Nando's Euston in Camden

Katrina the manager or supervisor was so kind for her service on friday! Was fasting on a time limit due to train and I swear every bite I took I thanked and prayed for her, this is customer service!

The standard Nandos experience, the staff deal with large numbers but I usually get a seat. Not sure why but basic affordable restaurants dissapesring between Tottenham Court Road and Euston so this is always my go to place in the area.

The waiter looked like spock and I didn't get my food.

The food is delicious. The burgers are very good. What I like most is the sweet potatoes.😘

Ruby, waiter has just been extremely rude in front of my family 2x children, I asked for a cheesy garlic bread which was missed by the orderer and the attitude was not what I would want in my business, disgraceful, asked for the manager no one new where she was, I found her with seconds, also not what i would expect from a managerial position in regards to making the correct decision, 0 starts for staff get some people with out attitude and want to give people the service they are paying for. Without us you don't have a profit and they don't have a job, simple 😡

If you like Portuguese cuisine this is clearly not the place where you will be satisfied.

Nando's ... This is NOT a starter for 2 people!!! I ordered sweet potato wedges for lunch as I didn't fancy chicken and as it says this serves two people I figured it would be enough for a lunch. This is what I got for £4.75 The rest of my family got chicken and two meals were sat on the counter for over 10 minutes and my daughter had to ask (as she knew they were hers) the lady was very apologetic but no idea why they'd been left there.

I've visited loads of Nando's all around the UK and it is one of my favourite family restaurants with 2-3 visits per month. I visited this one on my way to London City airport. It is a great Nando's. Very quick service and clean. However, the main reason I write this review is because all of the staff were so fantastic. From the tall lad who greets you on entry, to the ladies who took my order. Also, I love it hot so got the VUSA sauce, but as VUSA sauce lovers will know, it can have a layer of oil first thing so I asked a server to see if they could help dispense the sauce. They were very accomodating and tried their best. Another more senior person also came to check if it was alright and assisted also. Very good service with smiles all round. I will return for the great friendly staff and quick service.

We had an amazing experience at Nando’s Euston thanks to Carmen! Her exceptional service truly stood out—she was friendly, attentive, and made sure we had everything we needed. Carmen went above and beyond to make our meal special, and her positive attitude made us feel right at home. Thank you, Carmen, for making our visit memorable! We'll definitely be coming back.

I am a Nando's fan (see my main Nando's rating at their East Croydon Branch), so will comment only on the branch itself. This branch is often busy owing to its station-adjacent location, and the fact that the premises are not large. Hence, there can be queues to enter at peak times, and, correspondingly, it can get crowded and be on the noisy side. One benefit for individual diners, is that there is an above-average proportion of windowside (assigned) counter-style seating available.

Disgrace from the staff, approach and say I was moving tables not only that she was profiling me since I went inside. I feel uncomfortable and knew it that I wasn’t happy with her outcome instead she came with a safety etc as if I don’t know the rules. London is just a bunch of lack minded and stupid. Sorry I’m not racist but some foreigner think they can say anything.

Toilets disgusting: open bins full of period blood, urine on the floor and walls, paper everywhere. Needs cleaning every hour: went at 5pm and probably hadn’t been cleaned all day

Lunch time, not so busy, we were sat at a table which was very dirty. Ordered through the app and food came fairly quickly.

Hot spicy chicken in cold wearher. What else ? Place are busy with traveller come amd go from to City of London.

Dirty tables they treat people like cattle and the toilets were dirty too. Also the cramped seating and dirty floor means it's hard to move around but staff are friendly although a little unknowledgable

Awful place loads of empty tables but couples seated first solo travellers told to wait longer. Queued forever for nothing. Host was not good and dismissive.

I got pickpocketed inside a restaurant. It could be a customer or a pickpocket coming in from outside. As soon as I ordered food, I realized my bag was gone, so I couldn't even eat it. I think it would be better to go to another store.

I love Nando's it so nice. Food comes relatively quick considering how busy it is. Laura gives me the best service every time i go and she does it with a smile. She's a very hard worker.

I visited Nandos on my own at Euston station on 10 July 24. It was very busy and the only place to sit was a bar stool at the window. I was shown to the seat by Erica. I'm in my 60's and had a large heavy bag with me. Erica was very helpful and checked that I would be OK sitting there. Even though all the staff were rushed off their feet Erica came back to make sure I was OK at that seat. What excellent service! I always go to Nandos when I'm at Euston because the food is great and carbon zero free but on that day Erica's attentive and friendly service made the visit extra spacial. Thank you Erica and apologies that it took me so long to write this review.

