Literally the best nandos I’ve ever had, food came out piping hot, lovely staff, really fast service absolutely no notes, had a great server called Felix and a lovely lady with a black short ponytail who’s name I didn’t catch, keep doing what you’re doing 👑

Nice, on a busy night. Service was really good. The person serving us saw our party size and made sure she understood how we were going to order (before we sat down) so that she could get chickens prepped . Nice anticipation and good service overall

The service at this Nandos was utterly appalling. The staff displayed a shocking lack of manners with a dismissive and unapologetic attitude. They not only failed to provide even basic customer service but also managed to ruin a special occasion—the birthday celebration of my son. It is deeply disappointing to witness such disregard for patrons and their experiences. The management must address this glaring issue immediately to prevent further disregard for customers and their satisfaction. This standard of service is wholly unacceptable and requires urgent rectification for future patrons to avoid experiencing the same disappointment.

had a couple complications with the nandos app, called the store and felix the manager was more than helpful to fix the problem and went over and beyond. very appreciated

Manager was kind. Staff are polite and food is great value for money.

We came here for our Christmas Eve eve celebrations and the vibes were just good. We had a table within minutes and the servers were attentive. Felix made our early Christmas celebrations memorable. The food did take a long time to come but it was worth the wait when it did. We left feeling stuffed.

Not a good experience here, have been a regular customer for over 3 years. Was told there was a 20-30 minute wait even tho there were 6 tables free! Was told that we couldn’t be sat there as there was too many orders going through the kitchen and a long wait time for food, you should focus your efforts on customers in the restaurant and not the Deliveroo orders, won’t ever come back here again!!

Always a top spot to dine in,staff were running around looked very busy though well managed with their customer services, staff sandesh and the team were hardworking we could easily see them working hard,food was served quick,fresh,hot.

Was very busy for a Tuesday evening, which seemed to be the cause of the chaos. Really long wait time for food. Had to order with manager, as had dietary requirements, as is their policy. The special dietary requirement meal that was supposed to be lactose free, had cheese and other extras we didn't order added into it. Suspect we received someone else's dietary specific meal. Raised the issue with the manager who placed the order, and was only offered a replacement, which would have just been another 45 min wait and a waste of food. Very disappointed that the matter wasn't treated more seriously, considering the risk if it had been someone with a more severe allergy.

I have had some really bad experiences with other Nandos branches over a number of years, Aldershot branch, I must say never disappoints, over numerous of times me visiting I have found that they are very consistant with food, the cleanliness & customer service. Thank you guys

Food was tasty but it seems they have shrunken the portion sizes.

I ordered from this Nando’s through Deliveroo , expecting a good meal however they forgot a whole burger and 2 sides, the meals were rushed and cold which meant my sister had to share our food, and we didn’t have enough for the 4 people we ordered for.

Really friendly waiters, and greeted with smiles. Especially a lovely waiter named Felix, he was very helpful. Would recommend

Chicken is getting thinner and smaller as the years pass by. Nando’s is so overrated, the portion of chips was not even a hand full so embarrassing. You are better off going to a chicken shop that does peri chicken on the grill. This way u will be full and it will be cheaper. Overall it’s really poor and so disappointing

Great place to eat. staff are friendly and look after us and take great care when preparing food as we have a nut & gluten allergies. I would highly recommend 👌

Staff really friendly. Quite busy, we left our number, they said about 20 mins, after about 10 we were called. Food was spot on, just a shame no Armed Forces or Blue Light discounts were available, otherwise, good place, enjoyable.

Nana was our server at Nando’s, he brought our food over quickly and checked up on us during our meal, he was chatty and smiling the whole time. The food was perfect and I loved the music playing! Great place for dinner and thank you Nana for making our visit pleasant!!!

I go here a lot with friends. Never had to wait longer than 30 minutes for a table and it's great you can now get a text so we head off for a drink first. My most recent visit 08/05/2024 was quite busy, we were seated quickly but there was a good 30 mins wait for food. Staff told us this as soon as we arrived, then again when we were seated. A member of management, Anurag, also came over to apologise for the wait as there was a mix up with our order. We weren't bothered because they had been very attentive and informative. Upon receiving our meal my sunset burger didn't taste right, it tasted burnt and like charcoal although it looked normal. Anurag replaced the burger within seconds and offered an additional side to compensate. He was so kind and helpful. All of the staff were great that evening but Anurag really stood out to us. Thank you for a positive experience.

