We were going to Corby Cube to see Rich Hall and decided Nando’s would be good for a quick meal first. Staff were very welcoming and we were advised to sit wherever we liked! Which was a bonus! Our chicken and accompaniment’s were all hot and tasty as was a cheeky can of merlot. The staff were friendly, attentive and quick to deliver our order. At this point the restaurant was quickly filling up, we were glad to have arrived when we did. Will definitely return.

Disappointed in the sweet potato wedges. Last time we got them there were 4 large freshly cooked wedges. Today we got just frozen normal sweet potato wedges. Food wasn’t hot and fresh either. Will give it a miss now for a while.

Nando’s always catches us out with just how expensive it is! The service is mediocre, the spicy sauce my husband prefers was unavailable, the soft drink I loved last time had been discontinued, my food was ok but the portions are not large enough for men in my opinion. The lagers are expensive and not that nice. We will not go back!

We popped in to Nandos for our final meal before my partner moves to London. Because the Corby nandos isn't halal I asked for an alternative a pitta with chips. I spoke to a young blonde girl was very good and sweet. Very welcoming and said I could order a pitta with chips and they would pop some salad in the pitta for me. When I went to order I asked for this, the manager said no you have to order a side salad and do it yourself. I just can't you just put some lettuce in a pitta she grimaced at me and said no. You're running a food establishment where I am sure it's not trouble to cut a pitta and add a few lettuce leaves. It's a nandos where you don't serve halal meat so I asked for an alternative if you will and I will shocked at the poor level of customer service. The lady also was pushing my partner to order more than he wanted he had eaten and was only giving me company as I had a pregnancy craving. More so I asked for a cup of hot water the manager we don't serve hot drinks and we haven't for years. Is that even true? Because I don't believe it. The restaurant was freezing cold the AC was so high so the food got so cold and it felt like a ploy to get people out quickly. The girl in front of me in a summer dress was frozen and cuddled up to her mum. The sauce was taken from our table early I was still using it. It was a really shocking experience. When I've visited other nandos they go above and beyond and can't wait to help and sort the plain pitta with some salad in there for me because they know my options are limited. The manager is blonde and middle aged, really not a nice attitude or service from her unfortunately.

On 6th August at lunch time , my children chose Nando’s for lunch. Nando’s was full. My youngest one on entry requested for a glass of water. A lady brought 3 small glasses. As I headed to the counter to place my order, I noticed my daughter filling the glass with soda. So at the counter , I let the lady know but requested not to have a different glass as my daughter already had one but for soda refill. Placed my order and sat down . Later as we enjoyed our lunch, the manager/ supervisor came to us …. “ why are you do you have all these glasses on the table and you haven’t paid for the soda?” I said, pardon . He said you have glasses on the table and with soda and you haven’t paid for this. So confidently I answered- oh no, don’t worry we’ve paid for refill but requested not to have another glass as my daughter has one only and she’s the only one who wants soda. I was trying to speak and explain , literally over him … as the manager wasn’t giving me a chance to explain. He kept emphasising on not having paid and that we are not allowed any more refills. I said to him , if only you can let me explain then you’ll understand. He left and brought a receipt. Is this yours , reading out the meals .. You haven’t paid. So I said in my order I placed … he’ll then cut me off .. It was getting so frustrating so I stood up to check with the lady at the counter …. The lady at the counter hadn’t charged for the soda … no worries I said , I should always take the receipt and check . The manager still saying… you cannot have any more refills.. I said to him … here taking my card out. Charge for the refill. The manager: no no I’m not going to charge you, I don’t want to charge you- just don’t do it again. At this point I’m frustrated and said - firmly, can you please charge for a drink refill so my daughter can continue drinking… Oh my goodness,……He kept going on and on and on and finally he said I wasn’t going to charge you, so many people request glasses and don’t pay for drinks. I was not pleased by this at this point. For me my lesson is -always take the receipt and recheck. For Nando’s Corby staff - not to come guns blazing , not everyone is looking for free stuff, some things and situations are just a misunderstanding. Listen, take time and listen! When customers have come to have meals with family, they’ve come to spend and they know this - they are not trying to save £3.50 and yet spend so much. So please take it easy , be calm and just listen! Some of us have a reputation to uphold within our societies and hence such scenes are unacceptable They can be handled in a much professional way Eg Hey , unfortunately we did not put a charge through for the refill mum as per the receipt. Would you like to make the payment at the counter or should we bring the card machine / or make cash payment here. Possible reply from customer: oh let me see that, I’m so sorry about that…. Here Problem solved both parties happy and job done. Thank you.

