We won the jackpot! We had so much fun in this arcade on the penny pusher machines and the staff were lovely when one of our prizes got stuck in the chute and opened the machine to retrieve it for us with no problems. We got a lot of prizes for our jackpot tickets and have been enjoying them ever since. Remember to get your parking validated though! Just ask the staff behind the till and they'll put it through :)

Super awesome place to take the kids. The arcades are cool, the soft play is decent and the bowling is excellent and the crazy golf takes a while. You can easily spend a whole day here. You can order food while watching your kids play at the soft play too. I thought that was pretty awesome. Will be back soon.

Good value for money. Had several kids parties/events here now, the latest in July 2024. Staff are kind, willing to help and the bar isn't too bad either. Loads to do, not just the bowling but expect your wallet to get hammered in the arcade.

Cracking session of bowling with the family but booking is a must at the weekends. Everyone helpful and the place was really clean

Parking Sign on premises wasn't valid and now with us spending money here ahave now got a bug fine. Thanks One of the worse experiences ever. Visited here with my disabled wife on a Sunday. Parking was free, but despite this and the parking machines being out of order so unable to pay. And was even a sign in the premises saying this as well. We have been charged a penalty notice of £100 even though supplied evidence of money spent at location and blue badge. A pleasant day ruined by scammers. Have heard of this happening to others and it's 50/50 if they charge or not

Wet afternoon so took grandchildren here. Had lots of fun then a drink and snacks. It gets cheaper the more games you played.

Came here from out of town expecting to see Time Crisis 5, Tekken and maybe even a Ridge Racer arcade machines given this is a Namco arcade, only to find Mario Kart which we have at home 🙄 and some disappointing Halo machine. No other arcade machines were worth 10p let alone £2 a go. Even a Daytona Championship USA machine would have made the journey worth it. The arcade is a massive disappointment. They have a good bowling alley, bar, crazy golf and a little soft play area but it's no different to any other bowling alley. Don't come here thinking it's gonna have a decent arcade with it having Namco above the door.

Nice place to hang out for a while. Cool inside and usually not too many people there. Good selection of activities. You will of course have to part with money whatever you choose to do.

Grew up with this place, lots of different activities, such as bowling, mini golf, soft-play and the arcade. Bar and restaurant attached to it which is great. Overall a nice, clean space, a range of things to do at an affordable price, but it can get crowded on the weekend or during the holidays which is not unusual. Definitely recommend 😄👍🕹️

The bowling alley here seems to have had a refit in the last couple of years and now the lanes are atrocious. The pins are on strings, so they are not entirely free-standing and this alters the way they fall. We only played one game and even then, we had to wait a couple of minutes for the pins to reset in one frame as some weird puppet show was going on behind. Also one of the kids managed to strand a ball in the middle of the lane. I have never seen this before in my life, it shouldn't even be possible. I would say it's okay for kids, but the ramp launchers they have do not slope. Instead, the ball hits the lane at an angle and then bounces, sending into a random spin and direction. If you like to enjoy your bowling, go elsewhere.

Despite the fact that there are a few old faces working in there still; and one of my Favorite people work the bar, I'm so disappointed to see what's happened with what used to be Gatsbys. Also, I'm being harassed by the "parking eye" now. Took my son for the first time in years, cost a fortune and, I'm sorry but the signs are not clear enough. My sons disabled and I have my own difficulties, yet I couldn't see anywhere that allowed us to park our motability vehicle. We went in, My son got the sensory stimulation he craves and it was lovely... pricey but lovely... First time my son and i had ventured out together since lockdown and now I've got a penalty charge on his car. I did email them... Oh well, what's a person gotta do these days ai? Rinsing us at every opportunity here I tamworth when it comes to parking... And they wonder what's killing this once beautiful town. One word. Greed. #nuffsaid

Great bowling experience, however I would say it’s an expensive experience!

Fun place. Easy parking. Very strong odor of animal manure even close to the entrance from the outside countryside.

