Fabulous branch of Nando's, the lady agreed to let us book a table for 10 on a Friday even though they usually only take bookings Monday to Thursday. The staff were extremely friendly and polite. The food was lovely and the portion sizes were generous. Would definitely recommend.

We ordered Chicken wrap,and legs with chips, and Sagres to go with it. The dishes were awesome and delicious. Loved it. The staff are so friendly and helpful. Thank you

Been to several nandos but this one gave the best service. All the staff were so polite and friendly. Food came out so quickly and was piping hot. Very clean restaurant..whoever does the hiring of staff/manager for this store puts emphasis on employing extremely friendly staff who seem genuinely interested in making sure the customer has a good experience....big respect

Awful service, rude staff and impossible to get an order right. When the food turned up it was wrong, parts of the order were forgotten and we had to repeatedly ask for the correct food and everything we had paid for. Don't mind Nandos normally but this location is an embarrassment to the brand.

Lots of young families with children running about. Best to go after seven if you wish a quiet meal.

Typical Nando's food, nothing special but ok for a quick bite to eat whilst out shopping.

We always choose Denton over Ashton and Stockport even though all local to us. Denton always has a chilled vibe. Even if busy its welcoming.. no fuss. A lovely guy this weekend called Ellis served us at the till and we had a really nice chat. Knew everything about the menu i asked. I saw the team behind the till including Ellis working together, abit of a joke together but still professional and its good to see people happy at work. Seems to always be the same girl out working the tables collecting the empties and she is so sweet and always smiling). Food hot fresh and all correct as usual. Thought it was about time i leave a review!

1st time in Nando's, easy to order, food quickly served. Good tasty food.

Modern and bright on the square at Denton. Food service was a little slow considering there was no one here and the floor needed a good clean, but the meals were tasty and enjoyable.

Really poor food. Delivered cold. Apparantly a new system in place, which meant not all the order was ready at the same time. Nandos isn't cheap and would expect better.

Fairly standard Nandos. Food took a long time to come despite having almost emptied before ours came.

We went late on a Saturday night so there weren't many people in which is why there was not much atmosphere but the staff were brilliant, friendly and attentive! Xx

Our last visit the food was very poor.

Had a long wait which we were told but then they brought the main meal before the starter, but food was lovely, fresh and hot

Been coming to this Nando’s ever since it opened and on a regular basis but just feel like it’s gone down hill, especially on our last few visits. Tonight was by far the worst though. The restaurant was busy, but no busier than a typical Saturday when I’ve been in and out food took 50 minutes to arrive which I wasn’t too impressed about. The counter was constantly full of food with staff walking passed and not taking food to tables which baffled us. What got me the most though, was that I had to wait 50 minutes for my food to arrive and the only thing that was hot was the chips. The butterfly chicken was cold, chicken thighs were cold and the halloumi was freezing. Also, the size of my butterfly chicken was a disgrace, I’d say no bigger than the size of the palm of my hand! If I didn’t have to wait 50 minutes, as we were now in a bit of a rush by this point, the food would have been sent back. Absolutely disgraceful tonight and has seriously put me off wanting to return.

Arrived and was seated on a sticky table. I went to order and the cashier seemed like she didn’t want to be there, and waited an hour for our food to be served (was only 2 meals + 2 sides) and the chicken was bland and waste of money. I won’t be returning.

Dear Nando’s Denton, Today we visited your restaurant & sadly this wasn’t the experience we wished for. We have never had a bad experience with your chain of restaurants until today. I don’t know if there has been a change of staff or other issues behind the scenes but I wanted to write this review to make you aware of the situation incase the member of staff I spoke too doesn’t or other customers encounter the same issues as our family. At around 4pm (04/10/2023) we ordered our food, my partner spoke to a lady, after coming back to our table she expressed to me how she felt your member of staff was rude & her tone of voice was unpleasantly blunt. Our starters came very quickly and they was really good but sadly when our mains arrived the majority was cold & didn’t look fresh. The lady who brought us the mains stood near the warmers was giggling with another member of staff while looking towards our table instead of actually assisting to see if the food coming out was ok, this is usually the customer service that Nando’s deliver. I think we would have understood if you was extremely busy but the restaurant was very near empty. This led to our visit being an overall disappointment. Nobody came over to us until we was ready to leave which was a lady who had only just began her shift, we explained it wasn’t her fault but we wanted to express our concerns and said she will pass on our feedback. We don’t believe our meal was acceptable we expected fresh hot food to be served, we ended up feeling like we had been served cold left overs. Sadly due to this experience we won’t be returning.