Stay away from this Nando’s. I’ve been enjoying Nando’s for years and today I went to the Corby Nando’s. When I go home to eat, the Chicken was dry and tough. I couldn’t eat much of the chicken so decided to ring the store to tell them I wasn’t happy. The lady on the phone was rude and when I asked for the manager he was even worse. No apology etc. My first visit and definitely my last.

What a fantastic visit! We came here on a whim as we’d were sick of lockdown (like everyone nowadays) so when we finally had the chance to eat out we took it! The three of us were greeted and told to sign in using the QR code on the wall, and were then taken to our table and told how to order via the app, due not being able to eat out for so long we ordered A LOT and it all came together piping hot, couldn’t fault the food at all! We also asked for the Nando’s garlic mayonnaise and I’m a bit of an addict with this sauce and when I asked if I could have a lot our server didn’t mind and brought us some on a plate, it was lovely, not only this we ordered refill drinks, we had eaten at a Nando’s before where they had to refill them for you because of COVID and it took so long to get anyone attention HOWEVER when we visited this Nando’s the woman who was serving us (I’m assuming she was a manager due to her white tip and non-uniform) was very quick to come to us and on one occasion didn’t wait to be asked to bring us a refill, she was also very pleasant and friendly, making eye contact when she spoke to us she’s definitely an asset! We left very full and very happy! Will definitely be returning!

I’m a bit of a fan of chicken so usually enjoy Nando’s; not this time! Refused NHS discount despite website stating it would be given. Main and starters all came at once. Main course just wrong, then we were told that’s what we asked for. Complete lie! No customer service at all. I have than the little chicken on a pole back as no one bothered to enquire or listen.Enough to put you off forever

We are great fans of Nando’s, have a loyalty card and go often. However, this trip was spoiled. There was s group of young men at the table near us. They had all bought bottles and big paper cups in with them which they proceeded to fill up from the drinks station blatantly in front of staff and manager who just ignored them and let them steal as much drink as they liked. We had paid for one drink but my wife only wanted water. She suffers from asthma and had a very dry throat and had run out of water. She was also a bit dehydrated after nursing our newborn child. So I tipped a small amount of coke into her glass for her to sip. The manager came rushing over to tell us off for my wife drinking this! A couple with a newborn baby is obviously an easy target for this manager. Whereas people sitting right near us are just left to steal litres of drinks. This double standards and lack of empathy for my wife has totally put us off Nando’s and we will probably not return.

Recently visited and cannot thank the staff enough. I brought my son who can be a little bit challenging, he is 6 but the staff were accommodating and kept him occupied with crayons and paper. This was his first trip and he thoroughly enjoyed the kids Peri tamer, a bit of spice but nothing he complained about. I had a usual, butterfly chicken, mango & lime spice with the peri salted chips. Food was great, service was good and will happily bring him again.

Never been to a Nandos before. Not from the uk. Heard they were a great chain of food places. 2 cappacinos took over 15 minutes. Thank god we didnt order food. Service slow. Place looks pretty trendy. Leather seats grubby and has holes in them. Staff are nice and friendly. Cappacino very watery. Froth lasted about 10 secs. Not impressed. Cost €5. Was about a standard price. Wont return.

