For my part the service was quite long. In fact we had to wait 55 minutes before being served even though all the tables around us were already served.

Amazing service at this Nando’s and incredibly accommodating for our huge group, giving us the entire upstairs area. I would rate the service higher than 5 stars if I could. Bilal deserves particular praise for going above and beyond on the service and for making it all work out. I would recommend this Nando’s to anyone visiting Cardiff.

Legitimately the best service I have ever had at this Nando’s. They were incredibly accommodating for our group of over 30 (which balooned to over 40). If I could give 6 or 7 stars to Bilal in particular for going above and beyond on the service and for making it all work out. I would thoroughly recommend this Nando’s to anyone visiting Cardiff.

Staff were absolutely incredible in accommodating all of our requests and making sure we were well-taken care of! Would definitely recommend this location. Bilal in particular was an absolute godsend!

Chicken was not cook properly and was made very I'll. Staff said it was cooked but I refused to eat it and didn't receive a refund. Terrible custom care. Got to get your own cutlery and sauces really bad service

There was such a lovely girl who sat me on a table today and brought my food. She had auburn hair and was extremely polite, checking up on our order and making sure we had everything we needed☺️

I’m very disappointed tall waiter with glasses very rude . Helping other customers but not me. Wife asked for napkins to be restocked twice waited 15 minutes i asked him he stated it’s not his duty.

Overall a good experience, food didn’t take long to come at all, in fact probably the quickest service we’ve had. Food tasted good and the restaurant was clean. Only thing that annoyed me is that when ordering peri chips that the peri salt sachets were given for us to cover the chips ourselves rather than the kitchen doing it.

Food arrived 10min after ordering, place very clean and service very good. Would go again

Filipe was SO LOVELY!! It was so busy on Saturday and he just made us feel so welcome and got us a seat upstairs, he genuinely made us feel so welcome despite upstairs being quiet. Actually made our trip! Thank you Filipe! X

Nandos is nandos, you know what you're going to get. However the service we received at this branch was the best experience I've ever had. It was my birthday and the waiter/host Bilal? (Sorry if that's wrong) happend to notice a drawing my son made for the day and went above and beyond to celebrate this. The store was experiencing some supply problems and a few of the things we ordered were not available and had to be replaced unfortunately, but this was handled very well by the other server Joshua. Thanks both for being very good representatives for your restaurant. If Bilal isn't the restaurant manager he should be. 👍🏽

Very nice. Had problem with downloading vouchers and staff were very pleasant and paTient (ollie) which you don't always get.

We usually use this branch of Nandos as it's far less busy than the other one in town, and it's just as good. Tucked away in the Old Brewery Quarter, it has all the great service and food you'd expect from Nandos, but much quieter. I can't comment on any of their other facilities as I've not used them, but they do seem to always have a wait for cutlery!

Food is always spot on and the only one issue we had in 10+ visits was sorted in a flash. Staff are brilliant here, really accommodating with our toddlers as well. We all loved the food, thanks!

It's really disappointed to see even store manager behavior (Joel) towards staff and with myself (customer) it was only request for few free sauce sachets but duty management was really disgusting. Even horrible with the staff who was serving.

Just a note to thank the server (didn’t get name, male black hair late twenties ish) who was genuinely one of the nicest people i’ve ever dealt with in a restaurant. Was so kind and solved a nando’s card problem with class and kindness. Also the service generally was rapid so thanks for that.

Had amazing experience and service from both Yaden & Joshua. Joshua was really helpful as we walked into the nando’s. Very polite and good customer service skills. He was very patient and pointed out the new QR system and went through the whole process with me and my mum. He was also really lovely when we finished our dinner. Yaden was really kind and friendly as well throughout our whole experience. Definitely made it clear to point out any allergies requirements and was patient to explain the new procedure ( i personally work in hospitality as well and new to this system of asking every customers their allergies). He was really nice throughout the whole process when i ordered and even at our table. Really lovely and kind gentleman. My mum particularly liked him as well for his really good customer service. Glad to have dined at nando’s and been served by both of them. Looking forward to bringing my friends back again. ✨

Excellent customer service by Phoebe, she was very calm, friendly and polite. I had her to do so many things like different flavour platter and to print 2 separate receipts, she was so calm and helpful and dealt with my query. 5 star for Phoebe for amaaazing customer service 😊

Had a great experience in store with family this afternoon. Staff were efficient and very friendly. HIGHLY RECOMMEND! Bonus shout out to Stan, so helpful, very polite. Checked on us a couple time to make sure we had everything we needed! LITTLE SUPERSTAR !!

