Nando's Chickenland Ltd in Norwich

Since I’ve ordered I’ve seen people come in, order, get served, finish their food, leave and I still haven’t got my food. Got a starter bout half an hour ago so should be good👍

We were greeted by friendly staff and got a table immediately. The food was good as always. Although the restaurant is a bit tired and run down the staff on this day were a credit to them.

This place is shockingly bad. You can't reserve a table so had to wait for ages for what was then 2 booths for 11 people hardly what we needed for a birthday meal. The price of the mixed leaf salad is shocking, essentially it was a few leaves with a few seeds on top for crunch! For 4.25 I could make this at home for 30p and it would taste better. I didn't fancy the chicken but my partner opted for the chaurasco burger and he wasn't impressed. The chips were standard. I had a halloumi starter and houmous starter meh.....I haven't been here since it first opened and now I can remember why save your money and go elsewhere why this was so busy with people I'll never know, money would be better off spent at an independent restaurant/pub.

I love Nandos, have visited many of their restaurants however, I can honestly have say this was the best experience we've ever had. Absolutely lovely service and food. We popped into this city centre restaurant today for lunch when all our expectations were exceeded. Piping hot delicious food and fantastically friendly staff who made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived 😀 🙌 🥰 Also, the restaurant was spotlessly clean including the toilets. Highly recommended 👌

Poor service, small portions and rip off prices. My first and last time eating at Nandos, kids love it, I hate it

This was amazing, the chicken was soft and tender and the chips were crispy! Nando’s never fails to disappoint. Would definitely come again. Nando’s is where the man goes. (or woman!)

Bought wings. They were burnt , i filed a complaint and asked me to come back regardless of me telling them that I was leaving town.

Came here recently for dinner. Ordering can be done either through the app, or by the counter. I was seated quickly, and food came fairly quickly as well and tasted great! All for a reasonable price. Happy with my experience overall!

Went for lunch today, despite arriving just after 12 it was fairly busy but we were seated really quickly, asked straight away about any allergies, one server in particular called Jacob was very accommodating, offering help with anything we needed from sauces, to helping get a refill on my drink, at 34 weeks pregnant I can't explain how nice it was to hear someone actually happy to help if I needed it. Food came really quickly, it was lovely and hot - couldn't fault our visit. On the way out every member of staff we walked past said thank you and wished us well.

The chicken is very yummy , like always. The Portuguese beer even better 😊 We always choose 2 different set of dishes and 4 different sides and share it . It's just perfect that way .

Ordered a Sunset burger medium no salad on Deliveroo wrong burger came ruined my meal tonight and couldn’t get hold on knowone at Nando’s to get another sent out and Deliveroo couldn’t either. 0 STAR

you know what you're getting with Nandos but here it's always good! Always busy, always a queue but the staff are always smiling and helpful.

This place have mixed reviews from my understanding but every time we have visited Nando’s I haven’t been disappointed. I eat a vegetarian diet and I really like their choices on the menu. You’ve a few things to choose from which isn’t normally the case. I went here once before a few years back when vegetarians weren’t a big thing and back then they had nothing. So now I feel so much more included. I’ve never had a problem with the staff and because they’re drop in; you can’t expect there to people a table for you in the second YOU need it. 😑 Don’t go here if you’re impatient. (I might sound negative) but I’m not. All I’m saying is that if you’re expecting a table because YOU are hungry, then you’ll have to rethink how you approach Nando’s. Nando’s is a restaurant that will find you a table if one is available, if not, you’ll have to wait. They will give you a time frame, so go there a bit earlier, ask when the table is available for you and then come back. We had to wait half an hour for our table once, but that’s fine cause you can always go around in the city and explore while you’re waiting. You’ve to plan your day. If you’re one of those people that want food right now, then you’re better off booking a table at a restaurant. With that being said, Nando’s food is totally worth it and it’s soo good! If people ever have issues with a restaurant you’ve the right to complain to the management or their boss while you’re still in the restaurant. Don’t leave bad reviews until the issue have been solved at the place. Cozy interior and friendly staff over all. ☺️

