . The manager Cameron was great and sorted it out he went above and beyond to make the situation better . Young miley could do with a bit of customer service experince .

Rude manager in your store tonight. Received half my food and had to wait an extra 20 minutes for the rest (so nearly 45 minutes overall) eventually had to take this to go. Your manager wasn’t apologetic in any way even though it was the stores fault. When you order a meal you expect it to come together and if not the least you should get is an apology not attitude.

A very busy Nandos. We managed to get a table around 5.30 on Sunday afternoon just before the rush and the resulting queue. Fast and fresh. Excellent.

Five of us dined here on a Sunday evening and all orders were correct, food was great and staff very helpful.

I've always loved a nandos every now and again, this time popped in before a cinema trip, was expecting to wait to be seated but got seated straight away, food was lovely decided to try the cider this time round and it was lovely! I also love the fact the BBQ tamer is now part of the permanent flavours

It had been a long time since I visited a Nando's, but my experience at this restaurant has made me a fan again. Visited for lunch and took a platter of Wings with varied spices and a number of sides. Received a huge basket of fries with much more than we expected. The wings were cooked to perfection with a good mix of spices and flavours. The service we received on a quiet lunchtime was so warm, friendly and welcoming. The staff were very attentive and helpful. Left very happy with the positive experience and look forward to going back in the future!

First time visiting, and the man seating and greeting everyone was very friendly and helpful. Food was served quickly and was delicious.

By far the worst Nandos I’ve been to. The food just tasted old, as if it was sitting and then reheated. Chips like cardboard and whole chicken dry as anything. Extremely disappointed. Won’t be back. I love Nandos especially being from the place of its origins but wow oh no, no thanks. Paisley Nandos is a definite no go.!!!!

The chicken was severely overcooked, and the chips were below standard. Throughout the meal, we were not attended to, and when we finally informed the server about the problem, they reassured us that everything was fresh. However, we left feeling very disappointed. Moreover, the toilets were extremely dirty. All things considered, this was by far the worst Nando's experience.

Staff always really nice food always good I don't think I ve ever been disappointed except the night they ran out of chicken wings but found something else also good

Cater really well for people with celiac disease. Managers know their jobs well. After recent visit it is still exactly the same 👍 staff are excellent towards people with allergies and really put you at ease with both their knowledge and understanding of what needs to be done. It also helps that most of the menu is relatively gluten free to begin with. 5 stars all day long

Chicken was cooked but was like rubber wellies to eat horrible rubber was it bad quality chicken worst chicken ever.

Shocking customer service. When we arrived, a lot of tables were empty but told it would be an hour wait as the delivery side was busy and they take priority?

Made us wait 15 Minutes, even though there were at least 15 empty tables. Like being woke its Very popular with the younger generation. It is not simpler to order food on an app on your phone, than someone just asking what you would like. You cant ask the app a question. Ordered soft drinks which you fill yourself, Guy brought glasses over with his fingers inside them slammed them down and mumbled something incoherent. They have many many types of dry chicken. No plans in the next few years of going Back.

I was in for dinner and was asked if I had any allergies, once I told them I was a allergic to peanuts a member of staff who's name I think was Kirsty was incredibly helpful. She took our order making sure double checking everything. She then told us they were putting on fresh chicken thighs for us so it would be longer than usual. We were happy to wait but she offered us a starter in the meantime. The food arrived and was delicious as always. When we went to leave we tried to pay for the starter but we're told it was on the house. This level of service and care was above and beyond.

Ordering system a bit complicated. Gave us the more expensive wine option "by mistake". Wine list confusing as options worded too similar

Service was brilliant. Got our food quicker than we would have at a "fast food" restaurant. It was delicious, good portions and seasoning and the server was lovely and couldn't be more helpful. Not sure if they have changed the olive supplier as didn't seem as tasty this time round however they were still nice.

Was in last night don’t usually do Nando’s or write reviews but really enjoyed our night food was superb, think the manager Sam was faultless,polite and made sure we had everything we needed and that the food was good. For the service we received especially from Sam we will be 100% back.

Overall I didn't really enjoy my experience.. the price was crazy for a burger that with instant mash and a very small bun. I had no idea how to even start eating it... over all it wasn't for me I'd rather choose something else. First time trying nandos but it's definitely not for me

We went in for lunch. All of the staff were really friendly and helpful. The food was as amazing as nandos always is.

service, terrible. Guy behind counter with the piercings was rude, looked unwell as if he was hungover. Manager was rude. Completely messed up all the orders gave my friends order to one table and even after the other guy had touched it, he still brought it over to my table. the food that my friends got late was all cold and had reached every table before our own. mine was okay, warm, but 10 minutes late out.

Not the best Nando’s experience we’ve ever had. Could see our food sitting under the heat lamps for quite a while so when we got it, it wasn’t very hot and they got our sides wrong.

Service was good, staff friendly and welcoming. Food was lovely I had the spinach chickpea burger 🍔 😋.