Had my first Nandos delivered today and can't say l was that impressed unfortunately. The butterfly chicken was very tough and dried out and not much flavour. I've eaten inside quite a few times and food been lovely but this time hardly any taste to my lemon and herb chicken. Chips were OK along with the coleslaw but very disappointed in the chicken especially for the price as not cheap!. One thing l will say is delivery was quick even though the driver on his bike had trouble finding my office building at first even though l left clear instructions on the order note.

I have been here multiple times and I have always find the staff friendly and very welcoming. The food has always been warm and upto the standard. Yesterday I went to collect my order I was served by Yaaden who has been really helpful and welcoming. Really happy and satisfied customer!

Had a great time visiting Nando's Old Brewery. As always at Nando's, the food is great, sauces are fantastic and the staff is very welcoming and careful. Can't miss it!

Lovely nandos with really friendly staff and nice atmosphere. Food was delicious and the restaurant seems really clean. The only thing that let is down was the male toilet needed some urgent maintenance and cleaning

I am really disappointed with their service. The manager there named Maggie behaves very badly and does not respect the customer at all. Most of the food is burnt, you have to wait for a long time for the food to be ready. I only waited an hour for the food to be ready. The food was burnt and I was not happy at all. I am really sorry for the manager. 👎

I didn't enjoy my time much, as I had to wait in a queue just to get some fast food!

Was a nice atmosphere but the service was lacking with no extra plates for grabs or any paper/plastic straws also there was some knives but forks weren’t available. The peri salt chips wasn’t that great with the peri salt just dumped not evenly distributed or staying on the chips. The classic peach tea wasnt available here and it was quite crampt. Overall it was lacking compared to ny standards from previous Nandos experiences.

Great location, friendly enough staff, sadly the food served was cold, not even warm, cold. Big fan of Nandos but this, sadly, is the worst one food wise we have ever been to

Nando’s is a go-to spot for myself, family and friends. I visited two days ago and a very kind gentleman stood out with his exceptional service. Bilal very kindly provided complimentary drinks and had very quickly responded to a few accidental issues we had.

The food was great and amazing service by Bilal.

Pre-ordered food to be collected at 5pm. 1hr 30 mins in advance. Get to restaurant, they hadn't started cooking our food. Queue a wait that we wanted to avoid.

Went for a meal with friends. The overall experience was good. The main meal was fine. The side salad I ordered was shocking. Consisted entirely of rocket with 3 slices of cucumber and 2 baby tomatoes cut in half. Come on Nandos do a proper side salad

It is surprising that there is no one to greet you when you first come here. I've been here a few times and this hasn't changed. You come and sit and wait for someone to give you a table. This long wait is tiring. Other than that, the food and even the sauces are very good. I recommend the garlic bread.

Service is extremely bad. Drinks don’t come and we had to grab at the counter after five times requesting it to the waiter.

We went for lunch over there during Bank Holiday, I can’t imagine, Nando’s had no stock of soft drinks and we have to buy it from store outside, no water to drink, have to get water from top floor.

We been here for an hour and I had to go up and ask what 5-6 times how much longer!I have kids and the time I had to wait is so unbelievable. Nando’s you can definitely do better😕

Manager Maggie was super rude as soon as we walked in, was with an elderly gentleman who had never been to the chain before and she came across aggressive and condescending when we asked any questions. Was then ignored and multiple tables around us got their food even though they came in way after we did. Waited over an hour for our meals flagged down multiple people and had no follow up...got our drinks straight away so that was good at least. Not a nice experience at all.

Always go to Nando’s whilst I am in town, but usually the one in st David’s centre. This time we were on the other side so we decided to pop into this one. It looks very shabby but anyway gave it a try. Staff were ok but the food looked dead. My burger came cold , they did cook me another one but that was just as cold. They obviously do not probe there food to the correct temperature of 80c , it only takes 6 seconds or it would of been piping . No offer of a drink or a desert for the inconvenience. Wouldn’t go back there , and it is so expensive for what it is anyway.

Terrible customer service, food took over 40 minutes to arrive but others on our table received their orders in 10 minutes. Didn’t receive any constellation or empathy.

We ordered a takeaway and sat on some steps nearby as it was very busy ... having bought a drink. We were on the way to see Coldplay, and it was rammed. But they prioritised really well, and our food was ready within 15 minutes. In terms of what Nando's does, it does it really really well. 5/5 well. But no Michelin star, so relatively, it's a 4/5 I guess.
