Service was great I never ate there before but they answered all my questions very professional 👏 food was OK it's nothing to rave about was abit disappointed with the portion sizes they are small. I got peri peri chips thinking I could shared with my partner and we ordered corn on the cob a handful of chips and a single cob. Were out of a few things so had to improvise. The place is freezing makes food go cold fast layer up and bring a jacket. It's not a bit cheap 5 chicken wings x2 corn on the cob x1 chips x1 and drinks x2 was 30 quid. You fill your own drinks get your own cutlery get your own condiments etc.

Placed an order for takeout late on a weeknight; service was great and the restaurant was clean. As an American, I had never tried Nando’s but I’ve heard a lot of hype. I had to test that. My partner loves Nando’s because he spent some time living in Sydney and ate it all the time there so naturally, we had to go. He got the hot peri peri wings and I ordered the chicken burger but omitted the chilli jam so I can’t speak to that. That said, I loved the spiced mayo and the chicken was very tasty and not at all dry. Fries were also solid. Well salted, crispy, don’t taste like old frying oil.

Excellent little Nando,'s. Service was generally good and the food was well cooked and presented. Only downside they did not have any butterfly chicken.

Don’t bother coming. Food took ages to arrive. Staff got order wrong. Haloumi sticks were cold and hard. Really disappointed

Didn't enjoy it. Out of 5 people they forgot my order having signed it off. So I had to ask for it.......this was my first time in. Really did not enjoy the taste nor nothing let alone the mistake. Will not be going again. People been moaning at me for a long time as I've not been. All my questions were answered tonight......

Worst Nando’s I have been to in the UK, especially when it comes to customer service. We simply asked for an extra plate, and the staff member who gave it to us seemed visibly unhappy. What was more concerning was the way the security treated a Chinese customer who appeared to have trouble understanding English ,it was unkind and unprofessional. To top it off, we ordered a platter that was missing one portion of fries. When I pointed this out, they gave us cold fries. Very disappointing experience.

Best thing about this nando's is refill drinks....chicken dry like it was cooked day before and warmed up and coleslaw was like water 😤😤😤😤

Delicious food, busy city centre Nando's!

Jazz offered a warm and friendly welcome, even when previously faced with a somewhat unreasonable and disgruntled customer! I didn’t get to mention it during the time, but she did a great job in handling/defusing the situation and her professionalism was exceptional. All other staff members were also great and the food was fresh and tasty, as always!

Nandos does it again, my Red Chilli award, a full chicken shared with the wife. The young girl, from Carlisle, was very pleasant when she served us.

I had a cheesy chickle burger if I'm not wrong😅. I had it with the minimum amount of spiciness but was still a bit spicy for me. Overall it was good. The staff were really nice and served the food really quickly

11.01.2025 I had a terrible experience at Nando’s. My visit was extremely disappointing from start to finish. We waited 50 minutes for our food, but what made it worse was seeing other tables, who arrived after us, being served their meals before ours. When we approached the staff to ask about the delay, the receptionist’s attitude was shocking—rude and dismissive, with no apology. To make matters worse, I was given a glass of water that was sharp and broken. This is not only careless but dangerous. This kind of service is completely unacceptable, and I won’t be coming back. The manager did come to apologize, which I appreciated, but he offered a refund as if it was a question. If you really want to make things right, just issue the refund without asking—it shouldn’t be something the customer has to decide. This kind of service is completely unacceptable, and I won’t be coming back.

I walked into a rather empty restaurant for the hostess to immediately say “it’s going to be a thirty minute wait” and told me to wait my the tills. This is fine as a walk in, however it was 4pm and not busy and she also didn’t take my name for the reservation which I found a little odd. Eventually I believe the restaurant manager asked if I was waiting for a table and took me straight to one. Food was speedy and tasty. Tried the gravy for the first time but wasn’t a fan at all.

The staff here no manners at all I visited this Nando’s this evening for my sons birthday; because a slim wait young I think she wore glasses tallies anyway be she thought she didn’t hear my son say thank you to her when she brought I food off She walked off saying you’re welcome Toilets had ;3 toilets but only one of them had toilet roll so there was a queue Its save to say I won’t be visiting this Nando’s again

I visited Nando's and had a mixed experience. The food was served cool, which was a bit disappointing. Additionally, it took longer than expected to arrive, which affected the overall dining experience. The spice level wasn't as intense as usual, making the flavors less vibrant. Overall, it was an average experience, and I hope for a better visit next time.

