Just Wow! Great service, great food and a fantastic friendly team. It was busy yet the team were still able to have a laugh and de Joe and the team were friendly and efficient. 👍🏻💯

We've dined here a number of times and never been disappointed. The food is always great, the service is always fast and the staff are always friendly.

We had boneless platter and olive, sweet potato wedges, starter everything was tasty. Service was a bit slow. We will give another try in a few weeks.

To be honest we’ve had much better Nando’s experiences. The restaurant is grotty, dirty and run down, there was discarded food under many of the tables and the gents toilets were an absolute disgrace. The food was average at best, the Chicken was over cooked (dried out) and the Rainbow Slaw looked very sad and past its best. Nope!

Waited 25 minutes to be served Staff totally unprofessional Food cold and wrong orders no apology etc Staff never checked to see if everything was ok Chicken undercooked Won’t be returning waste of money

Carley was absolutely amazing. Her table service / manner was absolutely ace very attentive and fab with my little boy she went above and beyond to provide the best service. Highly recommended Carley as a credit to the company genuinely the best customer service we have ever had. Only down side was we could not leave a tip on card and she absolutely deserved a tip.

I don't write reviews normally but I felt like the experience we had tonight deserves recognition. From the minute we arrived the reception was fantastic from your staff member Carly. She greeted us with warmth, energy and care. It set the tone for what turned out to be one of our best restaurant experiences we have had as a family. Carly was quite simply outstanding for the duration of our visit!! It was my husbands birthday and Carly made our midweek meal out something really special. Carly, if you find this review I want to thank you for going the extra mile tonight. You made such a difference 🙂. As I say, I don't go out of my way normally to leave a review but i did and descovered there are many others whom have had a wonderful experience because of this lady- You really are such an asset to this restraunt and i hope this gets recognised!!!

We went for my Dad's birthday and he (and we) were not disappointed! What fantastic service. We were made to feel very special and really looked after. The manager, Carly is an absolute star ⭐ with a great attitude. Thank you! 😃

We went for a family birthday and were initially told they don't do bookings, but Carly the manager was absolutely amazing and treated us so well. Really made dad feel special and made sure everyone was looked after. Best meal out we have had in a long time and Carly checked on us throughout and saw us out at the end and checked we had had a good time. Will definitely be back just because of how good Carly made us feel.

Most of the food came to our table cold, because it was sat under the lights for at least 10 mins whilst the staff did other orders as well as ours I saw the chefs putting food on plates for the waiting staff to take to other tables when some of our food was sat there. If you want cold food then you are welcome to it but there was 7 in our group and if the chefs cannot handle 7 peolpe orders then can I suggest you take on someone that can. Not once did anyone come over to ask how our food was whilst we were eating it wasn't until we got up to leave they asked Poor service and food.

Waited for just short of an hour , noticed several tables that came in after us had received their food. We asked where our meals where? Within a few moments the guy came with our food only for it to be cold as it had clearly been sat on the side for quite some time. We where told they would re cook us our meals and give us a refund, then went back on it and said it was one or the other. Asked for a refund, but had not been reimbursed for the free meal we had acquired via the points system (£15 meal) told sorry we can't do that??? And also can't give us the points back!? My partner said well your going to have too as we are now out of pocket, then they still had the audacity to charge us for the 2 soft drinks! I've had one day off in 2 weeks and I didn't want to be sat in Nando's for over an hour all in all and to be charged for 2 drinks when our food didn't turn up in the first place! Eventually got full refund with no apology. Never again will I step foot in this restaurant. Awful service from start to finish! Incompetent staff. Ruined my day off.

My little granddaughter wanted me to book this as a surprise for her mum’s birthday. I was told they do not usually take bookings but they were touched by my request. Carly went above and beyond to make sure we will be accommodated, suggesting a good table and making sure we will get some goodies on the day. Can’t wait for the actual day, I’m sure it will be amazing and thank you Carly.

