Louisa the manager went above and beyond today all I can say is a big thank you to you today I went to the restaurant Louisa went above and beyond, she has great attitude, polite and all I can say she is a asset to your company.Thank you again Louisa

Perfect place for a chicken meal. A limited menu means that the food is always fresh. I love Peri Peri sauce and grilled chicken so Nando's fits the bill.

The tone was set as we were shown a table which was just being wiped, there was food all on the floor and the benches covered in bits of food. They attempted to sweep the floor and I asked for the benches to be cleaned which led to one of the staff brushes a small area with his hand!!! I felt sick before I even looked at the rank menus. If I'd done a bacteria swab test on any part of the seat, table or menu I'd have hated to see the results!On the basis when we were seated no one told us it was Self ordering (wouldn't have taken much being our first (and last!!) visit to a Nando's) so that wasted 15min sitting there. The food was average and hot certainly not that hot.To top it all I asked for a jug of water for the table and was told it was just bottled, took a bottle which when I opened was sparkling!Genuine won't part with my money again in a Nachos.........

Food average, friendly but very few staff. Little atmosphere. No greeting on arrival, no thank you or acknowledgement when leaving.

great for cheap eats but very disappointed . Went to meet friends have a chat food was not up to its normal standards which is a shame as so many other places to eat locally

Ordered home delivery. It didn’t arrive, so don’t bother with takeaway.. Next time we ate in the restaurant. The toilets where filthy, I complained to the manager who sent a waitress in to clean it. Chicken was dry and chips cold. Will not be returning!

One member of staff remembered us from the Watford branch when he worked there which is nice. Good food, tender chicken, served well good value for money.

My family and I visited here for dinner. This place is large, has plenty of seating and the staff are pretty helpful and nice too.The food was consistent and arrived pretty quickly. The menu is extensive and has something for everyone. The kids menu is also pretty good and gives them many options.Service was great and no complaints from me!

Ate at two different restaurants of Nando’s in London first at the o2 and second at Greenwich stop close to the Pier, both fast service, delicious chicken. I’m severely handicapped so I sat and my son placed the order, the waitress then finds our table and serves the order. Their system works perfectly at these two stops.

Good service, delicious chicken and sides. Would definitely revisit for the ambience. Customer service was good too; the waitress took our dessert and coffee orders from the table which wa really helpful.

Food was ok today but every business has its bad days and they were really busy. On a normal day there food is delicious. The New Manager is better then the last rude one she looks rushed off her feet and gave us fantastic service.

Went in to say for lunch and had the best service that I have ever had in this branch. The new manager is clearly a great addition to the team and I for sure will be returning. See you soon!

Walked in and nandos said that they sat us down, and didn’t tell us that they ran out of certain item. I mean how can Nandos run out of chicken. We questioned this and then the manager was like we have to wait half an hour. We asked for the manager name and was very reluctant to give and staff started laughing at us. Seriously at chain like Nandos thought staff would be trained better?? If a customer request to get the manager name surely they should provide??? Nandos please tell me your company policy.

I thought I’d give Nando’s a go because it was my girlfriends birthday, however I was appalled by the extremely long wait to order the food not to mention the horrendous wait for the food to arrive. After getting a cramp on the most uncomfortable seats I’ve ever sat on the food eventually arrived along with a pinch of poor customer service. Three bites in I realised that the chicken was probably cooked by another chicken because it was uncooked and resulted in me having a bad stomach. If you’ve got any sense you will steer clear of all Nando’s restaurants they are really overrated! You’re better of eating a microwave meal. From Dave london

We went for lunch with our little ones. We ordered the humous pitta bread and olives for starters which was fine.

Literally the only reason we came to nandos was for the halloumi sticks and they didn't have them. We had travelled a while so decided to eat here anyway, going for a chicken pitta each.

Great food for what it is, ie quick tasty chicken dishes. Charming staff and well looked after. What really gets me, is how filthy you feel having used the toilets there. Been the same since they opened - need to be cleaned every hour!

Nando's é uma das gratas surpresas de Londres. Desde minha primeira visita a cidade, se tornou um dos meus restaurantes preferidos. Ele é bom tanto para comer no restaurante quanto para pegar a comida e comer em casa/hotel.

Despite being Saturday evening quick service and chicken served hot and tasty. Prefer my corn on cob to be a little more barbeque as this time appeared to have been hurried. Thanks

I have been here a couple of times over the past month. Staff friendly food good. Quick service. Will be back again soon.