Served good quality food considering we ate late. However, it was overshadowed by rude comments made by the staff upon leaving which was not appreciated.

They had the door open so it was quite cold more so we'd visited a farm before hand and then called for our final birthday treat of the weekend and then the service was slow! The place looks tired, severely understaffed and food wasn't great I actually felt ill when I got home and didn't go into work the next day. The tables were a mess and sticky the place needs a refurbishment

Definition of a cheeky Nandos - quick service, clean restaurant and great tasting food!

Food and service is always good.

I absolutely love nandos, but I don't like when the waitress comes and asks if everything is OK, obviously is something would be wrong we would go and tell the staff, but when you are having your meal and someone is there asking questions your are looking at them with mouth full of chicken and nodding your head - just leave me to enjoy my meal in quiet and peace and I'll leave my reviews later..

Always seem to "never have something in" but other than that, nice place to go, not waiting long for a table at all, max 20 minutes.

Popped in on the way back from Wales for lunch, straight in no messing, no fuss. Lovely food and good service from friendly staff.

Not the best nandos I've been to, they've got a lot of young kids work here and mistakes were made, slow service and not noticeable differences from other nandos

It was our first time visiting Nandos since pre-covid and what an experience to be given. We were given a really warm, friendly welcome and taken to a nice spot near the window. Clean, music not too loud and a great chilled atmosphere. The food was delicious (albeit expensive as expected) and arrived in good time. Would definitely stop here again if we were in the area.

Love the hallulmi cheese sticks, and the chicken is pretty good and it's just like a party in my mouth! So good drinks, make me hyper and stay awake so I'm not sleeping on the table 😂, yummy peri peri sauce, cast a rainbow in my throat making it a dream! I recommend that you can rate me helpful, and nandos has fit sauces btw ❤️

Went in here end of January for granddaughters birthday. 8 of us. Unfortunately I found a piece of plastic in my food. The manager was so apologetic. She took the plastic away to be sent of and checked. Asked if I wanted a replacement meal which I didn’t as I had ate half of the meal anyway. She took my phone number and email address. Said and done all the right things a good manager would do at the time and that I would receive an email with some vouchers. Not heard a thing since!! My complaint obviously went in the bin along with the bit found in my food !!

If you are looking for a quieter Nandos this fits the bill. You can usually get a table pretty quickly here. Friendly accommodating staff make this a great place to eat.

Waited over an hour to be served because they put the order through as takeaway. Then wrong food brought. When it finally arrived chicken was cold. Too hungry to return it.

Ordered online to pick up. It was really simple and they gave me the exact time to collect. I ordered but then went in to change the spice to peri flamer as it’s not actually on the menu list but should be… it delicious (hot and bbq marinade) Unfortunately they were out of quite a few sauces and marinades the lovely gentleman at the front desk was really accommodating and let me know straight away I returned about 20mins later to collect - The food was nice and hot but they did forget the butter for my corn and the napkins I ordered medium wings (well done) Peri peri chips Corn Overall food was cooked great was nice and hot but let down by not having my fave marinade for the wings

Not worth the money rubbish management and foods high prices

Very bad quality food. Chicken dried. The salad box slopped in a box. They forgot the chips. Chicken also tasted like it had been re cooked . Nearly 60 pounds and felt ripped off

Had to wait an hour for 3 main meals. Adult meals seem to have shrunk since we were last there. Would have stayed for dessert to fill the kids up, but it was quicker to go home

Food was dry and the staff didn't attend to us much had to ask for things we'd ordered and for they didn't come to clear the starters away.