I visited today for lunch with my husband and the staff could not have been more helpful giving me information on what items on the menu would and would not contain gluten and used a manual to double check, they did not seem put out by my request or make me feel like a nuisance. All the staff seemed so happy and friendly and the food was quick and super tasty.

This particular store is next to a cinema and so it is very busy with lots of kids and crying babies. Can't be helped but the service was quick and the food tasty.Nando's used to be a great but it has been going down hill for years now - little innovation in the menu and seems to be more interested in pushing it's product range.

Asked if we had time for meal; as had cinema tickets and were assured we’d be fine.Server took our name and told to take a seat and a table would be available in 5 minutes.2other pairs of customers came in after us and taken straight to a table. 15 minutes of watching others being seated we asked why we had to wait; the doorman struggles to come up with an answer.Fuming!

Been to Nandos in Corby a good few times now and we are always impressed with the food, the surroundings and level of customer service. This is a restaurant we will continue to come back to, I highly recommend it.

The portion size was a joke..one small pitta, chicken and two half pieces of lettuce...really? When I asked the waitress why there was nothing in the pitta she kindly bought me 4 more lettuce leaves.. wow just wow! What a rip off ...thanks but never again.

Good points, as always the food, service was good, didn't have to wait to be seated, but it lacks something, talking about it with my partner afterwards, we come to the conclusion, it was the music, while we were there, very little African music was played, something you come to expect in a Nando's, so lacked atmosphere unfortunately.

Our first Nando’s experience was very poor to say the least. Over priced & poor quality food. The chicken was over cooked & dry. The wine we chose tasted unpleasant so therefore was not consumed. The chair I used was broken & therefore unsafe for public use. I voiced my complaints to the manager but was just told “sorry”. We will not be visiting again!

Had dinner here Friday night and it was the usual delicious Nando's. Staff were friendly though did not ask how our meal was (which usually happens in most Nando's). The food came quickly despite being busy and was stuffed afterwards! I would recommend the pitta breads starter!

Went with friends to the Nando’s store in Corby 5th January 2018. We ordered and paid separately but our table number was the same (surely that’s common sense and self explanatory that we would like to eat at the same time), however, this was not the case. Our friends meals arrived within a satisfactory time, the waitress advised ours would be “right out” - 20 minutes later I requested to speak to the manager as our overall wait had amounted to 40 minutes, our friends had nearly finished their meal. Pedro, the manager (who was poorly dressed) approached us to which we explained our situation, he replied with the cooking time is longer for what we had ordered (but yet I had ordered before my friends), therefore why wasn’t ours cooked first? He replied “because we cook on a ticket basis and that’s our system” which evidently doesn’t work when people are paying separately. He argued with me for around 5 minutes, declined my request of a discount, was rude and had zero managerial or customer service skills. He offered to refund me the money but not had the food we had already waited now 45 minutes for (how courteous of him, NOT)! Still arguing with me and insisting their “system” is faultless I just asked for the food I’d ordered and paid for and that I didn’t wish to discuss it any further and he STILL wouldn’t leave the table until I was left with no option but to sit there and ignore him! 5 minutes later our food FINALLY ARRIVED!!

My first time at Nando's and the last. Went here early on New Year's Eve. We had arranged to meet our son and his family after they had gone to a local pantomime. My son had actually booked a table for 7 (4 adults and 3 children). My husband and I arrived on time at 5.30pm but unfortunately my son and his family were delayed and couldn't arrive until 6pm. This wouldn't be a problem in most restaurants as you can just get a drink and wait for the rest of your table to arrive. Not in Nando's! You can't get a drink without ordering food. I eventually ordered an overpriced wrap which at first glance looked quite good, however it was only half filled with the chicken, most of it (especially towards the ends) was just lettuce. My husband had a burger - the smallest I have ever seen served anywhere. Even my granddaughter, who usually loves chicken, was disappointed with her meal, saying the chicken "tasted funny". All she ate were the chips (6 of them). My son's chicken arrived and I was impressed at the amount on the plate........only to find out that it was for 2 people. I also found it shocking that you had to pay extra for chips as they are classed as a "side".

