Nando's Chickenland Ltd in Cardiff

Informe de quejas del cliente: Servicio inaceptable en Nando’s Fecha: 20 de diciembre de 2024 Para amagar al pobre gerente, Le escribo para expresar mi profundo descontento con el espantoso servicio que recibí en el centro de la ciudad de Cardiff en Nando, específicamente de una gerente llamada Maggie. Después de múltiples experiencias negativas, me siento obligado a abordar formalmente el comportamiento grosero y poco profesional que encontré durante mi visita. Desde el principio, la actitud de Maggie fue condescendiente y desdeñosa. Me recibieron no con la calidez y hospitalidad que uno esperaría de un gerente de restaurante, sino con un tono abrupto y desagradable. Cuando le hice una simple pregunta sobre el menú, la respuesta de Maggie no solo fue cortante, sino que se entregó con un aire de impaciencia, como si mi consulta fuera un inconveniente para ella. Este no es el nivel de servicio que uno debe experimentar en un restaurante que se enorgullece de la satisfacción del cliente. Las cosas aumentaron cuando hubo un problema con mi pedido. Le expliqué cortésmente que mi comida era incorrecta, y la respuesta de Maggie fue nada menos que grosera. En lugar de ofrecer una solución o incluso una disculpa, parecía irritada por mi petición, poniendo los ojos en blanco y murmurando bajo su aliento. Cuando pedí cortésmente una resolución, ella corrigió el asunto a regañadientes, pero su actitud siguió siendo fría e inútil. Sin embargo, lo más frustrante fue su total falta de preocupación por la experiencia del cliente. Como gerente, debe predicar con el ejemplo, fomentando un entorno de respeto y profesionalidad. En cambio, su comportamiento dejó claro que la satisfacción del cliente no era una prioridad para ella o el restaurante. He cenado en casa de Nando en numerosas ocasiones y siempre he disfrutado de la experiencia, pero después de este encuentro, estoy reconsiderando seriamente si volveré. La conducta poco profesional mostrada por Maggie no solo fue decepcionante, sino totalmente inaceptable para un gerente en un papel orientado al cliente. Confío en que se tome en serio mi denuncia y aborde el asunto con la urgencia que merece. El comportamiento de su personal, en particular de aquellos en puestos directivos, refleja directamente la reputación de su marca. Si no se aborda este problema, me temo que muchos clientes leales pueden comenzar a buscar en otros lugares mejores experiencias gastronómicas. Espero con interés saber cómo piensa resolver este asunto y garantizar que ningún otro cliente se enfrente al mismo trato en el futuro.

La comida en sí era genial - especialmente con el nuevo ( - ish) , delicioso salsa de pollo. Sin embargo, y me doy cuenta de que esto podría deberse al retraso en la entrega de mi pedido, la comida estaba casi fría como una piedra. Pero como esto sucedió en mi pedido anterior, sospecho que podría ser en parte culpa del restaurante. Como hace Wagamama, la bolsa superior del pedido debe doblarse y sellarse para mantener la comida caliente - esto hace una gran diferencia en la temperatura del pedido entregado. Además, ¿están Nando's manteniendo la comida en un lugar caliente antes de que se recoja? De todos modos, les daré esto a su cuartel general y probaré esta sucursal de nuevo porque, como dije, la comida en sí era muy buena.

La comida estaba bien, no tan bueno como cualquier otro Nando que he estado en. Sin embargo, había moscas por todas partes constantemente tratando de entrar en la comida o bebidas. El segundo miembro del personal que le contamos se ofreció a movernos a una mesa cerca de la puerta y postres gratis, sin embargo 2 / 3 de nosotros había terminado nuestra comida. No es lo suficientemente bueno para un Nando más nuevo.

Ir a este nandos bastante a menudo ir en esta ocasión me dejó fuera, , , puedo entender wen es ocupado persona parecía que no nos quería allí no hay razón por la cual y sirve nuestra comida horriblemente también nuestro pedido fue compartido en 2 plato que pagué completo por 2 absolutamente discutido

Yo digo que fue el almuerzo, convertido en cena porque la comida tomó mucho tiempo! Esperábamos 45 minutos por un poco de pollo, absolutamente trágico. Cuando salió, estábamos extremadamente abrumados - y nuestro camarero sirvió nuestra comida tardía con un lado de sarcasmo. Ella estaba vestida más inteligentemente y no en uniforme, así que suponemos un gerente; tanto más trágico. Además, no tienen pajitas. Mi esposa necesitaba una pajita y esta mujer me dijo groseramente que no tenían ninguna, pobre experiencia de Nando 3 / 10. Es difícil chapucear un Nando’s, pero lo hicieron expertamente aquí 🗑️

Best chicken in the uk, sounds stupid to say this about a chain but I love it and my family too. Great food

Pitta was brought out and was dry when told assistant about this was offered a replacement which we didn’t want so he shrugged his shoulders, no management support or interaction to discuss the poor food quality

