Good parking. Ordering on the phone was a faff, I could have tried tofind a manager to order with as I do have a dairy allergy but hate the fuss and it’s not a life threatening allergy. It wasn’t clear who or where a manager was. The girl serving proudly said they have a new vegan burger ‘with halloumi’. I didn’t want to embarrass her but someone needs to tell staff what halloumi is. The only vegan things on the menu were hummus (an icecream scoop sized amount - it’s on the starter menu) and plant based ‘strips’ - £4 + for 4 small pieces, and a very basic salad. I knew there wouldn’t be much choice (it was my friend who wanted to eat there) but this was really poor. The best thing was the bottomless diet coke - expensive if you only had one though. Order yourself, get your own cutlery, ambience like a canteen really.

We love this nandos. Food and service always great. We had to wait for a table but we were seated within 15 minutes. My daughters shook the table by accident and knocked over a bottle of piro piri sauce! We were so embarrassed but the staff were fantastic and eared it up right away.

Disappointed to say the least Ordered food for 12:10 wasn’t ready until gone 12:30 was advised they had given our food to someone else We was also stood there for a while like we was invisible Ordered peri salt on chips & none on any.

Two plates of chicken was returned, as chicken was cold, they took the chicken off the plate left us to eat the side and then returned later with the chicken, have emailed twice but no response

Requested a table on 4/3/23. Was told 25mins wait. Had 2 young children in our party. Followed app as requested. However as our wait time ended the app timer restarted. We headed over to the restaurant to be told that there were 2 tables of 4 & a table of 6 still waiting ahead of us. Very poor communication with young children. By this time we had waited over an hour. Had this been the initial communication then we would not have requested a table. Not suitable with young children.

I hadn’t been to Nando’s for about 5 years. We went as a group of 8 to discover big changes, for the worse. When we arrived, we were told that no one would be coming to take our order, but we would have to scan the QR code on the table to order by phone or go up to the till to order. Since we were a group of 8, it would be impossible to remember everyone’s order to tell them at the till, so we decided to do it by phone. To look up every item of food and drink on the website took 20 minutes, which was ridiculous. Then, the app wanted us to create an account, which we didn’t want to do, so we had to go back to the page with our menu choices, which we finally managed to do with difficulty, to place our order at the till. When our food arrived at the table, we had to go get our own cutlery and serviettes. After our main course, we had to go through the whole phone rigmarole again to order our desserts. We had to clear our own table of the dirty plates. With the exception of the girl who served us at the till and the young man who served our desserts, the (very young) staff were miserable and unfriendly. I have given 2 stars because the food was as good as ever but we will never go back to Nando’s as it was a very bad dining experience.

Didn’t have to book, got a table straight away. Pushed ourselves to go for the hotter sauce on the chicken. Couldn’t eat it all, and was given a box to take the remainder home. Thank you. We will return.

As with previous reviews we can confirm this is a poorly run Nandos. The door host was disengaged and spent most of her time leaning while looking dissatisfied having to speak to customers… not a great start. Asking for the key to the disabled toilet was also too much effort. The wait on food was long but not communicated but in a busy establishment we can understand that, but the disengagement from the team leaves a bitter taste in our mouths.

This restaurant has a shambolic system for booking tables. A virtual queue which tells you you have 20 mins to go then suddenly jumps to double that to let others go before you. Also, service was so poor and slow. My nephew struggled with his food as the spice was too much but had to ask 3 different waitresses for a drink for him as the first 2 forgot and made no effort to get it for him after 10 minutes. Left a review and the "customer service champion" conor mulhern who made no effort to offer any apology or concern for my nephew. Joke!

Didn’t actually get to eat here as they stopped taking orders at 9pm on a Friday being after having been told they were running out of chicken and it would take too long to cook more?! Bizarre for a Friday night, would not let us eat in or book a takeaway. Must have lost a lot of business as it’s right next to the cinema and I assume would be popular on a Friday night.

we arrived and asked about ordering food to eat outside as sitting inside was still not open. The young girl that assisted us was great her customer service was brill but 5 minutes after ordering it looked like it was going to rain so I asked could we have our food in take away boxes she said yes no problem. Within 2 minutes it started to pour down so we went to our car and when our food was ready the young girl rang us. I went in to get the food and it was all good apart from not having any of the dressing which was ok, not a problem. However we did pay for unlimited drinks and she gave me a can of coke and a can of fanta..... on our journey home I realised we paid over £6 for unlimited drinks and there were our drinks 2 CANS, what a rip off!! Good job the food is good and consistent and we enjoy Nando's or they may have lost our custom. Nevermind!! But I won't get caught like this again.