The young man Junior was exceptional! He was very accommodating to all our needs and he was very helpful. Will be back!

We ordered a family meal for collection. A few of us have allergies and the staff were so helpful when taking our order. The grills were scrubbed down and our food was cooked separately to cut down on any cross contamination risks. As always the food was lovely. Will definitely visit again 👍

Seated by miserable member of staff, served at counter by great member of staff and served again by miss personality who clearly didn't want to be there and whose face was totally void of happy or expression.

Came Sunday 29th for dinner had half chicken with mash and broccoli other half had double chicken burger with peri chips and garlic bread. We had cheesecake afterwards. Everything tasted fresh and we enjoyed food. Staff very nice and smiley they are kept going as place busy. Will return. 😊

Busy, you need to be in early to get a table. Food was Nando's usual offering, with slow service.

Almost 15-20 minutes waited somebody from waiters ask us what to order. But nothing...Strange place... Seems to me, self order then self prepare and cook...

Excellent restaurant in the heart of the Linwood shopping district. The young man, Lee who served us was so polite and accommodating. A real credit to Nandos. Many Michelin Star restaurants could learn a thing or two from him!

Dont use delivery option ! Drivers map pointed him to totally wrong address ,who phoned to let me know and thereafter refused to bring food to correct address saying they have to go where map tells them! Nandos helpline not interested in sorting delivery but did issue refund .

One of the worst eating out experiences ever, tiny portions and absurdly expensive prices. I have never seen smaller chicken all my life, I even suspected they were using pigeons. An outright rip off. Awful.

It's a Nandos, the food was fine. The service was slow, a lot of talking between staff. I know that finding staff is hard and they could have been understaffed but the kitchen staff were working hard it was just the FOH staff that let it down a little.

We didn't have a booking on a busy Friday evening so we left our details and got a text 15 mins later. We didn't wait long for our meals. Chicken in pitta with peri chips and portobello mushroom/halloumi pitta with peri chips. Both were tasty with decent portion of chips. Added drinks and dips were all good. A cheap quick dinner before cinema - £25. Will be back!

Nice wee restaurant and can't fault the service but the chicken in my chicken burger wasn't the warmest. My friends meals were perfect though. I wouldn't let this stop me from going back.

Brilliant food served quickly and cooked perfectly. Service was absolutely on point as well especially Becky who was extremely helpful and kind. Excellent experience.

Good food as expected but had to wait 30 mins for it to arrive. Seemed to be a couple of members of staff doing all the work while the others seemed to be hanging around and working with a lack of urgency. When food finally arrived, I received the wrong side order but didn't have to the time to return it.

I'm very disappointed. I've just left Nando's Linwood. Was there for an hour,waiting for my lunch. They brought the wrong order. No sense of urgency despite being in uniform. This is the fourth time this has happened. The guy gave me a can of coke,no apology whatsoever. I'm not going there again

Absolute shambles, you make the effort to get ready and turn up for them to tell you its a 1 hour wait (even thow place is clearly empty) because there kitchen is too busy cause of there phone & pickup service......No point opening a fancy restaurant when your sole focus is deliverys and pickups........and also that 1 hour wait has to b in your car ........ would give 0 stars if its possible

Always prefer this Nando's as I feel it's cleaner than the others visited. Friendly staff and prompt food service.

Collected takeaway. Meal was good but slightly pricey for a takeaway. Had chicken burger and personally thought maybe the roll could be changed to another type of roll or maybe a choice of roll given? But chicken itself was spot on and staff very friendly.

Dreadful, wrong order, long order wait (+30mins), long flowing hair in food. Kids dessert from the menu wasn't available to rub salt into the wounds. ~£45 for the privilege. I've had better service from a one armed Thai street vendor, better food too.

Great last minute dinner plans. Shared Halloumi starter and Houmous starter. Loved the Peri Peri Drizzle. For main I went for the Chicken Butterfly, it was cooked perfectly! My sis got the chicken livers now they have added them back to the menu.

The chicken was "on the burn side". The staff, although, helpful.

We didn't even get to eat here. No booking available either via the website or phone then when we got there we were told it would be a 35 minute wait. Half the restaurant was roped off. There must have only been around seven tables being served.

Our first experience of Nandos paisley was OK. The chips were horrid. Think they peri peri shaker broke and dumped all over my chips. Pitta was lovely.

Smallest chicken burger Ive ever seen and it was cold wouldn't recommend it 👎

We went in to order a takeaway and from the start it was pretty poor. The waiter meanders up and just stares no “hello, how can I help” when we say takeaway please the guy just lazy nods over to the counter. The wait was not bad 20mins. But when I got my meal home it was the sorriest looking 1/2 filled pita I have ever had and the vegan chicken burger was on stale bread. Aloof service and inferior cheffing skills makes this an unrepeatable, and hopefully forgettable experience.

Dry chicken, no butter with sweetcorn, chips. Taste frozen, not one of my top nandos.
