The pizza wasn’t even hot when it arrived it was freezing.

Lovely pizza as always from pizza hut. Delivery guy was very pleasant and respectful.

Purposely ordered a meal deal and the desserts were not delivered! No saving at all and from experience won’t get anything refunded either. Food is lovely but hugely let down by not receiving a full order

Food was freezing cold and took a hour and half on a Wednesday. Not what you expect with the prices.

Pizza was messed up in the box. Pizza was also cold and had to reheat

The chicken supreme pizza (large) came fully loaded BUT without cheese!! And the chicken fajita pizza (large) base was undercooked and soggy!!

Never seen anything like it !!was not what we were expecting

It was a great time after a long day. The food was lovely and crisp and one member of staff was lovely and very open and welcoming. It was a great, chilled out time.

pepperoni was Burnt and black . all food was cold . waste of money will not order again.

Paid no attention whatsoever to my notes, specifically asked for sweetcorn to be removed as I can’t eat them, they turned up with them on, and the pizza felt undercooked as well. Won’t be ordering again.

I am very disappointed in the service of Pizza Hut. First of all when the food finally came it was burnt and it wasn’t tasty. One staff member was extremely rude and racist as she was very rude to me but not the other customers. She didn’t explain to us properly about the free buffet and then when I went to get the buffet she shouted at me and said I couldn’t even though I already paid the money. She told me I needed to put the code in at checkout but I had already paid so what difference would it have made. Surely I should have been allowed to have the buffet if I had already paid more than £10 but not put the code at checkout. She should have said now you could have the buffet but next time remember to put the code in at checkout for future reference. This is not only about food but the attitude the staff member had and how she treated us

Sizzler pizza was cold and hard The goat pizza had that much oil on it that it turned to mush when trying to eat it

Leaving a review for the lovely Joanna/Joanne (sorry can’t quite remember) who went above and beyond when we visited this evening. She was super friendly and attentive and we came away feeling really happy with our meal and service It is unfortunate that you can’t leave a tip via card after initial payment as we 100% would have Thanks again!

We visited for the pizza buffet ona. Sunday afternoon. I feel there could have been more choice of pizzas and more options but aside from this the food was fresh and hot.... we had a fab time catching up with friends. Staff lovely.

The food was lovely, fresh & on time. The warmth & friendliness of the staff was refreshing even though they were rushed off their feet.

Waited 50 minutes for a dessert

Atmosphere was unbelievably tacky and it made me feel rather sick. Pizza dough was raw and toppings lacked essential taste. Sauces at the salad bar were not labelled and had a pungent stench of rotten cheese. Onion rings were dry and deprived of flavour. A rubbery texture of the onion rings made the experience very unpleasant and made me feel like a dog’s dinner.

Poor quality food for the price you charge. Paying over £30 for a large pizza is unreasonable when you can visit a restaurant and get double the portions for that price!

Need to fix the Google maps location as it takes you to a different place. Staff and food lovely

It was lovely to relax over a Buffet meal at Pizza Hut. I was with a friend and her two children. We enjoyed the lunch and the atmosphere of seeing the children excited about choosing their meals and especially the ice cream.

First time today served by joanna c very helpful and kind. Good luck and all the best and hard work by joanna and kitchen staff

When ordering online they ended it as I was ordering and when calling back they declined so that is my reason for 1 star

Absolutely loved it ,freindly smiling staff great range of different pizza's, really good salad bar and Mr whippy type ice scream machine with plenty of toppings.

The food was fast and Tasty, the baby loved the food and the staff are great, We loved the entire experience.

Friendly staff, clean restaurant & buffet pizza area is always full with food so no waiting around 👍

food arrived cold and pizza all squeezed into a cyclist bag so on arrival pizza all squashed to 1 side in the box. Should not be a cyclist deliver at that distance for food quality!

couldn't find our house he was trying to deliver in the next st. I had to send my granddaughter out in the rain not happy.

From payment to watching the process it was far to long, it just said it was being prepared, it came in your arranged slotted time, but it was cold and not nice.

£27 for a meat pizza. I will never return.

In the end we didn't eat. We only wanted a few pizza slices as a lunchtime snack for the 4 kids but after trying to work out the best deal from the menus and then fighting with the website to get the best deal the cost with 4 coffees was nearly £70, so we went to McDonald's for £25 Clearly not the right place for a low cost snack

I had a nightmare! My pissa was very doey like it wasn’t cooked properly underneath so we didn’t eat it at all. I have the chicken to my son to eat and we had omelette really annoyed and disappointed! I phoned Pizza Hut and they told me there was nothing they could do for me because I ordered threw just eat. They did say they would remake for me but I would have to drive and pick up which I wasn’t going to do! so unfortanutaly I won’t be using the service again. I don’t understand how I can ord

what can I say about this pizza hut at the snipe, the staff were friendly and helpful, food was really hot and tasted amazing. One member of staff went above and beyond when I asked if they did a spicy pizza for the buffet, she put one in straight away and also brought me some spicy honey over to try. I didn't get her name which is a shame, but I think she had reddish brown hair. She's a credit to this pizza hut and have also left her a good review on the pizza hut experience review email I received.

