Leave you waiting over an hour for delivery then cancel your order. Absolute jokers. If you can't fulfil it these things happen but don't leave people waiting for 1 and a half hours.

manager david was super friendly and has great customer service skills, he fixed the issue straight away when my friends veggie wrap wasn’t available and replaced it for us :) We also highly recommend the halloumi

Went to eat here today, paid for olives and realised tonight that actually never got to eat them as they weren't brought to the table!!!! Better service at Belmont Street branch, but did think the chicken tasted better here.

The fact that i left this place with the design of the restaurant as the main stand out pretty much sums up what im about to say. First off, after no clear instruction that we had to go up to order after previously having an employee come over and ask what we want when we weren’t ready, they proceeded to make us wait 30 minutes for our ice cream as the machine was broke, it’s ridiculous how long the ice cream took to be served. As well as this apart from the 7 waiters standing and chatting only one was actually doing their job.

Tasty grilled chicken with many kinds of sauce. I used to eat in Malaysia and it tastes like original. I love all the spicy sauces.

First time for me. Enjoyed the Fino pitta and the Sxollie Cider is excellent. Good service

Myself and my partner are a regulars to this Nando’s. However, this has happened multiple times in the restaurant. This is when we are enjoying our starters instantly the main course is on our table. This doesn’t let us to enjoy our starters and let it settle, it seems like the staff are in some kind of rush even when it’s not busy. On this occasion the app was down so my partner had to order up at the till and not even 25 minutes later we were out of the restaurant starters and mains finished. When receiving the starters we received 6 pittas instead of 8. The garlic bread was hard like it has been sitting there for a while, the staff never came up to our table to ask if everything was okay with our meal. Overall disappointing.

Ate here 28/7/24. Nice little Nandos. No complaints about the food itself, but christ on a bike when did it get so expensive? Nearly £50 for chicken and chips. Very pricey.

I've been a fan of Nando's for years, we just don't have any in South Florida so when I visited Scotland, I couldn't resist stopping by the Union Square location in Aberdeen. I ended up going three times in one week to enjoy their delicious peri-peri chicken. The food was consistently great, and the service was good overall, with one notable exception. On my first two visits, I ordered a 1/2 chicken and requested two legs instead of the standard leg and breast. My request was accommodated without any issues. However, on my third visit, I made the same request but received one leg and one breast. When I pointed this out to the server, she explained it was their policy to serve a leg and a breast for a 1/2 chicken but said she would sort it out for me. Then, the manager approached and reiterated the policy, stating they would make an exception this time but emphasizing it was against company policy to serve two legs. This experience was a bit off-putting, as it felt like I was being lectured about the policy despite having my request fulfilled without any hassle on previous visits. Overall, the food remained excellent, but I didn't appreciate the "let the customer know how wrong he is" attitude. A more consistent and customer-friendly approach would definitely enhance the dining experience.

The male server was very attentive and brought me a class for water as he saw I didn't add a drink to my order, they were quite but all the stuff were keeping busy cleaning. I had half a chicken, one half of the half was very very dry, but the other was delicious. I enjoyed it there.

Awful, overpriced, and bland food. I just don't understand its popularity. I've had better food from a takeaway when I was steamboat Willy-ed (i.e. Drunk!!). I would never go back there ever again!

Ask to be seated for a meal get told there will be a 10 min wait quite clearly empty tables available to be seated at but obviously was not willing to provide these waiting for a larger groups

You gave me a bunch of plain chicken wings when I ordered a hot Chicken wrap with added halloumi. It was literally one of two items on the receipt, how can you miss that. For a Monday night as well, I'd understand a busy Saturday. What an absolute joke staff need to look at receipts more carefully.

Staff were friendly and attentive. Food portions were small and poor value for money. Garlic bread was overdone.

I didn’t catch the young girls named who served my family but she was absolutely amazing with my young girls! Was so attentive to them and made our evening so much easier, a smooth experience in public. She acknowledged my daughters stickers and kindly gifted her a nandos sticker, which she absolutely loved 🥰 The young girl had long brown hair up in a ponytail with blue jeans on. 10/10 service from all staff members as well 😊

Cold food and rude staff, after saying my halloumi was cold it was taken back with attitude, and watched someone touching my food with their hands and putting it under heat to warm up rather than a new portion!

