Just visited. Out hostess Jacquie was so nice. There was a wait, which she said would be 20m+ but many people didn't turn up so we got seated quickly as we chose to wait for some time. Food was quickly delivered and entire family had a great time. Would visit again xx

Poor customer service! Been standing for over 40 minutes been told time after time we’re get seen and still haven’t Don’t waste your time go Tesco’s for a meal deal!

Just visited Nando’s. Food and service was excellent as always. Special mention for the manager Jenny who was extremely welcoming and friendly and made the whole experience very pleasant.

Came here for a bite to eat after visiting a few of the nearby shops. We was seated swiftly and ordering was quick. Food came out relatively quick and tasted good, no complaints

Went to nandos nugent last Wednesday evening for family dinner. I love nandos chicken it was perfectly grilled and taste is amazing. It was a good and enjoyable dinner. The staff were nice, friendly and thank you to Gee, Jay and Abdel who looks after us made sure we had everything we need.Food and service is excellent.

We arrived to be greeted by what I guess was a doorman who just pointed to another member of staff when I said table for 2 we visiting in the evening and the restaurant was so cold we had to eat in our coats the place need some tlc ripped seats grubby tables and chairs my meal was fine butterfly chicken tho the food seem to go cold quick guess because of the temperature in the restaurant my partner had a wrap and the wrap was tidy hardly any filling and we eat Nando’s often and they are never that small we have just moved to the area and we love Nando’s so no doubt we will visit again tho I’m just hoping this was a bad day otherwise we may have to find another nandos.

The Nugent branch for lunch despite saying “never again” in my review in Dec 2019. No greeting on arrival and I did wonder if the greeter was verbally challenged… till I asked her if we could sit at a particular table. No! Our table was dirty and sticky (as was the neighbouring table) watching the cleaning of tables, this is a serious training issue particularly in the current climate, and I had to sweep crumbs from my seat. For 2 people we were given one menu to share. Chose a glass of red wine … however red wine only served in cans or large bottles??? The food arrived but not was was ordered. Quarter chicken, salad and chips …. my partner got double chips and no salad … if the chips were edible would have been ok but as on the previous occasion were cold and doggy. Asked if we wanted relish … asked for mayo and any salad dressing… still waiting for dressing. I just wonder why people go here. Not an enjoyable lunch as kids were running amok.

I went in here with my family before going into the cinema upstairs. Waited 40 minutes for our food and then had to rush eating it so we wouldn’t miss the start of the film. It seems all they care about now is getting the food out for all of the mopeds sitting outside delivering take always. All of those orders were getting done quick and we were sat there waiting. Also, the portions are small. Not impressed and won’t be going again.

Went for a family lunch today ( 2nd November 21 ) with my sister and our children, the food was Luke warm and had a funny smell. We told the waiter who took the plates away and said he would get the chef to remake our order but unfortunately it was the same barely Luke warm and not up to normal nando's standard. We left very disappointed and wished we had gone elsewhere for our little family get together!

We attempted to get a table at this restaurant on Wednesday this week (19oct21). We were told by the young lad at the "reception" that he couldn't accept us as they had food supply issues and that we could come back in 30 minutes. There was a range of tables free and we asked if we could sit. He said no and sent us away. He missed an opportnity as we wld have been happy to sit and have a drink while we waited. We wont try again!

Had a great time tonight in the nugent centre Nandos ! Even though it was very busy we were seated really quickly . The service was excellent , our waitress was very helpful . All four of us in out group had great meals everything was amazing!! Will definitely be going back !! 👏👍❤

First visit to a Nandos since before the lockdown 2020! Busy with customers, but greeted and sat promptly. Staff very friendly, approachable and professional ! Starters came quickly, cooked to perfection Mains followed shortly after, all together and very nicely presented ! Portions were generous and food was second to none! A great night out, not one complaint just thoroughly enjoyable - Thank you !

I had the opportunity of visiting Nando's in Orpington, Greater London. The setup was fairly similar to their American counterparts. Just the same........plus we had unlimited refills on our drinks, a rarity in the UK. Baked chicken and rice....a great combination.

Love Nando's! Food is always consistently good. We often get takeaways from here. One thing to say is always check it before you leave as we have got home and had items missing before which is really annoying.

Had a takeaway on mothers day afternoon and ended up with food poisoning. D&V for all Sunday night and Monday morning. Took 3 days before I could start to eat again. Chicken tasted OK, chips were soggy and sweetcorn artificially sweetened. Will never go back...

Lovely meal on Saturday afternoon in the Orpington branch. Chicken was crispy, chips fresh and hot and an electric atmosphere. The guys really went the extra mile on our visit and were very attentive with our kids, one of whom has an allergy.

Visited Nando's today in Orpington with my wife for lunch. When we arrived we were greeted by a friendly faced female employee doing the chicken dance which made us chuckle lol

Waited to be seated but staff friendly and helpful , helped my boys get there frozen yogurts ! Good came quickly and tasted as good as always

This place needs closing. The chopping bord they use to cut the chicken is filthy encrusted with black filth. The peoppe who work there couldent give a monkeys and almost always over charge you on the bill for drinks and sides that you never asked for. The chicken when it comes out has the string from the "mop" they use too baste the chicken where its basicly rotting from not being cleaned day after day. the music is so loud in there you simply cant talk to the person sitting next to you and its that god awful "ethnic bongo" crap blareing out of there out dated and yellow stained speakers. The glasses they give you are still hot from the dish washer and the idiots dont understand when you put cold drinks the the hot glasses they will explode! Nandos is finished the novelty has worn off.