Worst nandos I've eaten in, incompetent and argumentative staff. Messed up 2 parts of my order and the chap argued with me on a fairly normal request. Table wasn't clean, leaky sauces (all over partners shoes)and no knives... Not normally one to complain

The atmosphere of the place is very nice, there is no tax added to the bill, the food is fresh and tasty. The choice of medium sauce is kind of high when it comes to the degree of spiciness - it will burn your throat :)

Had a great visit here. I quickly dropped in as my train was severely delayed. Service by Yousef was brilliant, I was very impressed with how he managed customers and tables. Great asset to the team

Horrified at the disgusting state of the toilets. Urine all over the floors and toilet seat in every single cubicle. Smelt vile. An absolute health hazard. ⚠️ left my shoes outside my house when I got home.

Nandos already has a great product, but the staff went above and beyond expectations. Top level service to go with great food.

A friend recommended this place to me. What a pleasant surprise! I visited the place past Monday, September 2nd. A young member of the staff gave me a warm welcome and, seeing that it was my first time there, he explained to me how to order and what the procedures are during your stay. The service was very fast and of the 3 hosts who came to the table, two asked me if everything was okay with my meal. How kind! The food was delicious and plentiful. Tomorrow is my last day of vacation and I will return before taking my flight back home.

Really good food, and although overpriced in my opinion, it is what it is and it's a crowd pleaser. The best thing is that you can choose the side dishes you'd like so everyone can have something different. Euston is always busy as it was a shame we had to sit in the window and not at a table, but that's life.

Definitely one of the best food Nando’s in the area compared to other Nando’s around here. Food fresh! But quite long wait My food was ready in the food rack and not been been handed out quick despite not too busy. Over all great food!

Staff are messy and loud - whole place looks like a school. Food is served fast but not as tasty. Music is way too loud and tables are often left with stains. Definitely could improve.

Worst service ever. They must either be seriously brain-damaged or deliberately trying to ruin the business's reputation. I ordered first, but they canceled my reservation without permission and gave it to another customer. The female server only allowed me to sit after I showed her the receipt. What’s even worse is that as soon as they brought my drink, they tried to clear my food. I asked why they were taking my food away when I hadn’t even finished, and the Indian woman lied and said there was a napkin on top of it. The napkin was placed by the server herself. She shamelessly kept lying and didn’t even apologize. If you’re reading this Google review, don’t go to that restaurant. It’s a waste of time and money. They have no right to run a business. If I were the owner of Nando’s, I would sue that employee for defaming the restaurant’s reputation.

Standard nandos but took a while to get seated after queuing

Ordered the puri puri thighs with two sides, one side with spicy rice, and the other with the corn; the corn came with butter. Everything was delicious. We also ordered fully loaded wrap; really enjoyable. The nata was sweet. Self-served fountain drinks. The wild herbs sauce was my favorite.

Nando's is located near the entrance to Euston Station. As it is a chain restaurant that can be found in many other places in London, the taste is good! I ordered 4 chicken thighs plus two sides. Ordering and payment are not very difficult, just scan the QR code at your seat! The chicken that came out was soft and the sauce was delicious;) I didn't know where to get drinks, so I asked the staff and they responded kindly. ^^ However, the coleslaw was a little sour. ^^; Usually, you will use Euston Station a lot when going to Harry Potter Studio, but if you want to have a meal, Nandos looks like a good idea!

Food is great (I had peri chicken and spicy rice). Very quick service which is awesome. Bathroom needs more attention but it’s still ok. It’s right outside the station so very convenient. A bit noisy which is understandable given its location.

I want to say a big thank you to the staff! We were a large group with kids. They accommodated us and made sure we were all seated and treated very well. The food was delicious (as always). Again, big thanks to the staff making our experience great!any places are annoyed with big groups and kids, not this one tho. We visited Sunday around 13.30.

Was welcomed by a kind gent who was so accommodating and was really positive. It was a 20 min wait for food but came out quicker than expected. Was looking forward to it until I cut into the chicken and it was pink. A waiter got the manager and she swapped so all was fine. She served a second one and it was pink…again! I called her back to the table and explain she then turned around and walked off. Said nothing and did nothing. The kind gent from the beginning asked for the manager to come back and the attitude on her was disgusting. She said the oven was the correct temperature but regardless of this my food was not edible. It was pink! I work in hospitality and I would never speak to a customer like that nor let them eat it. She then with attitude issued a refund. Her name is Ana and as a bit of feedback she needs a personality transplant considering her staff treat customers better than her. What a way of setting an example for her staff…OR NOT!