What amazing staff. All I can say is you've restored faith in humanity. Today I ordered a meal for myself and my daughter. I went to pay and my card declined many times and I only had enough cash for my daughters meal which I ordered. A member of staff discreetly asked me what I would like to eat and drink and said it was on the house...I nearly cried and couldn't believe how kind it was. I thanked the manager so Nandos the staff at this Nandos are gold dust and deserve a pay rise. I'm utterly shocked by their kindness and empathy. I ordered a delivery and I left a note reading “could I please have some extra hot sauce it’s been a long day” As my boyfriend recently passed and I was struggling getting through Christmas. I received my order with a note from amber and Amy wishing me happiness and to keep smiling♥️ My sprit and heart have been lifted and they really have brightened my day! Thankyou, I appreciate you both! ♥️

Came in for a birthday celebration, we were greeted by Carly who made time out of her busy shift to come and have a conversation with us, the food was delicious as always and when we ordered puddings Carly came out of her way to make sure we got them quickly and came to check everything was okay. I asked for more cream and it wasn’t too much trouble for Carly! Such a lovely person and an asset to the team. Makes your dining experience that much better!

Superb customer service from a lovely lady, who greeted us at the door, interacted with our grandson and seated us appropriately with a young child. She was pleasant, helpful and very cheerful. You could clearly see this lady is very happy in her work. Unfortunately, we didn't get her name. She is and will be an asset to nandos.

Went with a friend for lunch, placed an order to eat in as well as a takeaway. Was served by a kind gentleman Adam. Was a but of mixup with the takeaway order but he was very helpful and were serve beyond expectations. Enjoyed the meal as always, and came home with generous portions of everything ordered . It was best service by him and his manager who was also helpful and brilliant! Thanks once again. Its clean place with great service! Highly recommended.

We’ve visited today, taking my sister and her wife for dinner to celebrate the arrival of their new baby! The service was incredible 🎉 We were a tad apprehensive with a 10 day old and a 10month old. However, this was one of the best family meals we’ve had! All thanks to the wonderful staff and amazing Manager 😇.

First time to this Nandos after some time. Even though the place was refurbished a few years ago. It looked a little worn here and there. A plate was chipped. The cutlery was old. At lunch time the place was not too busy. We got a table at the quiet end and placed our order. However when the meal arrived, the fries were lukewarm. One piece of the peri peri chicken breast was reduced in size after being sliced in the middle. I asked for them to be exchanged which was done without fuss. The meal was nice but the overall experience was just average.

He was lovely from start to finish of our meal. Hard working and nothing was too much to ask despite being very busy! Thanks again ☺️

All of the staff here are just amazing. Always so accommodating, happy and friendly with consistently high standards in the food here.Particular shout out and worthwhile mention to Joe, who is both a remarkable ambassador to the Nandos brand but also the hospitality sector as a whole. We dined here before, during and after the pandemic during what must have been some of the most difficult and challenging moments for the restaurant sector particularly as places such as Nandos quickly had to adapt to new systems and processes to adapt to the times. In spite of this; there has always been an unwavering determination from all the staff here and especially Joe to consistently do their best for the diners here.We are so impressed with the service here that we also feel it should be bought to the attention of Nandos head office, regional and senior leaders as we would wish to convey a deep sense of a heartfelt gratitude to the Nandos Horwich team. Each and everyone of you are cluckin' awesome!

What an absolute disgrace, went with friends who like myself are keyworkers so thought it would be nice to have a break and enjoy good company outside of work, as a devoted Muslim who prays 5 times a day I asked a waiter if it’s possible to read one of daily prayers in a quiet corner but was I formed when he arrived that his manager Jimmy suggested I’d go read in the disabled toilets, you can understand the rage I had but I kept quiet as to not bring attention to my non Muslim friends but this enraged them more then me and went to speak to this manager who just apologised but did not come over to apologise to myself. I will NEVER go back to Nando’s again this was completely unacceptable and I will be reporting this.