I visit here often with my grandma, who has dementia. Due to this she often gets up and hugs people, she loves to draw on the colouring sheets. The staff are so lovely and accommodating that they keep her sheets everytime they come, give her a hug, and are all round lovely people.

If you like your chicken cook like "road kill" ;-) then Nando's is good. love the flavours and Orpington Nando's is a good quality outlet.

Visited here with the family. Table was sticky and wet so I had to wipe it myself. While stood at the counter ordering I noticed food and rubbish over the kitchen floor, spilling out of the bin. It was disgusting. Food was ok, I was worrying about the risk of salmonella with every bite after seeing the kitchen, so unable to enjoy it! I won't be returning.

Sat awaiting a takeaway after paying for 1 hour. Despite letting them know twice about the delay and numerous customers coming and going in the interim. Not as much as an apology or an offer of a drink for their error. Incredulous!

Again you can't go wrong with nandos food... But at this place I had to go through about 5 knifes and forks to find a clean one, all of them had pieces of food on them.

Me, my husband and mother visited here when out on a shopping trip. Was seated quickly, all waiters and waitresses were really friendly, the food came out quick and piping hot. The atmosphere was great full of happy people, we had dessert which was really nice as well.

Had one of their chicken burgers............not sure which one, with chips, the burger itself was really nice, the chips were all right, but nice enough! I also got a bottomless coke which well was coke! But overall I really enjoyed it!

I and my friend, who is a new Nando's customer visited Nando's on Friday 7th March at lunchtime. I am quite happy to use my fingers but my friend is happier using cutlery and the cutlery was dirty and greasy... come on Nando's... turn up the temperature of your dishwasher and give us clean shiny cutlery.. please :). On a plus note, the staff that were on that day were great, friendly and efficient, food was great too.

Popped in for a quick bite very good and they sold cider. Food was very good and served quickly and it was all what we ordered. The waiters and waitresses were polite and came back and asked if the food was ok. Prices were ok and you was in and out within the hour so it fitted in with our lunch break. Would go back again.

After an offhand attitude at another local restaurant we decamped to Nando's and what a pleasure that was, the staff were able, friendly and helpful, the food was excellent and speedy and the new items on the menu are very welcome. Everything just right, no wonder they are a successful chain.

We arrived soon after 6.00 pm on a Sunday evening and were sat down straight away. Unfortunately we were right by the toilets which would not have been our table of choice. The ice machine did not produce ice, so drinks soon warmed up in record summer temperature. The condiments were all out on tables so we had to wait for them to be returned before we could have any. The food was average. The garlic bread was identified by name alone, as garlic was not that evident. The chicken was a little dry, but no matter, and the bun was hard to digest being more akin to heavy cotton wool. Chips were good, mash was good, cole slaw was good. Too dark for comfort,with tiny low wattage bulbs in huge round lampshades high above the table couled with being farthest from the natural daylight enjoyed by tables nearer the door meant it was hard to read the menu. Menu was very 'samey' if that's a word. Service is a waitress delivering menus, then meals as you have to go up and order yourself and pay before you eat. To order a sweet would mean queueing again and paying again, so we decided not to bother. Overall though quite a good experience.

I have been to this Nandos a few times and each time I have had a lovely experience. Even when the place is jam packed the service has always been friendly, time efficient and our food hot. The food has always been tasty and lovely so there is nothing I can really fault.

You have to be careful about how you order things, not sure if it was their fault or ours but I ended up with the wrong thing. Worst though was that we were sat originally right beside the servers which meant everytime anyone came in they were queing up right beside our table with their bums hitting our seats, not great. They really should do without the table there but I guess they don't want to lose the revenue. We asked if we could move and eventually were able to, but why we were sat there anyway when there were other tables free... The place gets packed, so it's not very relaxing and it gets very noisy. Not really a place to go if you're celebrating as where it is most of the local shop workers use it as their place to socialise especially as there's not really anywhere else like it close by

Great location after hitting the shops! Service ok, quick and easy which is what Nando's is about. Food cooked well.

We got a take away Friday night two chicken wraps with chips and some hot chicken wings. It came to 21 pounds which when we ordered it I did think was expensive but we don't mind paying more if you get value for money well what an absolute total disappointment firstly there was hardly any chips secondly there was hardly any chicken in the wrap I got half way through to find the other half was just wrap and lettuce. The chicken wings were absolutely tasteless. I would never eat in there again we will stick to morleys on a Friday night and pay four pound and actually get twice as many chips that are better quality and a wrap that is totally filled with chicken breast.

First off, I'd like to say that I absolutely LOVE Nando's like all Nando's fans....however on this one particular occasion I was very unhappy with the service I received, I wrote a letter to their customer services and here is what I said;

My hubby and I have been visiting here nearly once a week since it opened as it cheap and cheerful and we love piri-piri chicken. Its not as good as what you get served in Portugal but if you need a fix of spicy hot chicken this is one of the better nandos in the area as you can park outside for free and you never have to wait long for a table.

Sometimes when you feel like eating at a place that you haven't tried before, thinking that it should be ok because it's busy! Don't !

When you visit Nando's you know what to expect, it's a shopping trip place to eat, but the food is always consistent, tasty enough, helpful staff and a pleasant enough atmosphere given the market position and it costs little more than a Coffee and a re-heated squashed sandwich at a chain coffee establishment.

Quite a fun place and very popular - one of the two best Nandos that I have eaten at. Very good grill chefs. The last time I was there the service was particularly good so left a large tip.