One of the staff called Chris was exceptional on service, he provided me with all my needs as well as helping me decide on which was best thing to get. The food was delicious. Kudos to Chris!

The service was incredible! It's not only the yummy food but the service, Teresa made me feel great, it was my first time visiting Nando's but I'll tell you that it is not gonna be the last one!

Staff are friendly and fast. Food is amazing as all nandos restaurants. The place is clean and good looking I think I might of scared the staff with how much I eat and how quick I eat it. Sorry.

I received a horrendous service from Erm...I think this was her name...female, plum-tinted hair). I arrived at approximately 8:15 pm (25/05/23), and I was told the restaurant was not taking orders as “they were busy” and was asked to go elsewhere to return in 20 minutes. (mind you, the restaurant closes at 10 pm) I told Erm that I would wait. I had just got off the train after a 7-hour journey. I waited as I sat on the seat across the till counter. I was served after about 7 minutes with the grumpiest face ever. I placed two orders: 2x quarter chicken, one portion of chips, one coleslaw & 2 cans of drinks. Of my orders, I asked if I get thigh & leg portions; Erm annoyingly looked at me and opened a drawer behind her containing chicken portions, checking through. She told me that she could only serve one leg portion, as there were only three left & I would either get one without skin. I was adamant that I wanted what I ordered, and she went on to take my order as requested. My order was ready in a reasonable time (not sure why Erm said they were busy and not taking orders in the first instance). She took three trays of food ready for takeaway pack-ups & went towards the entrance of the restaurant while I waited on the white seats near the till. After approximately 10 minutes, Erm came to me with my order packed up...did not ask me whether I needed extras. I requested sauces & she went back to the pack-up section & brought me two sachets...still wearing a grumpy face. While on my way to my hotel, I beat myself to why I should have just cancelled the order or returned the food, as I kept on thinking about the possibility of Erm spitting into my food while doing the takeaway pack-up....given her awful attitude towards me. I had no confidence in eating the food, and I threw it away in the bin, and I regret having wasted £21.00 on something that I could not eat. I am so disappointed with your service. It's my first time in Aberdeen and all I needed was to get dinner and go to my hotel to rest.

If you haven't been to Nandos, you're missing out. There is a reason that this brand is spreading across the UK like wildfire. The ingredients are quality, and the standard of cooking is consistent across the chain. Staff are generally friendly, and the service is fast. This particular location is inside a very nice mall, however there is a charge for parking. The other Nandos in town also has parking charges, so it's really up to you which one you go to.

I went yesterday with my husband for a very quick dinner. All the food was lovely and the service very fast.

We are regulars. We love Nando’s. My go to place for hanging out with people, if we want to eat out. I love all the spicier sauces. Currently, Nando’s has the option to put Vusa sauce on your chicken. It’s a real good heat! It’s the only sauce at Nando’s that can really make me sweat! The Nando’s app gives the opportunity to collect chillis. It’s a pleasant surprise when you get a free starter or main! Will be back soon :)

Had dinner the other day. Warm welcome at the front of the restaurant... friendly service at the tills by Mark. Was checked up on by the staff during my dinner too... Food was spot on! Good selection of sauces too. Medium was very nice, but quite difficult to pour out of the bottle

My 1st meal of the day. I ordered 1/4 chicken and 2 sides of spicy chips and rainbow slaw. Manager showed me how to get free sodawater from the machine. Their frozen yogurt was out of order. Chicken freshly grilled. Served quickly and hot and fluffy chips.chef came to che ck on me. Sound system playing African music to make me feel at home.Loved it. Great job team. Thanks for the personal service.

Me and my palls went to Nando’s for supper today. Chicken was cooked perfectly deserts was first class I will definitely recommend this to any one else and very fare prices.