Used my blue light card at the Riverside one which was accepted. Went to red lion Nandos, was told they don't accept it. The inconsistency is annoying but didn't mind. The annoying thing was, after I had already paid, advised I could use my NHS staff card, which I had with me instead. This annoyed me as I had already paid. Emailed the customer service team exactly what I put above, for them to reiterate the same thing, we don't accept blue light. Ignoring my complaint, that it was the being told after I had paid that I could use my NHS staff card. Inconsistent knowledge with staff ruins my experience of chains!

they stole my water from me so i didn’t have a drink and then made it too spicy when i asked for medium

Visted and ordered the ckicken butterfly described as two yes two ckicken breasts although the second word in description is probably more apt. All i can is for £13 this is a bit overpriced. Food tasted good but not value for money

well its a nandos. been to nandos all over the country and they have never let me down had chicken thighs, peas n mash. can't go wrong and they never do. thanks nandos

There is little to be said about the unbudging management of this restaurant. There were no chicken thighs and the manager refused to replace the thighs with breast in one of the burgers even though it was a small request asked. Some servers were also shocked when we wanted to order at the till Would be nice to have a bit human personality to the place. The only competent and non robotic server we had was at the till he was the saving grace of the team. All the other servers and management were borderline rude and inflexible

I'm writing this because I'm concerned about the lack of training and understanding this restaurant has about allergies. We visited this restaurant for lunch we were asked to use the QR code to look at the menu, my phone doesn't do this so I asked for a menu and got told i couldn't have one, because they haven't got any (I have eatten out since covid and I have always been given a paper one) I then explained that we had a child with us that has allergies so I would like to see the allergy book I got told that they didn't have one, how was i meant to order with no menu and no allergy list ? I have emailed the company got told i would get a reply within 48 hours, I'm still waiting ! We have been looking after a child with allergies for 8 years now and I have always been given an allergy book. We had to leave without eatting and with a hungry upset child.

Nunca he sido un gran fanático de Nando y siempre lo he visto como un pollo demasiado caro (opinión controvertida), sin embargo, me sorprendió gratamente en mi visita.Fue una noche súper ocupada, pero la persona que estaba en el frente de la casa nos dijo rápidamente que esperaríamos a que nos sentaran y que nos dijeran cuánto tiempo sería eso y que cumplimos con su palabra. Me gusta que pongan expectativas anticipadas.Mi compañero y yo pedimos 'The No Bones Platter' con 4 lados para compartir entre nosotros. Teniendo en cuenta lo ajetreado que estaba, salió mucho más rápido de lo que esperaba y estaba perfectamente preparado. Estuvimos súper bien por favor con nuestras comidas y ambos dijeron que volveríamos otra vez.Lo recomiendo y mi opinión ha sido cambiada.

We had a very enjoyable lunch here. It was a busy Saturday so we had to wait a while to be seated, but expected this. My partner and l, and our 8 year old granddaughter were shown to a freshly cleaned table by the window. We shared the full platter for 2 with 4 sides which we loved - there was more than enough food for us all. The staff were very friendly too.This wasn't our first visit and it won't be our last, but the only downside is the loud music which plays continually and makes normal conversation impossible. Even in the toilets you couldn't escape it. Please, Nandos ... turn the volume down a little !

Restaurant was very noisy, even in the toilets the music was too loud. Food was average, poor value for the price charged. The waitress started to clear the table before we had all finished eating. Fizzy orange drink appeared to have been watered down.I have been in several Nandos restaurants before and this is definetly the worst.

amazing food hot a d tasty everytime. always quick. can get very busy during peak times so would recommend booking although the wait is never normally more then 15 minutes. very friendly staff. definitely prefer this one to the riverside one

Nunca he sido un gran admirador de Nando y siempre lo he visto como pollo caro (opinión controvertida) sin embargo, me sorprendió gratamente mi visita.Tuve el fino pitta y fue súper agradable y el pollo en sí fue muy bueno y jugoso.El personal fue de lo más servicial y la mayoría se paró hablando aparte de un miembro masculino del personal que parecía estar haciendo todo y fue muy amable con nosotros.Me gustaría volver en el futuro ya que realmente disfruté mi comida y se sirvió muy rápido

Lovely food, quick service and always the same good quality. Only thing I don’t like is how crammed the tables are together but apart from that it’s a good place!

