Nando's Clapham - High Street in Lambeth

Didn't have most the menu items. Say you cant eat in at 9:20 when it says they close at 11.

Staff is so polite, friendly and professional. Good is always fresh and tasty One of the best Nando’s I’ve eaten at.

I ordered for collection because my chilies were about to expire, but I should’ve checked the chicken before leaving. It didn’t meet the usual Nando’s standard I expect. There were no chargrill marks, and it didn’t even taste like it had been on the grill. If I wasn’t so tired, I would’ve returned it because it felt like I had to cook it further myself after the chef didn’t bother doing their job properly. Honestly, I feel cheated—check your food before you leave!

I went to a restaurant and couldn’t place an order because the till was down. The staff member I spoke to was rude and didn’t even apologize. I tried to order online but couldn’t find the butter chicken. When I asked the manager about it, he said it wasn’t ready yet. I explained that the same thing had happened last week when I visited on Thursday evening, but he was dismissive and rude as well. This was unacceptable and disappointing behavior.

I took my students to Nandos last Thursday. Great service and great food. We all felt very well looked after.

Ive often go to this nandos it's easier to pick up than order and each time my order has been taken by different guys which happened to be black these guys are smiling talking being very nice tonight the guy was was ryan lovely guy smiles all round. But boy if you look at the people cooking the food . Who im not really sure what nationaity they were .boy I got frightened cause these people can't crack a little smile.and this isn't the first time I've noticed.

When I came in I was greeted in a timely manner and was seated by Kelly customer service skills where spot on and went above and beyond for us so thank you very much.

Went to Nando’s Clapham high st, been going every week as working locally. The manager (or the so called manager or man in charge) has a terrible attitude, ordered food for 2 people and I asked for bottled coke as before and I was told that I cannot have a bottle only bottomless fill up. I am paying extra so don’t understand why he wouldn’t serve us. Walked out and definitely Not going back!! Well done Nando’s Clapham high st 👋🏼

As an Aussie it was nice to come go Nandos here. Dylan (I think the manager) was great, very friendly and professional with his service. He was good at checking allergens for me as a coeliac too. Chicken was maybe on the smaller / drier side but overall tasty.

Visited today with some friends. We had the loviest sever, by the of Rhys . So friendly, polite and accommodating. He seated us quickly and even sorted out an order we did incorrectly. 10/10 service.

I visited Nando's this past Friday night and had a wonderful experience. Despite a slight delay in receiving our order, the staff were incredibly understanding and went out of their way to make up for it. They offered us complimentary drinks and some starters while we waited, which was a lovely gesture. I was genuinely surprised by the level of care and attention from the team. The food was, as always, delicious and well-prepared. Thank you, Nando's, for turning a minor delay into a positive and memorable dining experience. I’ll definitely be back.

If I could give a negative star I would. Absolutely, terrible experience! Waiters are rude. I asked for the manager and when I told her I didn’t like the food and that the chicken was dry she insisted that it was out the oven and I’m wrong. I wanted to pay for the drinks and get a refund. But apparently if you think something is wrong with the food you are in the wrong !!! Terrible place with unprofessional staff!

Everything is good but every time we ask the waiters something they answer with attitude each one of them ( including the manager) so definitely I am not coming back

Small portions of food. Unfriendly and to some extent rude staff. Filthy tables and floors. Vomit inducing toilets which is a sign of the low hygiene standards at this place.

The staff need to get rid of the rude attitude. Ordered for collection at 8. At 8.15 asked where our order was, to find out it was just being cooked. When I was challenged , I was told, "we've been busy.. what do you want me to do about it?"

Had a thoroughly great experience. In particularly, we were served by Zygi who made us most welcome during a very busy Saturday evening. Will be coming back because of him. 5*!

We have been traveling through southern England for over a week and are finally in London. Today we went to Nando's on Clapham High St. The food was very good, one of the better meals in recent days. The portions were ok, but in England there were no overflowing plates anywhere. Drinks could always be refilled. We were able to order and pay for everything using a QR code at the table. The service was fantastic, everyone was very, very nice.

Nandos is Nandos, a bit too busy, and a bit too long to wait. Not this one, exceptional customer service, speed of order. The simplicity to get your order in if you use the Nandos app. It's got a slightly artisan look and feel with bigger dinner tables at the back which is where we were seated. Particularly praise to the the manager who had a busy night and ran a tight ship with good leadership and great attention to customers. Good job and wonderful experience. 👏

This Nando’s food is fine but the wait is so long. I appreciate they were busy but they said 30 minutes for takeaway, ended up being an hour wait. They also made us pay extra for the peri mayo when we waited an hour which seemed a bit mean. The food itself was fine just normal Nando’s

Got a collection on a Saturday night, was told that the wait would be 15-20 minutes, was about 45 minutes. Food was great, to be expected.

My experience at this Nando’s was fantastic, largely thanks to Uzo’s exceptional service. He went above and beyond to ensure all our needs were met.

Mara , Tyra and Kelly were amazing when it came to customer service especially Mara 🙏 me and my family came a bit late to the restaurant but we were still attended with patience and great food. Since the manager team changed this Nandos has gone down, the Chinese lady manager (Resha) is the rudest this Nandos have had being a customer for over 15 years. First time asking for specific item and she says we don’t have today ina terrible manner. Her behaviour towards another customer while I was there was appalling. Nandos needs to get rid of her or soon they will notice how much this place will go down

Really enjoyed eating here! I went on my own as a little treat after a tough day, unfortunately they were very busy but offered me a seat outside. Noticing that it was cold, they made an effort to let me know when there was a seat inside. On top of the that, everyone was friendly and smiley, food as always was great and service was fast. 25 years of going there. I was there today. They always have great staff and tasty and quick food.

I’m so embarrassed to say the least I’ve just placed an order of £99 to be delivered only to be told the driver came waited 15 minutes and called none of the above was done I was just sitting here waiting for my guests to arrive and food I called customer service and was refused to re deliver I suggested I drive to collect they said no and told me I’ve lost my £99 that’s a lot of money I’ve been supporting This company for years never again avoid

Had multiple dine ins and deliveries from this Nando’s branch and was never satisfied. Compared to other Nando’s around, clapham’s absolutely horrendous. The chicken always comes super dry. The only thing i could eat from what i usually order is the garlic bread. Everything else is just tasteless. Used to come here for convenience, but after the last time i’m not stepping a foot. I’d rather go to Nando’s in Brixton or Northcote Road …