We tuned up after craving a cheeky nandos, myself, my friend and my step daughter. We were told that there would be a 45 minute wait for a table however there were only 5 tables in the restaurant. I understand that they may be short staffed etc, however it is serve yourself so how it is a 45 minute wait for tables is beyond me.We never ended up waiting so we went to chiquitos and had a faulous meal.

Came to nandos, asked for a table refused over an hour before close as they were going to stop serving food Lazy muppets closing early cause the can’t be bothered Fuming me bad Kfc is better anyway

The worst Nando’s you could go to. Poor management. Poor service. The queue is never open no matter what time you try to go. Customer experience just copied and pasted a reply to me. Won’t go again and do not recommend.

I went to this restaurant on 2nd November 2020 with my family we are all in a social bubble unfortunately my grandson who is 5 months old was counted as a person so we had to book 2 separate tables we were placed across from each other which you would think would be prefect.... but oh no my daughter was told by the manager Andy that she could talk to us as he couldn't determine if we were from the same household and a table across the way sat 4 Bolton wanderers youth players clearly not from the same household..this spoiled our dinner and experience. I asked to speak to Andy the manager and he said he was following the government guidelines..what a load of rubbish..

Quality food and service even during lock down. The new sweet potato wedges with garlic dip starter is awesome. Crispy wedges. The new coconut chicken breast burger is also great! Super family meal.

Had our order taken at the table because we had a walkers crisp offer and was paying with a gift card staff was very helpful food was excellent well worth a visit

Me, my friend and daughter came today for lunch easy to use the new online queuing system we probably had to wait 40min max for our table which wasn't a problem they txt you when its ready. We was served by Jonny who I assume is a member of management he deserves every bit of credit for what he did during our visit my friend has a serious peanut allergy he couldnt have been more thorough and attentive if he tried very reassuring going through the allergy list with her and ensuring no nuts were going to be near our food.. and then just when we was getting ready to leave a young girl fainted next to us on the floor and he was there like a shot on the floor treating her in the best possible manner absolutley outstanding to watch someone to be so caring to someone he doesnt know constantly reassuring her and her family he deserves a bloody medal! And every bit of recognition for this review!!!Also regarding covid the restaurant is full table service now apart from you order online, social distancing in place all staff in masks or face shields hand sanitizer at the door it felt a very safe environment compared to other places we've visited recently.

Totally disappointed. Visit twice but one of the man he call himself manager name jimmy totally rudd.first he said you have to wait for 2 hours and after he said he can't booked table for us. It's fully booked. My children was so upset and said never want to go nandos again.

We went here yesterday for a meal before going to the cinema. It wasn't as busy as we expected seeing as it was a Saturday evening and we were seated straight away. Ordered and paid - all was fine. Food was fine too. The staff however, were a different story. There were plenty of them on yet so many were stood around doing nothing when there were tables to be cleaned and customers needing help. Many of them were stood around chatting. I asked one girl for some mayo and she huffed at me and rolled her eyes! The supervisors seemed to be running around doing all the work whilst the floor staff did nothing. Worst Nando's I've been to in terms of service. Won't be returning.

A revelation. Not been to this chain before and was surprised at the quality of food. I had chicken wings with sides of spinach and mash. I really enjoyed the chicken and was grateful that I could enjoy it without eating the skin. The spinach was tasty as well. I enjoyed sampling some of the sauces.

Today my partner and I visited your restaurant for lunch but unfortunately the food was average. We both decided to go for the double chicken burger with peri salted chips and coleslaw as a side. The chicken was dry in the middle but the chips were well seasoned and thankfully the coleslaw helped with the lack of moisture in the chicken.This is sad because the exparance overall was good.

