Nando's in Oldham

The food from this place is amazing especially the arrival of the food which came in less than 10 mins that surprised us well. The service is all good and no problems happened. The appearance and decor in nandos in excellent. I would come to visit again if i plan to come back to elk mill

Ordered via app as a pickup, the quality has gone downhill, the chicken does not have the same flavor and chips not that great.

came here a week or two ago and safe to say i really enjoyed it, i was served by i think Millie? (i remember us having the same name) and she was really lovely, i had never been to nando’s before but she gave me a great recommendation on what to eat and safe to say i loved it! will definelty be back next time i go for a meal with family or friends!

Always tends to hit the spot Weekends and evening are busy but we prefer afternoons Staff are always accommodating Parking can be a bit of a headache

We haven't been to Nando's in a while can I say what an excellent service we had from Millie she was courteous smiley and made you feel welcome as soon as we walked in the door, we asked to move tables as it was too cold near the door and that wasn't an issue nothing was a problem for her she just smiled and said give her a minute to clear another table and then showed us to our new table, an absolutely lovely young lady.

food was delicious and it came out within minutes, staff were lovely our server Alex was a delight.

Staff just stood about on their phones. Food was poor for Nandos, mash sent back as was cold and then Olney mash had been blasted in the microwave and burnt. Garlic bread chewy. Chicken was alright though, thankfully

Your usual Nandos experience. Visit once a month after work to meet friends. In the last 12 months, every time we arrive we have been read out a list of menu items that they dont have! Always seems to be something - sometimes many things! But food is always an excellent standard, and the restaurant is friendly and well maintained... 😎

Food tasted bitter due to the burnt chicken skin being left on, service was rushed and a bit patchy. Atmosphere was friendly but very rushed as it was very busy..ok if you want quick food but not somewhere to linger .

I had never been to a nandos before. The staff at elk mill were very helpful and explained everything....the food was great and the price was extremely reasonable.

Called into Nando’s Saturday and booked a table for Sunday 4:45 call in Sunday 4:40 no record of my booking manager said i should of booked with a manager not a member of staff

Not a very good afternoon was seated under a broken air con which was freezing a member of staff noticed my coat around my shoulders and turned it off for 10 mins then someone mush have turned it back on , food was ok but freezing very quick due to cold are blowing directly on us …. To make matters worse when arrived home was violently ill all of us never again

The staff at this nando's were exceptional,polite,attentive,caring. they are a credit to the brand. We as a family came to celebrate my grandsons 9th birthday and they made it a delightful evening.

Ordered online to collect. The food was disgusting and dreadful value for money. Paid £11.25 for a chicken pitta and there was one small piece of chicken and nothing else. Rang up to complain and they said they would issue a refund and 24 hours later nothing has arrived. The rude girl on the phone said they dealt with the refund but must be my bank. Clearly lost in the ether. She was unhelpful and extremely rude and slammed the phone down. Clearly went to a great Customer Service School or she needs to redo the course. I will never eat at Nando’s again. Disgusting food, poor value for money and rude unhelpful staff. Don’t waste your money.

Ordered food online to collect. Waited a while for food to be ready. Paid extra for some certain sides and we were told they weren’t available. One of the things we ordered was a Grilled Chicken Pitta what we got was a flimsy pitta with a a piece of chicken in it ( can’t even call it a breast because it was tiny!). The description on their website says it should be a grilled chicken breast with a crunchy tangy slaw on a toasted pitta.. take a look what the actual reality is.