Came in around 21:30 on 31st January for some takeaway and was greeted by some lovely staff even though they were about to close soon. Food was good and service was even better, especially from Annabelle and another staff member with pink hair, who got everything for me and went the extra mile for hot sauce.

SHOPPERS BEWARE OF THE PARKING SCAM!! Spent a day and might I add a small fortune Christmas shopping at Crown Point Denton. Parked on the car park, finished the day with a meal at Nandos. Yesterday I received a parking notice, I went shopping their on 17th December, they processed the fine on 28th December, miraculously I didn’t receive the notice until January 10th to tell me that my fine would change from £60 to £100 if it wasn’t paid by 11th January, leaving me no time to appeal. Rang British Land who own the Crown Point only to be told that the parking had nothing to do with them, a blatant lie when the parking company clearly say they are issuing the fine on behalf of their customer. Paid the fine online to guess who? British Land, what an absolute scam. I will never spend another penny here on principle. I think that the shops operating on this retail park should make a stand against parking charges like this which will prevent customers returning and this is why my review is here. Sorry Nando’s, the food and service was great but the parking charge means you’ll lose any future business from me.

We were a party of 11 people, walk in. They were very accommodating. Very good service.

The vegetarian portions are really small. If you're vegetarian or vegan, I recommend just ordering a salad and some small veggie sides. Friendly and hardworking staff but look like some investment money at the restaurant will help them to keep it clean and nice. Menu choices and management investment, could improve this restaurant a lot.

Nandos Denton, Manchester, went the extra mile for me & my company! We were hosting a sales meeting within our branch and were trying to place a large lunch order for the meeting online - we were struggling to process online and called Nikki and her team at Denton for assistance... she so very kindly let us come up to the store prior to opening, place/pay for our order in advance over the counter and called me to come back and collect when ready - the team on the counter and kitchen were so helpful, polite and friendly, I cannot thank her and her team enough! :)

Came here on my own for tea around 4.30pm as my car was being serviced in a nearby garage. The staff were welcoming and friendly. I was shown to my seat where it was explained I could order through an app by scanning the QR code on the table. This I did. The food came quickly was was hot and fresh with great flavours. The restaurant was clean and the decor and music was nice. I would come back again.

We have arrived and ordered our food. We are a family of seven. The order came to table wrong and very little was done to rectify. After lengthy discussions and time corrected ones came. Poor service

Delay to delivery my good and there no ice. The smallest rice portion I have got at Nando’s.

Waited over 30 mins for 2 chicken grilled wraps. I was served by a untidy female, who virtually threw them at me. The chicken was cold and wraps were soggy!

Parking no problems for all people. Entrance for all people.i went here for fast food. Staff were fast and efficient. Not long in waiting for food. Prices competitive.

Food was snappy and arrived quickly. The app ordering is certainly easier and more convenient than waiting in a queue of people who’ve forgotten what their family and friends actually asked for! It’s a nice place but does have a bit of a canteen vibe, a bit noisy and there’s dust everywhere as the decorations are so high none of the staff seem to reach. That or they’re too small to see it’s dusty to begin with, I hate being 6ft 8 sometimes!

Same as all the other ones really. Perfectly good. Music speaker is located above the tills, the server and I had difficulty understanding one another.

Friendly and helpful staff who are always flat out busy very welcoming and sorted my order in good time. The atmosphere of this nandos location is nice and chilled and with every nandos busy, the food was cooked very well and was delicious as always, I like this nandos always a good spot to go eat if you on the crown point shopping precinct and well done to the staff of Denton nandos, I will be back.

It was fine, you don't get much for the money.

Good food, nice environment but let down by poor staff and attention to detail. The toilets were dirty, broken and unhygienic, salt cellars empty and the 10 I checked hadn't even bottoms on them! When I asked if I could get salt (fries without salt?) The response was "oh we probably run out". Not good enough........

Food was ace and staff were brill. Aircon was absolutely freezing. Sat with coats on to eat and left as soon as we could.