Nice time at the underground level with crew members. Too busy at December and they have good variety of food. Not that much drink and no hot drinks at all 😏 staff were over loaded but still had a good service

The food was good and most of the staff were friendly and welcoming, except the manageress who was cold and rude with several customers. She also pushed past me to the drinks machine as I was about to use it. How she got promoted over the rest of the (excellent) staff I have no idea. Edit for reply: lol you didn’t even read my review, just hit me with some stock reply. Downgrading the review to a 1 star.

I have been to this Nandos to eat i am a very regular customer in Trafford i go Nandos once a week , i have visited this Nandos the food was literally cold and i spoke to the manager and she was very very rude i dont know whats her name however a lade in her mid age she was so rude to me and all i asked for was my food was cold ? Honestly never ever going Nandos again this is a massive disappointment to me as this company hires these people as a manager.

We were staying at the hotel next door...we showed up in groups of 3 (2 groups) and the girl told us that there were too many of us and the kitchen couldn't handle it. We returned after 10 minutes, with 6 different people and the girl made them sit...immediately afterwards we arrived and told us no. He did this 2 nights in a row. Ok, the food is very good, but the staff (or rather the girl in question who looked like a manager) needs to be recalled.

The Design is very nice, but the food that i ordner was never the same like on the menu, and also they didnt have any set to eat, so i want a fork, she said she bring it to the tabel. After that she beings to the main tabel where you have self service. And the fork (all of that was dirty) sry but never ever again.

Visiting manchester for the weekend, The staff were fantastic we were Greeted by Emma at the piccadly Nando's! She was so polite and patient, she will go far in her future! And has a wonderful smile 😊

Party of 3 arrived and we were seated and I kindly asked could we sit in a booth that was free, the server told us no thats for only party of 5 but there were 2 other booths with parties of 2 and 3 so we thought why are not allowed to sit there. We ordered at 8.51pm and was told promptly that one item would add another 10m to the order, we said that was ok.. order arrived at 9.30pm, and the order of plain chips arrived with seasoning to which I told the server sorry they were supposed to be plain.. got no apology for the mix up, took the chips, took another 5 minutes to get those back, handed with attitude by server again no apology for the wait or mixup as they handed and walked off to seat other customers. Complete shambles and I like my nandos but I wouldn't step foot into this one again.

I really don't get the hype for this place, especially not for the price. It doesn't taste much to be fair, and the sauces a zesty sure, but that's all they are. The food doesn't look inviting either.

it was the worst and stale mash I have ever eaten. it looked horrible and had brown tints on the edge. I couldn't eat. The table was very dirty and sticky and the chicken had no taste. Horror experience

6 of us went in for food as we were staying in the travel lodge next door. We ordered the food together at one table. Yet 2 meals came quite quickly. 4 of us waited at least 20 mins. The first 2 had Finnished Eating. When it did come it was Stone cold. Don't mind paying good money for edible hot food. But I wouldn't go again.

Had some issues with our order not going thru via the QR code on the table but rectified pretty quickly and the food was tasty.

Not upto usual standard Chicken was a little dry Lift to disabled toilet was out of action. As it was on my last visit some months ago So I had to struggle on the stairs Left my radar key upstairs So used the regular gents One urinal was out of action and sealed off The other was blocked and was sporting a pool Of urine The pedestal was strewn with toilet paper The wash basin was grubby NOT IMPRESSED

I ordered half chicken with peri-tamer sauce (sweet BBQ) and two sides (peri-salted chips and peri-mac and cheese). The chicken was absolutely delicious, but the sauce lacked of flavour (it was easily solved with some sauces, mainly the new peri-peri Saka sauce, which I hope is kept for long!). The chips with the spiced salt were also divine (even more with all the sauces), but the mac and cheese were not good as they were really bland and a bit overcooked. The food came fast and the staff was friendly, would be back to this location for sure.

Only let down was coleslaw normally better than that tasted like a bog standard supermarket version.