The food was very good. The server was friendly and excellent.

Stuffed crust only had one slice where it was stuffed. The rest were hollow. Pizza was tasty enough.

wrong address was given by mistake, driver was willing to deliver to correct address but was told by Uber eats he would not be paid

Driver said he'd delivered but didn't. Turned up in our street 30 mind later aimlessly

Once was a treat with the kids but now very overpriced. £3 for a soft drink, one kid one adult bill was £40. Wont be going again

Absolutely freezing cold food and rock hard pizzas. Delivery driver was on a bike and went long way round . Waste of money.

I love the fact that there are variety of options for vegetarians at Pizza Hut. The salad bar is awesome! @Pizza Hut, If you can please name the sauces at salad bar that will be a great help as I struggled to know which one is which.

Food was delivered nearly 3 hours after I ordered then when the food arrived stone cold the driver lied about where he’d been and when he picked the order up. I spoke too Pizza Hut twice and they in turn spoke too yourselves on my behalf! The food is cold and I want a refund!

Love this place. Pizza, together with the salad bar, is great. Unfortunately, ours in Skegness has shut down, so we visit one when we are out and about.

Food is fine. The staff are amazing, a man named Tony served me and he genuinely made my day so much better. The staff felt very down to earth and smiley. I wouldn't recommend the food so much, especially if you're picky like me, but if you're in the mood for pizza and you need some cheering up then this is the place for you :))

Nice place to eat, it was quiet but we didn’t mind this at all. Place was clean and tidy from what we saw, the staff we encountered were so pleasant and friendly (lady with blonde hair who seated us and Olivia, both lovely and chatty!) The restaurant is now cashless and we ordered via the app which was easy enough for us but we were given the choice to use the app or have a server take our order. Food was good, dessert for the kids was good! Would go here again.

A faff to order. You have to take a photo of a qr code which links you to the ordering page. I was not happy! Glad they had room for eleven of us though! We just had to wait about twenty minutes I would have preferred to order via a real person

The food was delicious and my coffee was great. The service was excellent. The only thing that was wrong is the fact that the place was cold! Please turn on your heating!

The manager of pizza hut is very rude, I paid for the pizza and felt like I got a free pizza from them, I had a very bad experience.

The food was delicious. The one big downside to it all is that they want you to order on your phone instead of them coming and taking your order it took four times longer us doing it that way. Apart from that it was very quiet when we went.

Rubbish, they don't take cash. The nearby McDonald's was happy to take my money instead.

(snipe retail park) abrupt staff saying, "hellooooo" when me and my walked in because I didn't know the procedure of having to sit down first before I grabbed a table. Then they told me that they only accept card payments when I only had cash. So, the nearby McDonald's got my money instead. You know how to do business, Machines!

When you walk into the restaurant and are greeted with we are too busy have to wait 20 minutes near pizza takeaway area and there’s loads of empty tables that is not very good customer service instead why not seat us get us a drink then you retain us as customers really badly run business

Very impersonal, had to order by the app. Food wasn't the best. The pizzas should be amazing, but they were tastless. The sides weren't very nice either. The restaurant was empty for a Friday night, and it had no atmosphere. It felt like it was getting ready to close down. The only good point was that the waitress was very jolly. Won't be bothered returning.

I don’t often post reviews, but felt compelled to due to the outstanding service we received from Lindsay. She was friendly, attentive and was great at pre-empting her customers’ needs. When we entered, there was a slight delay to be seated while she prepared someone’s drinks but she was so apologetic. We didn’t mind as she was so welcoming. I don’t know if she knew some of the customers, or if she was just that good at engaging people in conversation, but there was a really nice atmosphere and there was a restaurant-wide debate about whether pineapple belongs on a pizza. It was a really nice experience, I wish I had more people like Lindsay at my restaurant!

Pizza was amazing best I've had for a long time

Picked up a collection order in the half term, and it was hammered. There was only 1 lady waiting tables, and it seemed like she was running collections as well. She was attending to the tables without really acknowledging I was there. I was waiting for ages watching this poor woman run around. Then, who I assume was the manager casually walks out of the back and starts helping. She should have been there helping. Overall, the food was good, but the waiting time and service could have been better managed.

Food was great as always. Unlimited salad bar with pizza deals. Unlimited drinks and ice cream.

Now CASHLESS. AVOID!!! Lovely staff and excellent pizza but the place has been ruined by not accepting legal tender! Support your local Italian instead which will accept cash and avoid this unreliable non cash taking place! Unfortunately, we will never return (unless you start accepting cash!) and will post on all local community groups to avoid too. Awaiting to hear back from Head Office if cash does make a return I will happily delete this review (& my other reviews on pizzahut being cashless) and I'd be the first person in line for pizza that day together with the rest of the family, pounds in hand! I attended on 16/09/2023 and our party (of 7) immediately walked out upon hearing cash is no longer accepted. Something needs doing about this otherwise it'll be shut just like the Stockport one (which I also complained about no cash being accepted and make sure all the locals avoided it too! Lo and behold it closed down shortly after!)