The service and food at this Nandos was outstanding. A good menu at very reasonable prices. Well worth going to

First visit but I will not rush back. Staff were ok but felt I was doing more than them. Food just average really. I prefer BBQ chicken on a rotisserie than grilled.

When I called today I spoke with a lovely gentleman named Josh he was very friendly and provided great service

If you like hot Piri Piri, ask for extra hot - although I did not find it that hot. The menu is quite extensive and you get the standard that all Nandos restaurants serve. If you like full waitress service, Nandos is not for you.

Elevated burgers and chips and loads of options. the nandos chips with the seasoning is definitely something to try. The food is delicious and they cater to dietary needs. The place is clean and nice. Service was good as well.

this is a new restaurant in Stanmore. The staff are new and still being trained on the nandos model- i think. Reason I say that is that usually a member of staff comes to your table say half way through your meal to ask if everything is ok and if we would like to order anything else and if there is no order, would walk away with the chicken table trophy...in the new stanmore branch, we had just received the food and a member of staff came in 3 minutes!

This Nando has really lovely booths and round tables which can give a meal with friends a more intimate feel. The food is perfectly good - no complains. The staff have always been very friendly. The restaurant is wheelchair accessible and there is a disabled toilet.

This was my first visit at this branch, I've been to lots of different Nando's around London and this was the most wonderful experience of them all. You going to say but it's only Nando's I ask my self, yep but the team went out of their way to make us (13 of us) feel welcome accommodated us and were happy to help with anything we wanted. So a big thumbs up to the Stanmore Nando's team thank you .

Just like any other which is great - quick, easy service, attentive staff, fantastic food for a decent price. Didn't have to wait and the restaurant itself is more spacious than others.

Can't go wrong with nandos - hands down the best vegi burger going. The Stanmore branch is new and feels fresh.

This is a relatively new Nandos so the interior and deco are modern and fresh. The staff were helpful although the lady I observed cleaning the floor clearly wasn't interested in her job and was just going through the motions. I had the wing roulette and it didn't disappoint.

very clean modern and new - food is good as always - chefs and waitress are quite distant not very talkative and sometimes the restaurant can have a rowdy atmosphere

I am a big fan of Nando's restaurant and I go very often to different branches. And I am very happy they open one in Stanmore! As always I was pleased with the staff and the atmosphere. My food was warm when arrived and tasted as it should. Staff member came to ask if everything was fine 2 times. Decoration is very nice and I will definitely pop there again.

I normally went to Kingsbury nandos which isn't too far but now we have an even closer Nandos. Great service, great food, everything you expect from Nandos.

Nice enough. Service leaves a bit to be desired, with insufficient 'tellers' taking your order. Didn't give me my beer or wine, which then took an age, but the waitress was very pleasant. Food - no complaints. Toilets - hmm.....

Went to this branch on a Friday night, it was busy as expected and hadron wait for a table, no problem, however the meeter/greeter had no control of people coming and going or any semblance of an organised list. Finally got a table went and paid for our food in advance and sat back down. There were a lot of wait staff who looked busy but actually appeared to be doing nothing or chatting, meanwhile at least 10 plates of food were piled up on the pass drying out under the heat lamps, also noticed that one of the servers decided to lean across the plates and have a conversation with one of the cooks, so free germs / spittle included. Food arrived mine was not only dry chicken but also tepid to the touch, it was duly sent back whilst my colleague tucked into their burger, then a corn on the cob arrived on its own! It was sent back as was supposed to be a side dish to my main meal, Main meal arrives again this time I accept it as the meal was already a joke and just wanted to get it over with ASAP. 5 mins later my old corn on the cob reappeared looking grizzled and worst for wear! Not appetising. This was pointed out to the manager that the whole meal was a complete disaster and we were offered a complimentary drink. On leaving thought about the whole experience and contacted nandos head office via their webpage and gave my feedback. Never ever heard from them, quite clearly they don't give damn about customer satisfaction

This is a new branch - food & service as you'd expect from a big chain . its an old pub so lots of room . Nice decor and good serving team. A good addition to the area!

The deco is all new, feels nice and modern. Not sure why Nando's like the empty echoing sound ambience but that is standard. You know exactly what you get when you come here. So as my friend Arnie would say I'll be back!