This was our first visit to a Nando's and we were uncertain as to the routine. However our waitress was very helpful and showed us the ropes. The food was hot, delicious and plentiful. The service was very prompt. It is not cheap but the portions are generous and the coffees are good.

No pida la mitad de un pollo como su media es de un par de patas de pollo. La noche fui había gente en sus batas sé que es informal pero no casual. Lo único Arruinó la noche era un niños que estaba arrojando platos y básicamente la madre pero gritando hecho nada para parar esta situación tampoco el personal disculpó incluso cuando un poco de placa de éxito mi pierna. Visited this Nando's after a film at Corby cinema about 8pm..Only a couple of tables being used so was quickly put on a table and given menus.. Wanted to choose a healthy option so opted for chicken burger and mixed leaf side salad.. my friend ordered 1/2 chicken, chips and coleslaw.. When we ordered the lady behind the counter asked if there was any 1/2 chicken left and this bloke opened a hot drawer that was filled with all this chicken of different sizes. Looked a complete mess like it had been thrown in.. Got our drinks and in less than 5 mins our food arrived. My salad was just in a bowl, dry as anything and completely bog standard, not an ounce of any dressing and my chicken burger wasn't even luke warm (think that was taken out of a drawer and dropped on a bun.. The bun was also so hard it was inedible.. Went healthy and turned out to be super healthy because only half was eaten. A complete shambles of a restaurant and what makes it worse is how people actually rave about it.. Prezzos next door is amazing and in the future that's the door I'll be walking through!!!

Went to Nando's for dinner on a Monday night , was informed at the door that they had no wings or chicken on the bone, we said that was fine as we fancied the boneless thighs . When my boyfriend ordered they said they actually had none of that, just chicken breast . So we said okay and had 2 meals and a drink each, luckily my boyfriend checked the receipt as they charged us for a bottle of wine not a medium glass.. they refunded this straight away but then charged me for a 250ml glass not a 175ml . At this point we gave up , we use this Nando's a lot but has definitely put us off.

Went here a few weeks ago on a date and its a very nice Nando's. The restaurant is large with plenty of seating. Food was quick though they have lost 5 out of 5 stars as it was the wrong order at first! I then had to wait at least 5 minutes for my correct order.

Went today for lunch with my boyfriend as he has never had a Nando's so we thought we would go in. Walking in the door we were greeted by the staff member sat on her phone, who reluctantly walked up and when we asked for a table for two, she just pointed at an empty table for 4 and told us to sit. Then came round and dropped two menus before walking away.. no introduction or customer service whatsoever! We ordered two grilled chicken wraps and even though they tasted okay, they were so small we felt like we hadn't even eaten when we left. Overall it wasn't a great visit and we were not impressed. Sadly probably won't be returning!

Came to nandos as i was passing through corby. The nandos was not even busy at all and went straight to order a takeout. The lady that served me was called nadia and i found her to be very impatient with taking the order. She was not listening and rather just punching in stuff leading to order coming up as singles rather than meals. She seemed to have a bit of an attitude evidenced with eye rolling and sighs. The restaurant was not even busy and noone was waiting so there was no need for that treatment. Customer service was bad. Nandos kettering is way better

I started going to this particular nandos since it opened and have never had a problem as the service and food are always great. One time I was told my meal would take a little longer as the chicken would need to be cooked from frozen which I was fine with. After waiting less than 10 minutes the chef brought a plate of complimentary chicken wings out to my table and again apologised for the wait and the meals arrived a few minutes later. We had used up points on the nandos card so got 3 meals for £13.55 plus the wings! In total we got over £40 worth of food for less than £15, it was a very good night.