I visited a Namco Funscape before when in Newcastle which was good with plenty to do, so I expected this one to be good too. However, once inside it was mostly bowling and a restaurant and bar area, with very little arcade amusement machines for the kids. There were a few crane grabbers full of soft toys but these were rubbish and did not grip at all! The crane grabbers were left half empty too so it looks like people actually win! There was also some 2p sliding machines that were weighted HEAVY on the front with 2p coins so they are difficult to push over the edge and win. The small gifts they laid on the coins to encourage players were CHEAP chews (sweets), probably from a £1.50 multi-bag! This Namco Funscape is ok for bowling, but don't expect too much more, certainly DON'T expect to win anything!

Had a lovely time with family playing 10 pin bowls. Good value at £5 per person for one game (Monday). The coffee was quite expensive and, disappointingly, no sparkling water to buy

Been here a few times with friends and always had a great time. Besides the bowling, there is a bar, indoor play and arcade. Lots of parking outside but there is a charge however you can obtain a voucher for free parking so don't forget to redeem this as you leave. Our bowling option was an hour session and we took as many turns as possible in this time!

Went here for my small mid 20s birthday party. Great place to go bowling. +++’s: + Looks like it’s seen some serious renovation since the last time I was there. New screens and everything. + Staff were really friendly and accommodating all around. No apathy whatsoever, and they seemed genuinely happy to be there. Been to some right miserable alleys but this wasn’t one of them. + Music was playing on the lanes, was kind of loud but not so loud that you couldn’t hear other people talking. Much better volume than other places. + We got a happy birthday message on our lane screen. Thought this was a really nice touch. + Food in the restaurant is REALLY good and they do take reservations for groups, in which case they will be able to give you a table that’s a little out of the way. Waitstaff were friendly and outgoing. If you like Costa, they serve a limited Costa menu for hot drinks along with some iced ones. - - -‘s: - Rental balls were looking a little beat up, and the heaviest weight that I could see after checking all the racks was 14lbs. There may have been heavier, but I didn’t see any when I checked. - This alley uses string pinsetters as opposed to freefall pinsetters. If you’re someone who bowls regularly, you know how controversial string pins are. Whether or not it’s going to deter you is up to you. - The arcade portion did seem fairly small. ???’s: ??? I didn’t try the minigolf so I couldn’t tell you how it is.

Went to my granddaughters soft play party today , soft play staff were brilliant nothing was too much trouble just thought they needed a shout for their hard work and it was appreciated , asked for extra things and they were done so thank you ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Good activities. Not enough staff at busy times. Basically invisible at the bar while staff walk around looking at you. Should be better tbh.

Great menu for food and the kids was happy

I took my son and his friend bowling, we all had a great time , food was lovely and service was great , especially Kim who served us , she was on her own behind the bar and even though she was so busy, she always found the time to help me and was so pleasant

We had a great time, we happened to be staying over in Tamworth had a meal in the same location. After the neal we decided to have a go at temping bowling. We had a great afternoon there.

We played Minigolf by using a Groupon voucher. It was such an affordable, great Sunday fun. We received a parking voucher so the parking was free - it is aleays a bonus. Please note 8 holes are inside the building and 8 holes outside. We played on a rainy day - if you do too then take a pair of socks and shoes with you in case you like to change for bowling or other inside activities. The outside part only close in a very bad weather. If it happens you can still play by repeating the inside holes.

Came to play crazy golf on a weekday daytime. A well-decorated, nicely maintained, and creatively difficult crazy golf course (£7 for 18 holes). Will definitely return.

