My first time in a Nando’s restaurant… it was ‘ok’, and I’d say quite expensive for the quality and service provided. Chicken burger was ‘ok’, nothing particularly special, but ok. Sides of fries stated enough for 2 people. This wasn’t the case, and whilst they weren’t cold, nor were they ‘hot’, hence we had to ask for a replacement. Side of broccoli wasn’t much better both in terms of size of portion, which was small, and not especially hot. The other chicken dish we ordered was ok. Service was fairly average…you have go get your own cutlery and condiments. For the price, I’d say this is fairly expensive. As mentioned, this was my first visit to a Nando’s, it might be my last! ££

A few colleagues and I chose to eat here after some drinks last week, we entered the restaurant at just before 8pm and were shown to a table. We all chose to order from the table (via the website) as we had been seated downstairs and were ultimately too lazy to walk upstairs but this wasn’t a problem. The food was tasty as it has been for every other Nando’s I have ever visited so that was good. The only issues we did have however was the rather slow speed of service (we visited on a Thursday evening) and the fact that I had to ask for my drink after everyone else’s had already been brought to the table which was a little bit annoying, nothing major though.

Nando's is one of our favourite take aways. Unfortunately, their service in a number of branches lets them down. As does their deliveries as they always arrive cold and with missing items. It is hugely annoying that they constantly get orders wrong for delivery. I digress. The service at this branch was good. We didnt wait too long. Food was all accounted; hot and tasty.

Loved the mango and lime grilled chicken extra yummy and so tender and so plump. Add a side salad, corn on the cob and white wine...one of best meals in London and affordable.

My colleagues and I visited Nandos in Turnmill Street in Farringdon.I have eaten there a couple of times with no problems.however,on Thursday 23rd May 2019 was not a good experience for me. I ordered Nando's House Salad with a portion of Chicken which cost me £9.30 and a bottle of Sparkling water.in total the meal and water cost me £11.70p Well I shouldn't have bothered. The Salad was poorly presented, let me explain. The Salad arrive and to my horror I was served with a plate of lettice, whole Garlic pieces, one skinny red pepper, some olives, chopped up cucumber, no tomatoes and a small piece of chicken breast that was cut in half sprinkled with hot source, but wait for it! the salad was bland it had no flavour, no dressing and worst of all the plate of lettice along with everything else looked like who ever prepared it just thrown it all together, what a bloody mess and dissapointment, and for the price of £9.30 it was not worth it. what a let down and waste of time, and on top of that I waited 25 minutes to get my salad.I did complain to one of the waiters telling them how bland and boring there House Salad is. Steer clear of "Nando's House Salad" you can do better preparing it yourself Gordon Ramsey my favourite Chief would give Nandos' H salad a ZERO. In a nut shell I will never visit Nando's again. Disgusting!

Chicken was at the same time dry and not grilled well. Not sure how they managed that. my chips were cold and had way too much peri salt. nobody came to check back on how my meal was, when i spoke to the manager I was quite rudely told to have said something at the start of my meal. I would have done this if I was approached with the opportunity. A new plate was slammed in front of me with patronising and condescending tone. this is where I took my leave. The cashier that took my order was great at least, his name badge may have read Kenny or Kerian. I will not be returning to this branch.

Whenever we settled down from the airport our next destination is to eat and that is Nando’s and always satisfied with their flavorful and tasty chicken I don’t care about their service it’s not a fine dining type always remember when you’re ready you have to go to the counter to ask and tell all your wants then get my 2 glasses for our soda then pick up all of my favorite sauces then my chickens come- voila.

This branch is not up to the standard of other Nando's I fear. Obviously it's a very successful and popular chain with what must be strict rules and standards which are kept to across the chain and I've had much better meals and service at other branches, notably the one in Soho on Frith Street. This branch is on Turnmill Street, opposite Farringdon station. It's only been open a couple of months, but I think that is long enough for any teething troubles to have been sorted out and for the managers to get it organised and running smoothly. I visited on a Tuesday evening recently. Service was slow, both at the serving counter and for the food to arrive. And it wasn't just for me - other people were complaining about the slow service. Counter staff were unsmiling and slow and didn't bother to speak up above the loud music. I ordered apple juice with my food, but it wasn't added to the order and so it never came. I was seated at a counter on an uncomfortable backless stool. But the counter had not been wiped since the previous diners and there was spilt vinegar on it so, obviously, it smelt horrible as well as being wet and dirty. Diners are expected to help themselves to tap water - though nobody bothered to explain this - but there were no glasses, so I had to ask. The food was ok, but no more than that. The chicken thighs lacked flavour and the spicy sauce was mostly absent. French fries were ok, but a pretty meagre portion. Worst, sweet potato mash was lumpy which is poor and shows lack of attention to detail. The macho peas are good though, full of flavour with herbs and chilli. Overall, this branch needs better organisation. I'm told by friends that service is slow at lunchtimes too. And it really needs someone to meet and greet diners, help them find tables, and explain how things are organised for those who don't know. That would make the whole experience so much better!

This branch of Nando's is not up to the standard of other branches I've visited. And, because it is a popular brand, presumably standards are usually maintained so something is a bit amiss here. This branch opened a few months ago and is almost opposite Farringdon station. I visited on a recent evening. The food was ok on the whole, but service not really up to standard at all. Service was slow really, both at the serving counter and in bringing the food, and not just to me - I heard other people complaining. I was given an uncomfortable backless stool at a counter to sit at to eat. The counter hadn't been wiped down since the previous customers, and had a pool of vinegar on it which smelt, obviously. Customers are expected to help themselves to tap water, but no glasses were provided so I had to ask. Counter staff were unsmiling, slow and didn't bother to speak up above the loud music. I ordered a glass of apple juice, but the server didn't add it to the order so it never came. Really might be a good idea if they had a waiter to welcome people and explain where things are, help people to find tables, etc. A little customer service at this branch would go a long way. The chicken was ok but nothing special. The spicy dressing was mostly absent. French fries were ok, but a very small portion. Sweet potato mash was lumpy, which is poor and indicates lack of attention. The macho peas are good though, with herbs and chilli.