We used to live in Portugal, and frango com Piri Piri, (and not peri peri!), was one of our favorites. We stop here regularly for piri piri and Sagres (Sagresh), when we go to the nearby supermarket. It brings back good memories, it's a shame they can't do the same with the weather. Muito boa, comidas E bebidas. Obrigada, até breve..

You know what to expect in Nando’s and Aldershot’s restaurant was no different. The food took a little longer than I would have expected but wasn’t problematic and really good food when it arrived. Friendly team and clean throughout.

When there’s about 10 free tables and you are told to wait for 20-30 minutes it’s kind of frustrating. Service is not great.

Didn’t receive my fully order, rude staff and manager. Wont be returning to this restaurant again! When i raise my issue with manger no apology ot nothing. Worst restaurant i never been too!

Easy parking and great proximity to cinema. We ordered using the app from table. Food came quickly, but my wife's was wrong which was quickly rectified. Kid's enjoyed their meals. All in all a really enjoyable, tasty lunch.

I have been to multiple nandos and this one is definitely the best one, they have the best roasted chicken always cooked to perfection and not rushed. Whoever is in the kitchen is a top chef. Some other places the chicken is not cooked properly and as Portuguese where this dish is part of the culture, these guys nailed it completely. The only other thing i can say is that the garlic bread went down on quality not sure if they maybe changed supplier.

2 hours before closing, not all food available

Average experience. Staff aren't well at dealing with large number of people Couldn't keep up with orders and alot of orders were late etc. Tried the new mac and cheese it's very obvious it just heated up and not prepared on site. Overall a mixed emotion but it's nandos.

Ordered wings on Deliveroo. The wings are pre-boiled which of course I expect. However they are only out on the grill long enough to leave the grill marks. Unfortunately ordering on Deliveroo means I can’t return them but the wings were terrible!!! Boiled wings with hot sauce! Not worth the £25 this meal cost me in the end with tip and all the charges of Deliveroo. (Note I am in town only For the night so ordered Deliveroo as I don’t Have time to venture out)

Food is always amazing come here so often. The hosts at the front give people a ideal table time and always stick to it. Mever ever had a problem with the food. High turnover of staff but standards remain the same. Never ever had a issue ever

Clean, tidy ,quick efficient service, friendly staff

I made my order online at 12:10 and was told the collection time would be 12:30 and my food would be ready by then. I got there for 12:25 and waited until 12:41, still without food, until the receptionist decided it would be a good idea to tell the chef about my order. The service and wait times are TERRIBLE. I sat there while people who ordered after me were receiving their orders before me. And to add insult to injury, the receptionist blamed the delay on 'short staffing'. They looked very staffed to me! If my collection time was 12:30, why was my food only prepared 10 minutes later?

It took ages to even get glasses for drinks, then even longer for a juice carton. When food finally arrived (after an hour) they had messed up the chips (put spicy chips on a plate that needed plain) and when we disputed the sever said 'yes, one spicy one plain'. Eventually got him to fix it. The food wasn't any where near what we are used to from hands either. My finish pitta had all the lettuce and hallumi on the bottom, so I basically had to rumage around for it or elce I'd have one chicken part one vegetarian part. Chips were ok but I didn't even eat half, there seemed to be more but not as nice, garlic bread was less toasted (seemed to not be cooked at all on the underside of it) and the colesaw was warm. It's such a shame as we used to come here often. Definitely would recommend going elsewhere

Friendly staff and good food (as with any Nandos) but spoiled by the music being far too loud - I could barely hear what the server was asking above the 'background' music level. Turn it down a bit!

If you are a vegetarian I wouldn't order from here, I found chicken inside my Grilled Mushroom & Halloumi Pitta

Love Nandos and this restaurant always delivers. We have eaten here several times, and the service is good and the portions well sized. Ordered over the app every time and never had a problem. Will definitely be back.
