What an improvement and cleaner too, the only change I can see is a new possible manager called Lewis. To whom seems to have all the staff doing jobs that I have never seen them attempt to do before, as well as himself sweeping the floors and behind counters, he was none stop. What a refreshing change, and keep up the good work Lewis as changes are visible even the small ones. WELL DONE

Me and my family were passing by and went in for a drink and a snack. I ordered a small soya hot chocolate and they charged me for a medium. I got my money back though. Anyway, we sat down and their was an old lady. She was trying to pay but didn't understand what to do. One of the workers their, Dannie, started to raise his voice at her. In the end one of my family members payed for her. She stayed at the pick up section as she thought she hadn't payed and all of the workers just went past her and ignored her. Terrible service. Dannie was rushing people alot. Don't go there.

Love the coffee the people were very kind still just as good as it was overall it's a great place.

Great shop, the usual mediocre costa coffe, but when a young lad is the barista the coffee's better. A few tables outside for the smoking lads. One of the best places to enjoy your coffee in Tamworth UPDATE: As the staff changes every now and then, the quality of the coffee is far below par. Most of the times we're being served by trainee baristas who (understandably) will miss on the coffee making. Plus the service is so slow that at peak times you should allow a minimum of 15 minutes just to get served... Which I don't understand, there are usually a team of 4-5 people but they are so uncoordinated that it takes ages to make a simple double espresso

Always busy in there, helpful staff but pretty dark in there. Needs more light somehow.

Costa is Costa, go to Costa Café!

I had an egg/Mayo sandwich, a packet of Costa plain/salted crisps and a pot of tea. The sandwich contained very little mayonnaise, the crisps were delicious and the tea good. Service was average

Enjoyd. We first visited in times of,' the walking dead'. Locals open the door here for people going in-out. Service is good, place clean, coffee, tea and tart, sure i'll come again. Back on a market Saturday, stalls out on the walk way. Even the Sun has popped his head out. You know what your getting here. The cookers here are 1300 cals.

20 mins to get served and then left. 5 staff and my lunchtime wasted. worse Costa I ever been to. total lack of urgency and manager who was there did not care. As a business owner, serve customers first and then deal with in house stuff. left 1 girl doing all. had to get back to work. so didnt get anything, walked out in disgust 1 star is too many

Popped in to meet family the workers was very moody not welcoming 😒 very slow and uncomfortable service very blunt and rude need to learn customer service.

We went for a drink on Saturday at the Tamworth store. The service was quick depsife being busy and the table was clean. The only negative point was the state of the toilets (I understand it was busy), otherwise it would be 5 stars from me. Matt.

Went in there on Saturday for a nice coffee. I was served by leah and she was lovely and polite, the place was very clean and the overall experience was great my drinks were made really quick.

Could of gone to one of the independent cafes in Tamworth. As I went inside I was greeted by a loud smash sound as a tray of cups near the side counter smashed onto the floor but luckily it missed the 2,ladies sitting on a table and no one was hurt. Staff went to clean up the mess as if nothing happened. Got there and waited for my turn and the staff seem young , too young to really know what to do really and considering the price compared to the other cafes in Tamworth - I can’t give a high rating , just honest one. Drink and food ok as you expect from costa but don’t expect atmosphere etc. don’t expect the warm welcome you get from cafe Nero.

Myself and my best friend ordered drinks then realised that we didn’t have enough money. The worker Connor was lovely enough to pay for one of our drinks for us!!

Why would you go to Cosy when there's an independent coffee shop across the road that allows dogs and is a great atmosphere... No atmosphere in that dank place

Toilets not clean and disabled toilet locked. Not good for customers with small children

Costa is a firm favourite for all my friends and although at this Costa I asked for two white hot chocolates and I ended with ordinary, they did make me what I asked for and allowed me to keep the ordinary, which was really good.

Our order got missed. It was dealt with quickly when I queried as several people that had come in behind us received their drinks before we did. We didn't have food so can't comment on that.

I am a great fan of Costa and the coffee as always great. The staff as always super. My only niggle is that the tables could be cleaned a bit more regularly. If so, I would give five stars all round.

Had toast and coffee this morning but disappointed with new rule on having butter. Only allowed to have 3 small butter portions for 2 slices of toast. Usually have 4, so if you need 4 you have to pay for butter.

Friendly staff, good selection of food and drinks, seating area clean and tidy although the toilets are often in a poor state due to certain "customers" - I feel sorry for the staff having to keep cleaning them. One of the better branches of Costa from recent experience.

Didn't have 3 types of coffee asked for, ended up with 4th choice and asked for refund which l got no problem. Wouldn't go again overpriced for what you get!

I personally cannot stand the smell of coffee, it's the devil's work. However the wife likes coffee and always enjoys popping in here to pick up a fresh coffee, me I'd rather have a cup of tea.

Regularly come here and is generally a good experience. However, whenever served by Paula, she often acts like you're not there and twice started conversation with colleagues when I was trying to order. She also didn't offer for me to use my free coffee. This is not the first time she has caused a negative experience.

The place was filthy. Felt sorry for the staff, not enough of them their manager needs to get the place organised

Love the coffee and scene of the environment. This place was great asking me if I wanted points or whether I wanted to use my free coffees via the app. It is what it is, kids are bored as no real item for little ones but hot choccy saved the day. Customer care always at the front of their minds.

In desperate need of refurbishment, Costa Coffee in Tamworth's centre fits in with all the other surrounding & sadly dying shops as UK's retail centres become yesterday's dreams...

Beautiful coffee bit expensive but people buy a brand

We had some salted caramel frostino's, they were fantastic. The que was a bit long but worth the wait.

Slow service, did not give us everything we had ordered but didn't realise until we'd got to the location we were eating and drinking at. Costa, you need to get better, service is consistently very slow and very poor.

Nice café. If Costa is your thing then it's good. Clean store, pleasant, friendly staff. Personally I find Costa overpriced for what they provide . £10 + for a coffee, a tea and 2 ham toasties ,it's not somewhere i would use regularly, but had a gift voucher to spend. Cheaper cafés nearby.