Went for a nando’s with a couple of friends after not seeing them a while and after leaving this hell hole i wish i hadn’t wasted my time and would have been better off not bothering. Not only did the meal take about 45 minutes to come but i ended up with well done garlic bread and some medium rare chicken, not to mention the fact that there were screaming irritating little kids everywhere. Will not be going here again as i can honestly say i’d rather poop in my hands and clap. Some geezer also curb stomped my nan today so i’m in a bad mood. Staff were polite though, five stars.

We regularly go to this Nando’s help with ensuring my gluten free meal is met by cooking it all from scratch in a separate area, friendly staff who have an understanding of dietary restrictions and requirements.

Every time I go to Nandos the chicken is perfect and the rice or anything else is amazing. The staff are super friendly and there is always a friendly atmosphere of families enjoying a meal.

Seating and ordering of food was quick as time of day.I would say the waiters/waitress need to enjoy their work ,a smile and helpfulness when with a family and a 3yr old goes a long way and notice also with other families staff not very helpful.Couple plates came and was filthy with scale of food probably ((think just dipped in water or dishwasher for seconds)Sent them back where one was still dirty,food came on same type of plates also..Corn on cob was tasteless,mash potatoes was dry (under lamp probably for 20mins)and chicken was dry ( cooks are qualified and trained ,I guess not).Second time in 2yrs and first time was a hair in my food as staff had no hair nets walking past ready food counter.Have been to Nando’s in other parts and world and have to say my local reebok one needs a good shake up.

This is probably one of the better Nando's in the area, my wife and I popped in for some early dinner, easy to get sat down (not too long waiting), friendly staff, great atmosphere, nice food, would recommend.

Visited this restaurant on Saturday evening around 4:30pm. I asked the head of house to reserve a table for 7 people around 5:30. He said he’d do his best and explained he did have two other large parties ahead of my request but to pop back and he’ll sort it.

I’ve been here twice, and each time there was a problem.

We used the Nando's app to order food from this restaurant at Bolton Middlebrook. The payment was pending on my account to pay for the food ordered via the app. The app stated that my food order had been sent to the restaurant and would be ready for collection at 18:35. When we arrived at Nando's Bolton Middlebrook, the team could not find my order from this outlet or any other outlet. The team asked me for an email confirmation which was not received. I showed the team member my statement for my bank account showing it was pending to be paid. He informed me I would have to reorder in-house and pay again and wait for my order. This was unacceptable and we left the restaurant. Am now waiting to see if my payment will be refunded. This service via the app is unreliable, rubbish, embarrassing and we were not at all impressed.

Come Nando’s regularly but today was horrendous, waited ages for food although there was 6 members of staff sat down, asked where food was and was brought to us straight away but was cold by the time it arrived waitress huffed when we complained our meals was cold and no apology

How fantastic!!! A massive thank you to Jonny and his team, for making my mother’s 87th birthday a memorable occasion for us all. It has been a long time since I have seen a team work so hard and well together. The restaurant was busy, yet nothing was too much trouble for them. They were all pleasant, and looked like they were enjoying their work, as much as the customers who were dining. Everyone made my mother feel special. This was her first trip to Nandos, and she likes good food. She was impressed that the chicken was fresh, well cooked, and the service was excellent. Our family members ranged from 87 to 9 months of age, and we were all accommodated for. Definitely the best customer service I have come across, recently. Outstanding.

I always love a Nando’s, but don’t come very often.

First time I have ever been to a Nando's, And the last time I will ever go to one...I ordered the butterfly chicken with a portion of peri chips and a bowl of creamy mash...I actually got a small luke warm chicken breast sparingly coated in some kind of sauce accompanied by 17 cold limp chips...The creamy mash arrived in a little bowl and it looked like it had done a 12 hour shift, it was dry without a hint of creaminess...Overall it was very expensive below average food and a complete waste of £11.75...I can't give an opinion on what the food tasted like as I left without touching it and asked one of the staff could he justify Nando's charging £11.75 for my dish...I went to this place with my wife and two young grandchildren and their verdicts...in total agreement with mine...

