Beautifully cooked and presented fresh food. I really fancied a pad Thai chicken and it did not disappoint. My husband has the sweatcorn fritters and the special pork dish which was delicious 😋 reasonably priced too

Love this little thai food stall, very authentic and full of flavour, went three times in one week. Its like a mini thai market in the back ground, reminded me of bangkok MBK market. Will definitely be returning. Menu is limited , but i think thats a good thing better quality food.

Living in Holloway for over 20 years, and regularly sampling its many restaurants for lunch as I do, I was delighted to find that Nags Head Market, on the Seven Sisters Road is rapidly becoming a hot spot for international cuisine, especially 'street-food.' My favourite amongst the varied and generally extremely good choices on offer is Nan True Thai. It is a stall, with two tables seating a maximum of about 12 people, but much of it's trade is takeaway for the busy business folk in the area, and many of the non-food market traders. The women who run Nan are bright, cheerful, and very helpful, with a warm welcome for repeat customers. The food... ahhh, the the food... I have eaten Thai all over the UK, and especially North London, and despite it's humble surroundings, I have never tasted better than here. The freshness, lightness, the zingy flavours, subtle spicing, perfectly sized portions for a mid-day meal, all add up to a treat for the tastebuds that allows one to return to work feeling refreshed and generously, but not over-fed. My wife, who rarely eats lunch out, can be very easily tempted to accompany me to Nan. Her favourite dish is the mild, satisfying, uniquely flavoured Massaman curry, with Tofu (I prefer the pork version), and a mound of Jasmine rice. I have tried a great deal of the menu now, but as it is now winter, I find myself returning regularly to the Red curry, which has a pleasantly invigorating warmth, and hint of sweetness to accompany crisp veg and succulent prawns (or chicken, or tofu). Pad kee mao - spicy noodles is another favourite, with pork and chilli to warm up the coldest day. You really can't go far wrong here, and the prices, between £5.95 and £7.25 for main dishes, £1 for most soft drinks, leave a decent handful of change from a tenner. These days you don't get much more for your money anywhere, you certainly can't find better!

We visited this place for lunch because its close to the place we stayed in Holloway. Its located inside the Nags Head Market in Seven Sisters road. We ordered Lab Moo and Pad Khing, which were directly cooked after we ordered. Lab Moo tasted perfectly spicy, with tender minced pork and tasty spring onion inside. Pad Khing is gingery sweet with sliced pork, peppers, carrots, and onions. Both comes with jasmine rice and only priced 5 pound each. Such a good value for delicious food. We're really glad we found this place.

Their Mu-Hong, a slow-cooked pork belly dish, melts in your mouth with every bite—absolutely recommend. For something hearty and comforting, especially as winter sets in, I highly recommend their roasted red pork with egg noodle soup. To top it all off, their Thai milk tea is the perfect balance of sweetness and creaminess. This is the Thai restaurant that you shouldn’t miss!

got two thai green curries, both had the composition of water, soggy fleshy vegetables and no taste, extremely depressing meal, price was audacious for what it was