I must eat at Nandos a few good times a month, it isn't cheap and its pretty basic to NOT get wrong. I ordered a collection, they forgot most of the order that came to £50. The order was cold and short of what we needed! i don't see how hard it is to get this right. Dissappointing.

So I visited recently with my 2 friends and her baby, they gave us plenty of room so we could accommodate her buggy and a highchair without being squashed or too close to anyone else to feel like we were imposing on their space . The food was delicious and although we ordered separately you don't expect to be nearly finished your meal before your friends had come out . However once it was noticed it was quickly rectified with an apology . The staff were very apologetic and all was forgiven . We then proceeded to sit there for a few hours chatting and the staff never moved us on and even held the door open when we left . Very good customer service

Had Lunch here on Easter Sunday apart from the awkward large table go up and order syndrome the meal it's self was delivered on time and together, the food it's self was ok with a variety of meals on our table every one was satisfied the only negative probably would be the price as a little OTT for what you get quality wise and not a big difference from a full service restaurant which would have been more relaxing if you nearby and it's convenient then worth a try

I'm not normally a fan of Nandos, found it to be dry with everything tasting pretty much the same but, our kids were desperate to visit the new Nandos to our town! Y I was very pleasantly surprised. I had the butterfly chicken and it was absolutely delicious, it was succulent and so very tasty.My husband and kids all had burgers with all being enjoyed. We bought desserts to take away with us, they are a little expensive for what they are.The staff were friendly and attentive, overall a very enjoyable evening!

As chain restaurants go, Nando's is always overrated. It would appear that in this particular one, the staff don't listen neither.We asked for our main meal not to be brought out until we had plenty of time to finish our starter. In the event, it was being dumped on our table whilst we were still eating the starter! When pointed out that this was too soon, it was taken away and left under a hotlight/spotlight; of course, when it was brought back to us, it really was not good.Furthermore, we asked the staff what dished were not hot or spicy and were advised as to what to order. When we actually started the main meal, the food was very hot and spicy!! The staff were adamant that they brought us what we ordered but for those who do not want/like hot & spicy food, the meal was uneatable.We were given some discount off the bill but it was a bad experience that ruined out evening.*At least James Bond was good in the cinema next door .....

Visited with my husband and son at 3pm on a Monday afternoon. After being seated, given menus and all the usual "how to" the waitress left us for a few minutes to choose our food. On her return she said that there was no chicken fillets which meant they couldn't do wraps, pittas or rolls! This was the choice for 2 of us and I said so, she then said that they could do them with thighs [yuk!]. We questioned why they had ran out when it is mostly a chicken restaurant to be told that they'd had a busy day before. We were extremely disappointed and wont be returning to this branch unless they get their act together. I had heard locally that someone had experienced them running out of chicken but I had put it down to teething problems as they only opened earlier in the year. Obviously this is still the case. Not good

Upon entering. It was unclear as to sit in the many available seats or wait to be seated....service took long and I had to approach the counter to ask if we could sit. Certain staff members weren't being very productive whilst I was waiting to order food therefore only one till was open and a long waiting time to order. No staff member smiled or seem to be happy in there job.

I was disappointed last time I went in as the staff were starting to get slack and I found them short when we enquired why half the menu was missing. They had hardly any chicken and what they did have they used sparingly. Having gone in the first day it opened I wondered how long it would take for their service to become sloppy- not long before I revisited and was very disappointed, I haven't been back since. I have found this recently with Nando's, service standards are low.

We went for a family birthday, have been in nandos before and not the biggest fan but this restaurant is lovely, staff were super friendly & doing very well as it had not long opened for business. More of a hit with teenagers & younger folk than for me but I hope it does well & expect to visit again in the future with my family.

Not on to leave a bad review, we have always been happy with the food and service at Nandos.NOT ideal for takeaways, food doesn't keep its tempature, packing is rushed. Our food was cold, we only live 5 minutes from Nandos so it should be HOT!!Unimpressed to say the least!