Tried again as I love freshly cooked chicken.

Have eaten here a few times recently and always a good meal. The butterfly is highly recommended and there is plenty of room in the resturant which is obviously convenient for the shops. Great place.

The Nandos in Horwich had been very busy after its refurbishment last year.

Nice new look restaurant very spacey and very clean ..not a warm welcome as usual but it was a quiet at the time we visited

Love a nandos more that I should and my order doesn’t changes either. Butterfly burger medium spice perri chips and mash. It’s also fun to be adventurous with starters and try new things like the halloumi fries. It was very busy but we didn’t mind waiting.

First time at NANDOS will never go there again I ordered a chicken burger with chips on the Hot scale,and my wife ordered a chicken burger with potatoes wedges on the mild scale my chicken burger came on a very dry bun the chicken was supposed to be hot it had no kick at hall it was mild and my chips was cold,My wife s was was even worse she couldn’t cut the Berger in two and the wedges was just warm complained the place is run with kids they don’t even take the cold food away it’s got to be the worst place we have been the food is just piled up on the counter on top of the rest if you look around you can see food going back and being left Terrible

After visiting the Vue cinema me and my partner was saving ourselves for a Nando’s afterwards. When the film finished we went for a drink and rang Nando’s to book a table when we were told they are out of stock. I asked whether there would still be something we could have when I was told no and they are out of stock of near enough everything followed by the man on the phone laughing.

We visited the newly refurbished Nandos this afternoon. We didn't wait for a table and we were welcomed.I ordered our food and I was served by Joe F who was very polite and courteous and also smiled.We didn't wait long for our meal and it was hot and delicious. Cleared my plate. Will definitely be visiting again.

We visited here for an evening family meal with children. The restaurant was busy, but we still managed to get a large table to seat us all without issues.

My mum and I visited the newly refurbished Nandos at Middlebrook. We were welcomed and didn't wait for a table.We were served quickly at the till and the staff were polite. The meal didn't take long to arrive and was hot. Definitely going again.

Great venue, updated bout a year ago to have an extension with more seats and another self serve area. Staff are great, young intelligent and attentive. Long live this excellent halal food venue.

I have never been here before so we Icame here with my daughter for lunch,we were greeted with a lovely waitress who explained the sauces to us we both chose the chicken with the lemon and herb a mild sauce with 2 sides each for £7.45 good value.We had creamy mash,salad,corn on the cob and spicy rice.We did enjoy it and would come again.My only criticism is that you have to get the meals yourself.

I have to admit I am not a fan of cold rice, lukewarm fries and hot sauces, all of which you can get in the many Nando's visited (with children in my family who are not too fussed it seems). Its a busy noisy place which meets a need of mainly young diners. Not for the more discerning pallet.

This is the first time I have been to the Horwich branch. I saw a sign that said it will close in a few weeks for a refurbishment.

I love nandos we normally go to Leigh or Warrington but went shopping at the retail park so tried this one, what a big mistake!!! Young man on the door was very polite, we were seated at table 29 every time staff went into the kitchen the door slammed and shuddered my chair!! The walls were full of food stains & dust floors were filthy, then to top it all off 3 young male waiters stood right near me while one proceeded to tell his friends about a girl he’d “banged” last night!! I’m a 32 year old woman I don’t need to hear this when I’m out for lunch!! Also cutlery was dirty & they had no forks for 20 mins!! Will not be returning it need closing & a deep clean and the walls painting!!!

I never normally say anything negative as I work in customer service and I know it can be frustrating. But this Nando’s was absolutely horrendous. The first meal I received the chicken wasn’t cooked and was full of fat and I just could not eat it, I complained so they replaced with something else. But was even worse than the first dish I received and was freezing cold. The staff were quiet rude, just overall a very bad experience and won’t revisit
