Immediately greeted by a host of friendly human beings and brought to our seats by a lovely gentleman who mercilessly wiped down the table and our chairs. By the way, our party came from a 4 hour session of lifting heavy weights so you could say we were ravenous and ready to stuff our face holes. Of course, our stomachs overrided our brain cells so we definitely ordered far too much food but to the astonishment of me and my friends, ALL of the food, two whole chickens, 10 chicken wings and four sides were being carried by that same young gentleman. You could tell none of the muscles of my friends and I combined could match up to the glory of this man. I'm sure he could have wipe the tables and the floor with all of us. The swift delivery of all the food ensured it was still piping hot and juicy. What a lovely experience! 5/5 will come again.

The staff were amazing. Been stranded waiting for the RAC for hours and they let me stay warm. Amazing service and great human beings!!

My expectations were too high for this restaurant l. What can I do, I like this brand however I left very unsatisfactory.

This restaurant is the worst in terms of missing items. Tonight I have ordered collection when I got home I have realised that one of the items which I have ordered and paid for was missing. When I called the restaurant the manager Paco refused to refuse me the money for the item which was supplied he said he will be checking cctv to make sure that I am telling the truth. This experience was highly frustrating and embarrassing. If they cannot do their job properly they should honour their responsibilities instead of called customer a liar. The team needs to be trained but most of all manager should change the job as his customer service skills are the worst I have seen. He should be let go. Wrong person in the wrong job.

Fast service, high quality food, friendly staff and pick up was covid-secure. I highly recommend and will be ordering from here again!!

Just visited the Twickenham branch. Food was great as always, the staff were super friendly and welcoming - special mention to Walid who greeted us at the door and made sure we were looked after. He was very friendly and clearly great at his job!

Ordered a delivery for the family back in September. There were mistakes with the order and the food quality was very low. The corn on the cob tasted like it was weeks old, the plainish chicken for my daughter was extremely spicy (they don't clean the grill between orders) etc. When I contacted their customer service, they blamed Deliveroo. No follow up, just excuses. The manager at this location obviously does not care.

The staff especially the manager were incredibly rude. As someone who works in hospitality I was shocked at the customer service. The food I was given was a joke in size. Won’t be returning to this particular nandos.

The food was very delicious and is very tasty they have good efficient service and great customer service I would recommend that I will be coming back to for eat in or takeaway very soon

Never normally write reviews but this was awful. The restaurant was dirty, other people’s dirty plates and glasses left to stack up next to people eating as well as stuff all over the floor. Numerous people complaining about late and cold food both eating in and taking away, I had to go and collect mine and my fiends food from the kitchen as it had been sat their so long, none of the staff knew what they were doing, never seen a restaurant in such a shambles let alone a Nando’s.

Excellent service by the waiter there called Walid. He is an asset to Nando's He looked after us although it was very busy. Good food but coffee needs improvement

Gluten n Dairy free dining but the chicken was a little dry. Great service I guess just need to mention, don’t overdo my chicken.

Really enjoyed my visit today, came in just as it opened the food was great and my partner and I had a great visit.

Ordered food to takeaway - ready in 2 minutes and then watched it sit on the counter for 15 minutes before a waitress gave it to us- overall: bad service and gets very hot in summer 🤢

Chicken burgers were fine but the half chicken was so dry and over done it was not edible. Mentioned this to waitress but she never came back to me. Won’t bother with this place again .

Really good chicken only the place look little bit let down. But generally my family and me really enjoyed Nando’s

I have eaten from this Nando's approx. 10 times since they've opened - And can honestly say it is amazing!! Don't let the negative feedback put you off, I can see from the dates that they were left when the branch was brand new, and it genuinely can take time to adapt to the 'nino' Concept. Food always arrives on time - Piping hot and exactly as it should. Buy in confidence!!!