My wife and I were dining at nandos on Monday evening and we were shocked to say the least. The portioning has definitely changed since our last visit. My wife ordered butterfly chicken that was tough to cut and I ordered a chicken breast burger which the bottom bun was solid. Our chips were undercooked some parts were still cold. Both very disappointed with this as we enjoy having a Nandos from time to time but we certainly won't be back unfortunately.

Been here many times, you know what you are getting, food quality food for a great price. Chicken dishes are always a winner, many types of sauce from mild to really hot. Free refill on soft drinks. Order on the app and it’s brought to your table very quickly. Staff are friendly. Only not a five star as some items were missing from the menu, no ice for drinks and although staff are friendly, it would have been useful for all staff to be updated with this

Some good flavours but portion sizes are small and inconsistent. We had around 10 people dining and the sizes of burgers and sides varied widely. Not good when considering how expensive it is for some chicken and fries...

Ordered the hummous starter and great value for money (highly recommend) Double chicken wrap really well cooked and very filling, good and fair service. Their Rainbow salad also delicious don't underestimate it, really nice honey mustard dressing. Overall fairly good service, ordered it all via the website on the mobile, scan the QR code on the table and order there instead of ordering at the bar, with a good and speedy service.

Staff were nuce and helpful, was very quiet and there was a shortage of chicken !

Can't fault it other than I prefer the old school way of ordering via the staff at the table. Just don't get the same interaction via your phone. Works efficiently though.

Staff excellent at front of restaurant however I can only presume the kitchen chefs have been replaced with actors who've never seen a chicken before .

If you fancy spicy chicken then you can't really go wrong here.

This might just be my opinion but don't really understand the whole get your own drink and cutlery idea generally that's why you eat out to save the hassle was half expecting to be asked to wash the dishes after. Good food weird service

The start of the experience wasn’t the best, as me and my girlfriends mains took about 45 mins on a quiet Sunday night. We asked a waitress if our order came through and she said it did but did not provide an update. However, Neil (think this was his name) then approached our table and gave us absolutely amazing service. After talking to him our food came very quickly and his sincerity and kindness ensured we had smiles on our faces despite waiting a while. He was an absolute gentleman and went above and beyond for us. We left happy and he gave us a good laugh too. He’s a true credit to the company, make this man a manager if he isn’t already!

Still enjoyed meal, but Chicken breast very dry, mash potato also been kept warm to long but also dry on top. Staff lovely very helpful.

Tasty chicken, sides are small and overpriced, cleanliness needs to be improved. Floor very messy and chairs in bad condition. I would return only for the chicken.

Union Square mall is very happening place. Food in Nando's was awesome. We ordered Rainbow Bowl salad, Full platter and a veggie wrap. Overall nice experience . :)

As a vegetarian their was only 1 option offered to me the burger, surely in this day n age they'd have a better selection for vegetarians

It's Nandos. Sometimes you just need your Nandos fix. Never fails to deliver.

Food was very good. Liked ordering by phone but struggled a bit for signal (then found free WiFi connection, could maybe have been pointed out by server?) Also, struggled to order desert but those were minor issues. I believe you can also order at the till.

You can't beat Nando's when it comes to eating at a major restaurant chain. The food taste nice, isn't particularly expensive and the service is usually quick. You can also eat quite healthily with one of their salads. They need to turn the music down or change it because it is awful

Food came out barley warm so staff took it back and re,made. Food then came back to table warm. I understand that all the food is brought to the shop pree cooked and then re heated but atleast train the cooks to re,heat the food properly. Or bring in chefs that can cook the food from scratch instore. I give 2 stars because the staff were apologetic and agreed with my commitments at the time.

Nando's may be known for it's chicken, but It's actually the sides that do it for me, peri peri chips, garlic bread, spicy rice box. All of them plus a plate of wings makes for an amazing evening dinner.

Decent food but nothing spectacular

Really good with allergies! Clear allergy menu was given to me on a tablet so I could scroll through everything and see what I could have! Most dishes contain very few allergies which is great. Staff were very attentive too, making sure everyone was aware of my allergies. Definitely recommend!
