Very disappointing food and service. Starters were ok but the main course arrived at the same time. This meant it had to be reheated when we were ready to eat it. We then found several bones in it. The manager didn’t seem up to speed either. Overall just a really disappointing experience. We were at Honey Moon restaurant the night before and it was fantastic. Couldn’t recommend it highly enough.

If I could give a 10 star rating, I certainly would. My husband and I always seek out Indian restaurants in our travels around Africa, Europe and the UK. This restaurant is our new number ONE without a doubt. Beautiful delicate flavours, freshly cooked and premium ingredients. We're in transit and only here for 2 days. We will most certainly return this evening. I imagine our travels will now have to include an obligatory stop in Hounslow in the future. Namasthe 🙏

Really disappointed that in 2024 This restaurant in a multicultural area was unable or unwilling to offer ANY vegan meal whatsoever. This is poor customer services. It's unacceptable- a good chef would be able to veganise at least 1 choice , shame on you and this establishment, manager useless .

We enjoyed Chicken Methi meal with super tasty rice and Nan. Great service from everyone here, even though they were very busy on Saturday we got a table after a wait and enjoyed it very much.

We ordered our drinks and after 15 minutes our food order was taken. After 20 minutes we were advised that you had no samosas!!!! So we substituted with chicken spring rolls. After another 20minutes the spring rolls appeared, burnt and cold with a dip of ketchup!! Where in Indian cuisine does this hail from?? Total crap food and quite honestly a disgrace to your restaurant and your reputation. We cancelled our food and left only paying for the drinks. What food we had was fit for the bin. Hope your restaurant suffers as we did making a gross error in going there.

I have been coming to Hounslow regularly and thought I would give this restaurant a try as it was in such close proximity to my hotel. I am absolutely blown away by both the quantity and quality of the food and the great service I have received. I am a big eater but there was more offered than I could manage! I broadened my palette with a new starter thanks to the advice of the waitress and I have been delighted by the whole experience. First class island I will definitely be back. 😃

Punjabi Spice is now permanently closed which is a shame as the food in there was lovely along with the 2 main staff members who were also great.

All Punjabi Samosa had spoiled. we had to throw away. It happens especially for delivery orders.

The dining experience was exceptional, with each dish delivering bold, authentic flavors that showcased true culinary craftsmanship. We indulged in a diverse spread, beginning with the fiery and well-balanced Chilli Paneer and the delightfully crisp yet tender Veggie Manchurian. The Butter Chicken was rich and velvety, perfectly complemented by the Paneer Makhani’s creamy, spiced depth. Accompanying these mains, the Garlic and Butter Naan were warm, fragrant, and the ideal vessels for savoring every last drop of sauce. We also sampled the Devilled Lamb, which stood out with its robust heat and expertly marinated tenderness. To conclude, we enjoyed two standout desserts: a decadent Chocolate Brownie and the kulfi (as pictured in the final photo)—a refreshingly cool and traditional finish to a beautifully executed meal.