I think you either like this chain of restuarents or not. I am with the former - I love their chicken and their chicken livers - though it has to be said for the best cooked Portuguese chicken in Corby you need to go to A Tasca and price wise it is about the same. However, Nandos is more about convenient and speed of service with the chicken pre-cooked.

I'm not about to go on about how good this restaurant is and that's only because the first time I went I was really let down. This was only my second time ever in one of these restaurants, it's chicken, that's it. It's good chicken and it's reasonably priced. There's nothing wrong with it, however, the way it was built up to be completely amazing lets it down. There isn't much else on the menu but enough to settle most appetites. Our waiter was very friendly, the food was cooked promptly and was very nice.

Very average. There's not too much you can do with Nandos. It's a bit pricey. But saying that it's on level par with all the other new restaurants that have recently opened in that area of corby town centre.

Typical Nando's fantastic, tasty food. Service was great, food came out in about 5/10 minutes. Staff were very friendly and we were seated extremely quick!

We have visited twice. On a week day evening we didn't have to wait for a table so were given a choice of seating and the food came quickly. On a weekend it was a little busier and we had more of a wait for food and service. The customer service is good and the food tastes great (as we are fans of Nando's) £25 for two mains and two bottomless drinks. A great addition to Corby.

We visited over the weekend for dinner. The service is very fast. The restaurant is spacious and the staff are friendly. The food is lovely but you don't get an awful lot for your money. We paid over £25 and we both got a burger each with chips and coleslaw to share between us and a drink. It is very nice though!

We were really chuffed when we heard Nandos was coming to Corby and wanted to check out the latest chicken joint.We arrived within the first two weeks of it opening to be turned away at the door - their ovens had broken- only open five minutes and their ovens had broken. This was not good.About a week later we attempted to get a takeaway, only to be told they had "run out of chicken" (which is, coincidently, the only thing they really serve... Reminds me of the time I called Pizza Hut to get, you guessed it, a pizza, only to be told they had run out of dough but they could deliver wedges and ice cream!? But, I digress). So, fed up with trying to get chicken from a place that only serves chicken but never seemed to be able to provide said chicken, we went to Nandos Kettering and that was quite an experience, which I will review accordingly.

It's a nice building and very clean inside. Tables are laid out well and the staff are friendly enough. My wife loves Nandos, me not so much. Although it's good food I'm not really happy with paying £60 for 3 of us and still leaving a bit peckish (pun intended) Don't get me wrong, i do enjoy eating it but not paying for it, it's extortion. £3.50 for some peri-peri nuts? My experience was dampened by the table next to us letting their children running riot and jumping on tables, no intervention from staff members.Go if you're a fan, it's just like every other Nandos, it is practically across the road from a KFC though.

Visited on a Friday evening. Didn't have to wait for a table. Service was very friendly and the food was quick. Everything we had was hot and tasted great. As a frequent nandos visitor I was very impressed with the new restaurant. I will definitely return.

We have eaten at Nando's in many towns and Cities including Australia and South Africa and the brand never fails to deliver, nor should it,and the new Corby Nando's is exactly what was expected. A few teething troubles (ran out of sides) on the first few days were quickly ironed out. Nandos you are very welcome in Corby.

USED NEW CAFE TODAY NEVER AGAIN READ ON....... Coffee advertised at 125 yet for two cups of very poor weak coffee I was charged 4 pounds Menu is poor portions are small . Prices are favorable to owners bank balance only. Which judging by cafe users it wont be open long. Why exploit a new customer base...... Corby Council or pool manager has now barred you and your children from eating or drinking in a public run building...Oh yes they have....... Why because either they are stupid or the cafe is doing so poorly....that they need to force you to use it. Thats not a good idea dont youse the cafe on principle and eat and drink until you pop.....

I ordered my food at 19:18 and it said the delivery would be 20:15-20:35 I called restaurant at 20:40 to be told that it was on its way I had to wait another 25 minutes before it arrived got no apology from driver and the food wasnt very hot