Ordered a family meal platter via deliveroo on Saturday night. The family platter is or should I say was one of our favourites and we’ve ordered loads of these in the past. When the meal arrived, the chicken looked horrible-the breast of the chicken was ok-a little bit dry but the legs looked awful-hardly any skin on them and looked like someone had either been picking at it or it had been scraped off someone’s plate! Very unappetising and none of us wanted the legs-it was delivered at 5.33pm and by 5.38pm I had contacted Deliveroo who said my photo wasn’t evidence enough of my complaint (I don’t think they would have been happy receiving that chicken after paying £57.95) I’ve contacted Nando's and am still waiting on their response. I’ve posted the photo of the chicken so you can decide for yourselves. I personally won’t be eating here again, very disappointing and Deliveroo didn’t handle it very well either :(

We were sat outside because the weather was stunning and had Josh waiting our table. Food came really quick (and I was hungover so it was very much appreciated) and Josh was lovely. He came over to check on us a bunch of times and made the experience really good so we had to ask a coworker for his name so I could include him in the review. Hope to be served by him again. We also watched a seagull annihilate an entire chicken bone in one gulp which was very entertaining.

Maggie and Vandi treat Muslims unfairly at this place. A lot of the customer who attend this restaurant are Muslims because of the food being halal. Maggie and Vandi once took my order and payment and never put the slip through the kitchen. I realized this when I queried about the delay of my takeaway. The payment was taken at 19.42 and the slip for the order to go back to the kitchen was processed at 20.25. When i noticed this I immediately requested a refund. I Knew this was intentionally done by the two, Maggie refused saying she cannot authorize a refund this needs to be done by head office. I was aware Maggie was not telling me the truth as I have worked in restaurants and used same PDA. A week later I realized the refund was authorized and it was from the same branch old brewery quarter. Maggie took my email and number I believe this was done as Maggie had a good relation with the regional manager so that she can give a heads up for the upcoming complaint. Nothing was ever done.

Good for an after work meal, however I remember when the wrap meals were under £10, the value is depreciating

Not a good experience. Food took over an hour to arrive and when it did come, it was cold. The meal didn’t taste as a normal Nando’s meal should taste. Very disappointed with this experience.

Absolutely fantastic service from Bill. From the moment we got here he was informative and told us we would have a 20-30 minute wait and they seated us without a booking. Good quality food, nice servers but bill was the one to stand out for us. They did lose the ticket to my friends food but bill sorted it out straight away for us and was very efficient. Well done!!

Lovely location in the heart of Cardiff… great summer seating. Staff are helpful and welcoming. Food is good too

After being put to initially sit upstairs where it was sweltering with heat no air con, it became unbearable after just a few minutes. There was very little room left to sit outside however after some slight persuasion, one of the waitressses was super kind enough to add an extra table outside so 8 of us could sit together. It made our night and experience at Nandos a fabulous one. Thanks so much to that waitress! You nailed it !!

We had a great experience here. We are not local so wanted to make an effort for my partner to enjoy halal Nando’s so came to this location. Upon arrival, it was busy and no tables available. My boyfriend asked what the procedure was and if we should come back. We were advised to take a seat in the ‘waiting area’ until a table becomes available. We were advised it would be around half an hour - it was probably 5 minutes we were waiting for. We were seated and told we could order via the app if we wished. We did this and our drinks and food arrived quickly. We had to check with the waiter that they got the side order which they did and apologised for it not coming out with the main meal. The food was delicious and we enjoyed our experience here. There were sauces available (ketchups could have done with a refill though). I liked that there was a sink and hand wash on the bench near the sauces, especially since the toilets are upstairs. We really enjoyed our meal here. Thank you

The service in this restaurant was absolutely shocking. We had to request cuttlery (which never came), ordered drinks that weren't delivered to the table and the food, when it eventually came, was average at best. I think we were basically invisible to the staff on duty. My first and last visit to Nandos.

In from out of town on a few days and bad start. Been to nandos everywhere and never had to wait nearly an hour for food and something was off because the chicken tasted boiled. 3 of us genuinely threw up afterwards and it was only thing we ate. Really disappointed and I rarely leave a negative review.

Went for a friends birthday meal (HAPPY BDAY JILL) and Ross and Haf and the rest of the team went above and beyond to make it a special experience for us, we could see they were busy but appreciated the time they took for us. The food was out fast and the boneless thighs were excellent. Great visit whether it’s for an evening meal or just a quick snack, highly recommend!

Second meal from this branch of Nando’s and, again, delicious hot food well-packaged with reliable delivery from Deliveroo. I’m definitely a new Nando’s convert as their menu is healthy AND tasty. This restaurant also has a top hygiene rating.

First time ordering delivery service and can’t work out why we haven’t done it before. Very efficient service and fabulous tasting food as if we had just ordered in the restaurant. Love the non plastic containers it was delivered in making recycling so easy.

We waited for over an hour for dry and overcooked chicken. Not a pleasant experience and it didn’t help that the staff were wankers. Do not recommend.

A good little place to visit for food, alot more quieter than one in st David's so guaranteed to often get a table in seconds walking through door. Food was little cold when arrived but we came in quite late before they shut.

I had a friend visiting from abroad so of course had to take her to Nando's. The food was served quickly and was delicious as always. The only downside was that the cashier seemed not to understand me and seemed incredibly depressed to be there. Maybe an off day? Anyway, would definitely come again!