I was quite sceptical how the soft play was going to turn out given the Google review rating. But my wife said we were going so that was that. (on carefully examination, the poor reviews were from 5 years ago or more). So on first impressions, staff were friendly and had our parking voucher printed and ready as the wife booked ahead that morning. The lady explained that we scan the voucher on our way out. And let us in with a smile. When we got in the kids were let loose. What I liked was that the seats were in good line of sight of most of the soft play. And despite being moderately busy it wasn't that noisy. (some places bounce the screams and excited screeches, amplifying the noise). It was quiet enough to pick out the sound of our youngest's "I'm stuck" cry. (luckily our oldest was in a good mood and rescued him) Speaking of getting stuck, there was only one obstacle that our kids had trouble with (aged 3 and 4). But they soon figured out how to get over it. There was a under 3's area and a ball pit. Our kids wandered in to the under 3's and it looked good enough to entertain them, but the spiral slide lured them back. They later tried the ball pit which was the point we decided they were tired and gave them their warning order. There were some slightly older children climbing on a wall and jumping in. A member of staff went over to ask them to stop. Now I quite liked this because normally staff ignore this and some parents either didn't know they weren't allowed or distracted with other kids. And a lot of other soft play places with younger unmanaged staff would just ignore it. So definitely extra points for staff with experience and maturity. Generally the place was clean and tidy. The toilet seemed clean. The kids didn't come out of the ball pit sticky so that's a plus. The price wasn't too bad. It was £12 for 2 adults and 2 kids. The coffees were good (about £3.50 each if I recall correctly). We didn't have food there as we left before lunch so can't comment on that. Overall I was very pleased. I think the layout made this a lot easier, and being able to see our kids most of the time from one place was great (I have limited mobility so can't keep moving about to check if they're okay). I think the price is good for 1.5 hours. We'll be popping back for rainy weekend mornings.

Lots of different activities: bowling, arcade, bar/costa, golf and a play area. It's also situated near Tamworth castle and park. The only downside is the price of the parking which £4 for an hour however we did I get it validated at the golf but not sure about the other places.

Good fun however the bowling alley its starting to show its age. The bowling balls are literally falling apart. Very outdated info system

Watch you don't get stung for parking here.... was here doing a pick up and ended up paying £5 for about 25 minutes car parking.... place is a bit of a joke tbh.

Love this soft play! Only £2 per adult and toddler. Lovely clean environment with a great soft play and wonderful ballpit. Plus, you get a free drink for every adult and child during term time, absolute bargaina I will say though - book! We didn't realise they had allocated time slots on our first visit and ended up waiting 45 minutes for the next one in the arcade nextdoor

Great family fun day out. Booked 2 games in advance. Car parking available just check in at reception and they will provide a ticket for free parking to be used upon exit.

Visited with a friend and had a fun few hours there. Reasonably priced and well worth a visit.

I have been bowling here a few times, always an enjoyable evening. I have not tried the food here though, so cannot comment on that.

Walked straight in staff were really pleasant, showed us where our lane was and where we could get drinks and food.

Bowling is more expensive than similar places during the week, the food is cheap however. The alley was in good condition and the staff were friendly.

Nice experience here for kids. Tamworth castle park is next door with a nice playground for kids to play. Let down by the very expensive parking.

Bowling was great and staff were helpful, but trying to order food was a waste of time. The app didn't work and the staff at the diner just ignored me.

Loved it! Me and my mates played 2 games. We also ordered food after the 1st one. We were there for a few hours. Pre booked so it also worked out cheaper. We're definitely going to go again.

Took my son bowling and to the arcade. Bowling was bowling just as expected no issues. But the arcade is beyond a rip off. Spent over £10 playing ticket games and had enough tickets for 4 penny sweets. We normally go to the arcade at starcity or Broadway Plaza. Don’t get me wrong you are never going to get something worth what you have spent but at least he could pick a small toy etc not just a penny sweet. Won’t be going back again.

We went bowling which was great fun, and then we played crazy golf really good night out for all the family.

Attended crazy golf here today, £13 for two to do an 18 hole course. Felt this was a little steep, course felt very tired and a lot of the interactive things were not working. Some holes were not even able to play due to them not working. For the amount of money you would think these would be kept on top of.