Terrible experience with staff. Apparently I wasn't the only one according to other reviews. Manager wouldn't let me sit and wait for food until it was "back in stock in half an hour". Manager told me that I have to go away and come back in half an hour which makes no sense. If you don't have food to serve, that empty table is useless for the next customer as well. If I'm willing to wait inside (I have nothing else to do in the area at that point for half an hour), why not let me sit and wait. Nando's food is good, but go to another location if you have the chance. There's also some sort of a bouncer looking guy that won't even let you wait in what looks like a middle waiting area, I had to stand outside until a table cleared, just to find out the next disappointing situation.

Overall good food, and sufficient service. We ordered a platter, but half of the food was cold. The staff were really nice and it was clean.

Unfortunately you can't give no stars, but considering I wasn't given the option to eat at this restaurant difficult to ascertain. Willing to wait inside until a table became free apparently this was not an option according to the manager and we were asked to go away or wait outside and come back later and again wait for a table. As an aside it was pouring down with rain and we were already soaked. Absolutely charming and an antithesis of customer service. Anyway on the plus side Nando's indefinite loss and this evenings Pizza Express gain.

The food was delicious, came very quickly and the atmosphere was nice. The staff were super friendly and helpful. Only issue was having an only online system created a little confusion for the table beside us and they ended up waiting till after we finished to get there food through.

Was here for a quick dinner, their usual serve time is under 10 minutes but this time it was waaay longer.. I got a bit unhappy because my partner had already eaten half his food while I was waiting. The waiter came with my food soon after, kindly adding 2 extra wings and another nata with a very kind apology for the delay. Very nice gesture for it's customer service. Would revisit :)

Sonali the manager is a credit to nandos! Superb service, paid attention to detail despite it being busy. She made sure everything went well, was friendly, smiley, and attentive. When I received chips without peri fries she quickly rectified this. Honestly she is the face of nandos, she made our experience awesome. Sonali, you were superb! Keep it up!

10/10 service from this Nando’s team on Monday 4th March around 9pm! Special shoutout to the young girl with the brown bun… I believe her name is Ruby D, she was very helpful and gave great advice on what to order. She was very knowledgeable on all the dishes… a Nando’s expert! She cooked all the dishes to perfection and left no room for error! Well done Ruby D, you should be proud of yourself!

Really great service, so easy and lovely. Both boys that took our order did themselves proud from a fellow nandoca !!! Check backs were also great. Fabulous to see!

Peri peri sauce is to die for!!

A good discovery, the chicken is delicious and with a lot of sauce to accompany it, the staff is attentive, everything is ordered by your cell phone, it makes it very easy for those of us who don't speak English... super highly recommended

Nice environment. Chickens are juicy. Sides food are yummy. Chickens with medium spicy not really spicy in actually. Many options of sauce which you should try all of them which makes the chicken more delicious. Lemon tea and ginger ale which served in can which is good.

Decent service. But the food is what really brings it to a 5 start review. I asked for extra hot 1/4 chicken and it was actually spicy (and tasty), enjoyed the peri fries and mac and cheese too. Would revisit.

Really surprised about the quality of the food that this fast food restaurant have. Chicken was unbelievable tender. The menu is varied. Service was ok. We waited for a long time until we realized that we should order at the counter, so no ordering at the table.

Myself and a friend came to nandos for our lunch break. We was greeted by a lady at the door who told us there’s a 30min wait but there was plenty of tables empty. We ordered to collected and while we waited we noticed other people whose name was not on the list being seated. Once our food was ready we asked if we can eat is as we need to get back to work and she continued to argue that we’re not on the list. Finally let us sit down to eat our takeout food. Suddenly a table was free, while we was eating she was continually looking over kinda to indicate to be quick. At Arles nandos is better and so is the service.

Decent Nandos, food was quick and hot, generally clean, but could do with 1 less table of two on the left side of the restaurant, they’re very very close together!

For a chain restaurant the service and staff were exceptional. Nandos food never disappoints but its the staff here that lifts this branch up a notch.

I visited the Nando's at 27 Piccadilly, Manchester M1 1LU today and it was quite disappointing. The staff seemed more focused on chatting than attending to customers. It took a while for them to notice me, and I had to fetch the menu myself. I ordered a whole chicken and garlic bread, but unfortunately, the chicken wasn't properly cooked, and the garlic bread was completely burnt. This contrasts sharply with my positive experiences at Nando's in London. Improvement is needed in both food quality and staff attentiveness