Don’t ever order via deliveroo! Complete mess up of order, poor customer service Nanos twickenham staff tried to help but promised to redeliver the missing food but it still never arrived Extremely Dissapointing

Deliveroo or Nando’s have been taking are food as we have ordered three times and the full meal has not come. I’m pretty sure it’s deliveroo though no hate to Nando’s

I was craving a nandos from a heavy night and ordered in. It arrived quickly and on time my burger was delicious, however the Portuguese tarts weren't up to their normal standards.

Went here last week, arrived late maybe an hour before closing. It's much smaller than other Nandos but I prefer it like that. The staff were very friendly and even brought over a dish of complimentary roulette style wings. Would definitely go again.

our visit was a good one. food was good as expected from Nando's. Must praise all the young staff who served us. They went out of their way to make the experience enjoyable.

So I know its Nando's and that expectations should be appropriate, but my experience in others has been excellent. This experience was terrible. I ordered our food from the bar including a glass of wine.The girl serving looked for wine, couldn't find any, asked who I believe was in charge, who just shrugged, and I was told that they would bring it over. 5 minutes later and I go back to ask if the wine is coming, only for the girl to ask the same person again, get no response, shrug and say 'sorry, we'll bring it over,' 5 minutes later I ask again, and someone is despatched to find the wine.

Take heed of other reviews and do not use this branch for a takeaway. Food will always arrive cold and the restaurant take no responsibility. Disgusting, substandard, cold food which they would never serve in the restaurant. But feel it’s okay to send out despite customers still paying the same price. Avoid at all costs. The concept doesn’t work.

I came this weekend with my Family and it felt the team were s bunch of trainees and were all learning on the job that also resulted in terriable service. This is my closest Nando’s and I see myself as one of their biggest fans, but left very disappointed and angry.

Ordered via Deliveroo as we are only a short bike away and thought the food would arrive hot. Not only was the order 20 minutes late but it arrived by car and was lukewarm.

Went to Nando's Twickenham (namely called according to TripAdvisor) with my kids who love Nando's.

Once an order is “being prepared” via Deliveroo, you can’t cancel it. Tried my best but Deliveroo customer service kept reassuring me riders were waiting. 2 hours later (TWO!) a text saying Nando’s Nino cancelled the order. Deliveroo said was due to the restaurant being so busy that multiple riders aborted. Multiple! And this didn’t even involve table service!

Went along with 2 children who are generally enthusiastic about eating at Nando’s however this experience has even put them off any future return visits.

I have loved nandos for approx 10 years but this restsurant is the worst. My last order was bad but I thought I'd give it one more chance. This evening I waited 45 minutes for a takeaway and no one seemed to have a clue what was going on. The staff were polite, nice people but need to be trained better as it was a shambles. The chicken was no where near usual nandos quality as the skin was burnt and the meat extremely dry so I instead now use it as a doorstop. They only opened recently so hopefully they improve but I advise avoiding for a while and ordering from the Teddington one which is amazing!

Excellent addition to the Twickenham High Street. Essentially a takeaway Nandos. It has a smaller menu but you can get most things. You can eat inside but its a more informal affair. Happy to have Nandos here :)

Visited last night, great venue &service.; only down side is that you cannot book and for a party of 8, we had to wait for a table. Having said that, the food was lovely.

I mean it’s Nando’s you get what your given went with a group of 5 people on a Monday night waited ages to be seated because they had sat like 2 or 3 people on the really big tables and the whole back table they had staff members on, was a bit annoyed they didn’t just ask their staff to sit on a smaller table so we didn’t have to wait so long. Also not having table numbers is the dumbest idea ever!! We all know what we’re doing in other Nando’s so why do we have to give our names and be interrupted 12 times during our meal when someone is looking for “Dave” or “Hannah” I shouldn’t have to describe to anyone where I’m sitting. Put flipping table numbers down!

This is the first of the new 'nino' concept from Nando's. The menu is smaller with no platters or combos as there are in the larger, main restaurants.