Quite a small Nandos but it’s nice enough, can get quite busy. Only issue is with the brand shrinking their portions

from start to finish the service was disgusting, staff stood around talking whilst being waited to be seated unable to use their brains and think they was actually at work not socialising with one another, spent over £40 ordered my food at 15:34pm I still hadn’t recieved my order at 16:20pm so I asked for the manager who then said to me ‘you only ordered you’re food 20 minutes ago’ which I had proof of the time I purchased the food, I was disgusted by both the staff and the food, it was cold hence why I asked for a refund it was only then when I started to become confrontational they wanted to help after members of staff were stood round talking with one another on their phones watching food go cold instead of contributing towards helping to get food out quicker instead of it being sat under a light I work in customer service with food and the way I was approached by staff is below a zero rating not one member of staff had any decorum or manners towards any customers

Order food to collect get a time slot turn up and still wait 40 min joke why not give more accurate time slots.

We ordered our food on the Nandos app and had to wait over 30min for our food, we had to ask as people before use got their food. When the food eventually came, the chips were cold, and so were the mac and cheese. A few of my family had not been to Nandos, so this was a letdown experience. I don't think I won't be going back to this Nandos anytime soon. I have NEVER had such bad experience in Nandos, and I have visited many of their restaurants.....Elk Mill you need to meet the same stands as your other restaurants x

great here. Once they didn't have chicken. However updated review. New policy you can go put your name down for a table leave not come back and they won't allow paying customers sit down. Don't really understand but deffo a negative when u got money in hand and tables free but no one can sit at them when there are ppl sat waiting to get a table and pay nandies money for tasty chicken. It did get a little worse when 1 staff member asked nicely can I take your plates. I said not with half a chicken and chips on them you can't I'm afraid because we are still sat eating our food. He was nice but bit shocked he asked due to lots of food still being on plate. Used to be great but gone but down hill. Oldham center one is quite bad but maybe they have got better so can only try and see how

Olivia was outstanding today, really helped work through the menu and get the spice and flavour right for me. Best Nando’s I have been to.

Always a great experience, the food is great and there are always long waits due to popularity. However not a problem as you can just do some shopping and return. The only gripe i have is that the toilets are no clean.

If you want to eat Portuguese food, this is the 𝗥𝗜𝗚𝗛𝗧 𝕡𝕝𝕒𝕔𝕖 for you. The food was amazing and tasty, I loved the sunset burger.

Seating area near wall needs fitting & cleaning and around picture frames around walls- needs a good clean.

The only downside I have is that the music is too loud. My daughter has fibromyalgia and she often gets sensory overload and can't cope with level of music and chatter on top

Food is never hot, the food is always at best Luke warm , I'm vegetarian and the food is barely warm at all, puts me off

Great service, food was really nice, hot and came very quick.

Unfortunately was not the best experience due to the slow service. We were waiting around 50 minutes for our food and it was still no where to be seen. Spoke to the manager and she kindly refunded us as we were not prepared to wait any longer. Did not seem that busy as there were plenty of tables available. Sadly 50 minutes of my life has been wasted. I rated the food 1 star but if a 0 option was there I would have done that as I didn’t get to eat any food to provide a rating.

My second time visiting this branch and was a nice welcoming and clean environment. Food arrived fairly quick despite it being busy and staff were very attentive. Special thanks to Haleema who was really polite and came over to check if everything was fine. Will definitely be back soon!

Food was cold and waited 50 mins. Told manager and he said your chicken is cold because the buns aren’t warmed up. Our garlic bread was charcoal. Been to Nando’s 20 plus times and worst experience ever! Never again

Came has a family of 5 waited 25 minutes it was busy , the food came my wife and daughter sent the food back because it was cold , it came back again cold ! Got the manager over and he said he would sort the food out himself and asked us to write down our name address and email address to offer voucher , no voucher came or apology arrived at our email address , poor staff and lack of control of staff who where more content on playing with her long hair in food preparation areas , no refund on food and a total lie on voucher

Terrible staff ,ordered Chicken Livers and after 30 mins they decided to tell me they have none ,chips where horrible full of oil due to not changing oil ,staff dont care just walk around like zombies ,dirty restaurant too.We have ordered food online and most times its the wrong order that turns up .Never going back.