Food was good but left for almost 10 minutes under the hotplate before it was delivered to the table, so the mash was a hard on the edges. Dont recommend the gravy - watery & pretty tasteless. Friendly staff, always a good bustly vibe in any Nandos.

Terrible customer service. Less than 5 minutes ago I’ve just walked in and straight out. A couple was waiting at the entrance, two customers had walked straight in so I didn’t understand why the couple were waiting. I was going straight to the till when a server approached me asking "eat in or take away” still walking to the till I said "eat in and pointed to the table I was hoping to sit on". He then said "can’t you see there are people in front of you". I did not appreciate the tone. Maybe I’m being sensitive because I am pregnant and was craving Nando’s but I won’t stay where I feel uncomfortable. I didn’t even sit I just walked straight out! Ways to improve: "Do you mind waiting at the entrance and I can serve you after the couple that were in front of you?" "I’m just going to seat this couple first as they are in front of you" Nando’s Euston please improve your training for your staff . I didn’t get his name but I’ve never had service from any Nando’s this terrible and I had not even sat down yet. Overall, I’ve learnt that Nando’s Euston staff have no problem being mean to a pregnant lady. Thanks though, at least I know never to eat at this one.

Food is okay. It is always busy but expected. Had a few incorrect orders which is disappointing at times but they always sort it out.

When you sit down, order through QR or go directly to order. Unlimited drinks if you order. The chicken is not soft The sauce is attractive...

Riffat & Keian made my experience here 10 out of 10! Both of them have amazing service - now I dont go to any other Nando’s purely due to their top notch friendly service! :)

Came in close to the closing time, something was wrong with the kitchen so they wasn’t taking full orders…. However the manager manager made things work for me and handled the problems really well that’s why I have given 5 stars as it was a lot of pressure but he handled it like a champ and he made sure I was well looked after throughout my experience Thanks man

Very racist server, took me 10 minutes to get a table. There were no one in front of me and I could see at least 3 workers just doing nothing. There were lots of spaces, and the waiter refused to let me pick a sit, and right after a minute I saw a white guy got the better sit.

The staff communicated dismissingly and in a rude manner. The guy at the entrance was talking in elevated tones, asked what happened in response received "don't talk to me, I don't want to talk to you". The administrator listened, but I never waited for a reaction to the incident, nor an apology, nor the reason for his behaviour.

Chicken was moist and tasty, mashed was yummy and Mac and cheese delicious. Prices are good too. My first Nandos experience but a good one.

Food was cooked well and tasted good. Filling meal after a long day. Convenient location.

We ordered four different dishes, two without any type of spiciness, another medium and one very spicy, since they all tasted exactly the same in terms of both flavor and seasoning (very spicy) so those of us who ordered without any type of spiciness could not eat it. The taste of the kids' menu breast, the butterflied chicken, and the chicken thighs all tasted the same. Furthermore, the portions are ridiculous for the price, the dish does or does have to pay for the extras so that they have something on the plate, if not it's just the meager chicken with nothing else. By the way, the ice cream machine didn't work either.

Place is very busy and can have 15 minutes wait but otherwise OK.

Food was dry, too spicy, and rather unpleasant. Not very good seating arrangements.

Had to wait for a table but totally understandable as football was on. The staff here was super friendly and attentive. Had manners. Food was good portions too. Would go back if around London again.

Visited with my 17 year old daughter and my 7 year old granddaughter, service was impeccable and food was outstanding. Would highly recommend as my daughter has a peanut allergy and their ordering protocol was fastidious...thank you!

Food was OK, you don't really get much chicken on your plate but it was cooked well. Only disappointment was the state of the toilets - absolutely disgusting

Work locally so eat here frequently. Chicken is always dry and instead of just adding more sauce, staff always argue and try and get you to BUY a sauce even though it won’t taste the same.

Nothing out of the ordinary and serves the job. One thing I would say is please invest more in waiting staff. All the food was on the counter for a good 10mins and after the kitchen team’s failed attempts of trying to get a waiter over, they picked it up and gave them to the tables themselves - it's not their fault, it's their art and it wasn't going to be delivered perfectly if it was getting cold. Good on them.

Nice restaurant with super delicious food. All the peeps were really nice and kind.

Be prepared to qué at bizzy times but if you like nandos then it doesn't get any better than this one