Nando’s is one of my personal favourites, one because it’s super tasty and they are always consistent with the quality and taste of the food, and also it can be pretty healthy if you order the right stuff! I love the chicken pitta with spicy rice, medium of course! The garlic peri peri sauce is a must for me, it’s an excellent way to give your food a little extra quick! This restaurant is always pretty busy but they are super quick.

Everyone always loves a cheeky Nando’s, went to Nando’s the other week with my other half and we are always impressed on the service and the friendly atmosphere. To top that off our food was at our table within 20 minutes of us being seated.

This chain clearly has a bit of a reputation, and people seem to love it or hate it but it was my first experience and I was taken there with my daughter and her husband on a very wet Sunday afternoon. Despite the appalling weather It was obviously very popular with people waiting for tables as well as take-aways and as we were given menus we were advised there would be a 20 minute wait. The restaurant was buzzing with animated conversations, friends and families leaving or being shown to their tables and waiters rushing around. In probably slightly less time than that we were shown to our table which had bench seating and would easily have accommodated 6 people or 8 at a squeeze. Son in law was a Nando’s aficionado and wanted to try the Sunset burger and turned out to be very impressed by it. Daughter and I went for the Fino Pita with garlic bread and salt chips. This was full of flavour, filling and very succulent. I was thoroughly impressed given the scale of the operation, to turn out food that good with that many people to serve.Knowing my sweet tooth Son in Law then ordered Carrot Cake to finish with. I had already decided that a repeat vist(s) was on the cards but the cake confirmed it. It was huge and not that the size was important, the quality, in this case the taste just reconfirmed my good impressions of the place. I’ll definitely be back!

Normally I avoid restaurants like this at lunchtime but on this occasion was pleasantly surprised. Usual menu so don't expect gourmet cooking. Nice clean tables and drinks area. Pricey for what is served.

we tried to go for our meal at nandos for my cousins birthday as she had come down to norwich to celebrate especially but nandos being nandos was completely full up! ): i came back a week later for what would have been a brunch/breakfast and it was divine. everything is so extraordinary and full of flavor and very efficient service as usual. i absolutely love nandos and im currently triying to convince my parents to try it!

Great chicken, great service. Can’t fault the service or food here at Nando’s, I always have plain chicken, my partner the hot & spicy so it’s a restaurant that caters for both our needs. I thought the beer a little over priced at £3.75 for a small bottle. They do however serve ‘bottomless’ soft drinks at £2.60 , could be quite pricey for a family. The restaurant was clean, staff friendly, fast friendly & polite service. Nice one Nando’s

I am a fussy customer and asked for a few simple changes to the way my meal was prepared. Abby who served us was very accommodating and helpful. We both really enjoyed our meal here and the service we received was great. The lady who sat us at our table was not that polite or friendly but Abby made up for the first impression once we ordered. We had chicken wrap and was very tasty

On arrival, told a 20minute wait which was only 10 in the end. Superb service, table allocation for me and my boy. Food was quick, cooked well and exactly as per the menu. Have been here now 3 times, very polite staff, very efficient service.