Booking online was easy. It has had a face lift since our last visit. We all enjoyed our bowling, but it was a Friday evening so they had a DJ and the music was LOUD!

Great Sunday deals! Games were good, staff were nice and dj was funny!

3 of us arrived to the bowling alley which was pretty empty, however we were placed in the same booth as a large family. When I went and asked to be moved the man agreed, however couldn’t have looked more unhappy. He put us somewhere else, but again with another group of people? Luckily they left after a while, but then he sent over another couple? There were 9 empty booths I could count but they insisted on squashing everyone together? Paid £45 to have people sitting on top of eachother. There was also no instructions given on how to use the bowling machine, so we had to get another customer to show us how to input our names. First and last time.

Great adventure golf course friendly staff when we visited.

Hayden and Clare were amazing! They went above and beyond to help serve our group, despite not knowing it was my birthday. They really made it special! Big shout out to them.

Went there to the arcade after indoor play centre, it's decent 1 pound for big games but got some smaller pusher machines as well. Cheaper than most arcades.

Half the ticket machines don't seem to work; either not at all or they don't put the tickets out. If you can grab the staff they'll help but it's a hassle.

Great food, nice staff & reasonably priced. No complaints here!

It's bowling. Upgraded screens and chairs since last time. No longer get the nostalgic 'spare', 'split' animations from my childhood. Price is good (with the right timing and offer), staff are friendly. Arcade isn't the biggest but has everything you expect.

Great place for kids to burn off some energy, drinks are a bit pricey, range of different foods available on the menu. Staff were friendly and place was very clean during the sessions. Some of the older children were in the younger area and nearly knocked a few babies over and nearly hurt them. Just needs a few more staff monitoring the play area.

Had a good night. Parking was easy and you can recoup the parking charge after your session. Ordering food and drinks to the table was pretty easy too through the app. The toilets were clean. The bowling itself was great fun. My only complaint was that the music they were playing was exceptionally loud, to the point that I couldn’t hear the person sat directly next to me speaking.

Took the grand baby for a game.. staff were really friendly and polite... wasn't a bad price for 2 games for 4 of us either 👍

Its a good family day out , everything you need is on site , entertainment , food and drinks , ive deducted one star due to the wait to go in soft play as it knocked 20mins off our session time , only 2 staff was on and both serving food /drinks on the opposite side. Other than the wait , everything was great , we really enjoyed soft play , bowling , and crazy golf and the food drinks at the bar there was lovely.

Staff were friendly and welcoming. Helpful with information...My son and I enjoyed the time there. Parking is free as long as you get the parking voucher .

Visit was ok in November2022. It is now March 2023 and get a parking ticket with court charges etc £185. Joke. Paid enough to be there for my daughter's birthday party. Seems that they may be targeting people months on so that the unlawful fine gets paid regardless

Was extremely busy and took a hour and a half to play a round of crazy golf don't get me wrong it's good value for money but rules state 9 shot max per hole and with folks doing 20+ it does cause problems.

Really fun. Kids loved every minute. 1hour bowling for 6. And endless fun in arcades.

Nothing worked machines took your money bowling was rubbish you can't turn the barriers off. The pucks didn't work properly in miny golf nothing worked. Do not recommend

We booked 1hr of bowling and 1hr of crazy golf for 6 and found it just right. We didn't like the cafe not serving light bites just because it was a weekend so we all had children's meals.

Had one game of bowling here was quiet busy but was enjoyable and great for the kids. Could do with a member of staff tending to the actual lanes as if there's a problem you have to walk back to the desk

A range of things to do for all ages, the staff blend into the background but are there when needed.

It's nice place, good for small and big kids, be careful with the scam machines because the arcade machines there are extremely made (every time(you lose)and they are broken)

Very busy when we went enabling a vibrant atmosphere. Bar service is great with one of the female bartenders very polite. Speaking about the bar, there's some top named brands, including Tequila Rose and Grey Goose. Good for families, couples, friends or solos