Dirty cutlery; wrong food brought out and never any ice. This Nando’s use to be good - it’s gone down hill big time recent months.

We needed a quick bite, and that’s just what it was. Service was really good and quick! The food was top notch h as always, very fresh. I asked for no skin on my butterfly and it came with it, and the ice machine wasn’t working. Other than that, it was great! We recommend

Had a few bad experiences here, but today was the worst.. staff think it's a play area, toy fighting in the grill area, phones out, laughing and joking to the point where you can hear everything there saying. Not 1 bit of professionalism. Didn't see a manager and if there was one they need sacking aswell as 95% of the staff. Was quite empty but tables were dirty. Last time I ever return here

I came around 7:45 and they said it was a 45 minute wait so of course I waited and I came back at 8:30 and they said they shut everything off and the manager came and said sorry and everything but they said 45 minutes and we even booked it as well and the store only had like 3 people at the tables this is actually ridiculous my children were so hungry and nearly fell asleep while waiting very disappointing this us such bad service

Staff are rude. Asked for a bottle of coke, with a £55 meal, and they gave me 500ml. When I asked for a refund, they had an attitude.

Worst Nandos in UK. Needs a food inspection visit and a mystery shop by Nandos head office. Avoid at all cost.

Got there and found great company..current Oldham athletic players! Myself I had the halloumi wrap and husband butterfly chicken - we have not been for a long time and was happy. Just a downside is the ladies toilet was hanging off the bowl!

Been there to eat last month July and came here in August they still haven’t got the ice machine fixed they make millions a year they can’t be bothered to buy a new ice

Ordered via Nando’s website who then delivered via Deliveroo. Several items missing and wrong food made and sent. Rang Nando’s and spoke to a young female (the host) who was probably the rudest person I’ve ever spoken to. Said it was Deliveroo’s fault and that we need to contact them. Kept talking over me and then hung up. I rang back and asked for the manager to which this female said “the manager heard everything” and hung up on me again. Absolutely shocking customer service. Blaming Deliveroo for the wrong food made in the kitchen, I’m sure Deliveroo don’t have guys in the kitchen. Rang a third time and spoke to the manager Henry who was also less than helpful and talked over me, still blaming Deliveroo even though we ordered via the Nando’s website and don’t have a Deliveroo account. Spent 45 minutes on the phone to get a partial refund and cold food at the end of it. I will be complaining directly to Nando’s head office about the conduct of the young female. I have never been spoken to so badly in all my life. Incidentally this host refused to give even her first name for the purpose of a complaint.

There are plenty of other reviews covering the food, service etc. My review will focus solely on how dirty and tatty this restaurant is. I have never seen grime and dirt as bad on upholstered seating ever. I thought this kind of thing died out years ago. Disgrace.

gave us totally wrong order and we didn't notice till we got home after a 30 minute drive, called the restaurant and the manager send they will email over a voucher for the full amount we spent but over a week later we a still yet to receive anything

Everything was out of stock so didn't get what we wanted. Not a single burger on the menu available.

When we arrived most food was sold out leaving us with not much choice. Service was chaos and we queued for 20 minutes to order. When my food arrived, some of it was missing and didn't arrive until my partner finished his food. There were screaming children and children just roaming about everywhere which obviously staff can't prevent but it still made the atmosphere uncomfortable.

Quite expensive but very tasty food.

As expected nice friendly welcoming got a table of my choice nothing seems to much. Asked about allergies before ordering which is great for people with allergies. Rainbow slaw is the one side for me always a must!

Great service. Great food. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The service they provide is above what you would expect. They cater for young and old. They also have vegetarian options. The staff and management made it a very pleasant experience. Visited with the family. Something got left off the order. The manager came over and rectified the error within a matter of minutes. I would recommend a visit here if you are passing.

Had a fabulous time at Nando’s, excellent service and the food was superb. Thoroughly enjoyed being served by chloe, made us all laugh the entire time we were there and just made our whole visit.