Nice little place to go out for meal food was fantastic and got delivered to us really quickly which was alright, however really busy should only allow a certain amount of people to wait for tables, as it was so packed could barely get any where. Staff didn’t look like they wanted to be there. But overall it was okay but probably won’t go again unless it’s less busy

Tuve experiencias impredecibles con Nando en Norwich a lo largo de los años, pero como estábamos entrenando para un combate de boxeo, el pollo es una parte muy importante de la dieta, por lo que Nando tiene éxito. Visitamos en varias ocasiones durante las últimas 6 semanas y prácticamente teníamos todos los platos de pollo en el menú. La comida no decepciona y siempre viene muy caliente, sabroso y con porciones correctas. Los camareros están bien y siempre parecen estar ocupados. Y en cuanto a los precios, es bueno. Es bueno ver que también abren tarde.

We visited on a busy Saturday afternoon but only had to wait a few minutes to be shown a table. Restaurant has been refurbished since we last visited, several years ago. Service Was quick and efficient , staff were cheerful and working hard at a busy time.Obviously a popular place to eat. Food was the usual good value at a Nandos restaurant. If you like chicken , worth a visit.

First visit to Nando's for me & Hubby dragged there by our 18 yr old daughter and what a pleasant surprise. Food was delicious service excellent. Will definitely be going again.

We went for a full platter for 2, thats a whole chicken, 2 regular sides and 2 bottomless drinks for under £20. We thought that was a bargain. The flavour were good, we went for the mango flavour, it was nice.

Oh cielos. Bien porque la gente siempre hablar sobre este lugar pensamos darle una oportunidad. Ojalá conseguimos patatas al mercado en su lugar. Fue horrible. Teniendo en cuenta que creo que son expertos en el pollo que destruirlo. La comida es seco, caro y todo el lugar es simplemente otra cadena desagradable que debe barato simplemente ir lejos. Sé buena comida y este no lo es.

First time we've ever been here and I am totally impressed with the care and attention the staff paid especially the fact that as we left all three of the staff members we passed made a point of acknowledging us and thanking us for our visit - customer service at it's best!

nando's is right in the heart of norwich.the restaurant is clean and has a pleasant,nice atmosphere about the place.the service was good and the food was nice to.you can't go far wrong with a nando's,it's quick,cheap and quite tasty food.

Sabes es muy. . . A las 10:15 pm después del cine en el Castillo de Mall en Norwich y sin un coche, es probablemente la opción más cercana para una cena rápida. Usted puede elegir una opción más sana con patatas dulces y ensalada griega con queso feta o las patatas fritas acompañan a un plato de carne malsana. Generalmente muy desordenada y ruidosa, pero la parada de autobús está justo enfrente de la UEA, así, es su elección!

We went there as a family of 5 and they welcomed us and showed us to our table. Everything was cooked lovely and desserts were brilliant too. Just wish they would do bottomless juice as not everyone likes fizzy pop. Definitely recommend this place

This place serves chicken in different varieties. They have plain to spicy. The sauces have a kick to them. The food is decent but not my favorite.

Hace lo que dice, es Nando's y sirve pollo peri peri. Visitamos aquí un lunes por la noche sobre las 19:00h. Estaba bastante concurrido, pero el personal era agradable y nos sentaron rápidamente. La comida fue servida rápidamente sin ningún problema. Se olvidaron de una cosa pero me dieron el dinero en el final y lo contrario un rápido y sin problemas experiencia culinaria.

I come here a lot and recently had the sunset burger with Supergrain salad, neither of which I had tried before, both were delicious. The restaurant has been refurbished with new seats and is very comfortable.

Called in on a Wednesday lunchtime to meet my daughter for lunch.Haven't been in a Nando's for about 4 years and the chain I did visit was in Manchester, so was not too sure of what to do,but quickly cottoned on to the fact you pick a table and order at the counter.I ordered a drink and waited for my daughter to arrive.The waitress brought my drink over and she was very friendly.When my daughter arrived and we chose what we would like to eat I ordered at the counter and the service was once again, polite and friendly.The salads we ordered were served promptly and we both agreed that they were delicious,there was just the right amount of oil on the leaves and the chicken was delicious.I was really impressed with Nando's and wouldn't hesitate to visit again

The place has been competently redesigned recently and it's absolutely wonderful! Great service! Great food! Would highly recommended trying out this restaurant!
