Having previously had a good experience at Naga's I took my sister, over from the US. Instantly that we arrived the man, who said he was the owner, was extremely rude and maintained this aggressive attitude. I was shocked by such dreadful behaviour that just continued, despite both my sister and I being polite, as we were brought up so to be. It was so uncomfortable we decided to leave, gracefully, before ordering anything. We rose quietly, we did not want to make a big fuss, and just said that we would not be staying but the man pushed his rude attitude, almost creating a scene and forcing us to say that we found his attitude rude and aggressive. So, so very disappointed as the gentleman that has served my friend and I previously was always friendly and polite. I will not go to Naga's ever again ! It ended up working to our favour as we found another Indian in the town with a welcoming bright environment, delicious food and lovely, friendly and polite service

Drove from Frome to collect as the food has been good in the past. Placed an order online which was accepted at 21:29. On arrival at 21:43 I had the door locked in my face. I knocked and they shouted through the glass that they were closed as I got a notification through on my phone to say they cancelled my order. No apology, left without any food - Was reeling with the impoliteness. Would suggest going down the road to Mayas instead!

We enjoyed our takeaway. No problems ordering and pretty spot on with the times. Wish we'd had the Sunday special and ate in the restaurant. Maybe next time we are in the area. Very nice staff though, who made us feel very welcome. The Tikka Masala was lovely and had a great sauce to mop up with Naan. Decent portions and very good quality.

Prob just communication problem but we did request a child’s meal portion for my misses who wasn’t that hungry and it was accepted until we got finally bill when it wasn’t . The advert outside said 12.95 for five dishes But price inside is 13.95 Should of gone then but stayed Five dishes each is worked out by people on table not each person So we were given two less veg dishes with no real explanation Kingfisher beer wasn’t on menu , all other beers where £5:50 We ordered kingfisher and it was £6:50 ! Fobbed of with Baileys at end but bill had already ruined the evening

Food was o. Time delivery guy was nice, curry was cold, chips were over cooked and crispy full of oil, the popadoms tasted like they were cooked a week ago and kept in a plastic tub. Very disappointed as the food used to be ok from here.

Onion bhaji was over cooked and dry as a piece of wood so straight in the bin, ostrich was dry, wasn’t worth the wait to be honest

Heard such good reviews so decided to order on Christmas Eve. Took over an hour longer than the app said and when it arrived the £12 starter was cold and inedible - couldn’t cut through the ponir or the lamb! The majority of king prawn butterfly was just deep fried breadcrumbs and wouldn’t order that again. The rest of the meal was tasty, the meat in the lamb madras just melted in your mouth. Cost £80 & we won’t be rushing to order again

We drive 10 miles to collect an Indian/South Asian takeaway from Naga's The Spice Minister because it's consistently and by far the best around. Excellent food with authentic flavours, friendly staff, efficient service, reasonable prices.

From the outside it looks like any other house. But when u walk in you ar greated by friendly wonderful staff. I ordered for takeaway and the food was cooked fresh from start to fin it was about 20 min. From looking at it the atmosphere was great, place was busy and full of life. The food was fantastic and very fulfilling. Looking to go back on sun and enjoy their 5 course meal for less than 15 pound so yeah I say it's a great place to come and have a meal

All food was cold phoned up to say was all cold and then only replaced 1 main and naan Bread and chips! The whole order should have been replaced but it wasn’t !! Very disappointed with this service tonight

Gorgeous meal delivered to Center Parcs

We were visiting longleat safari. Looked online and came across this restaurant. The had good off street parking, restaurant also had its own carpark. The restaurant staff were very welcoming and accommodated my, my wife and 3 young kids. The restaurant deco was good, the facilities were nice and clean. The food was reasonable, the service was very good. The staff did try their best to look after us.

A curry house where the ordinary or the extraordinary is available. The only curry house I know that has dishes made with Ostrich as an ingredient. The food is excellent, well spiced and flavoured. A good place to visit for Indian cuisine!

This is our go to take away for 'Indian' food. It's not our local, it's about a 40 minute round trip to pick it up but we have never been disappointed with the food and they've never got an order wrong. There's lots of variety on the menu and some unusual dishes with different meats available including ostrich and duck for many of them. Obviously the dishes are aimed at the western palate but that's like the vast majority of 'Indian' restaurants. We will eat in one day.

Another very tasty meal. We ordered the Chicken Korma and the Chicken Shaslick. It was deliverded hot and on time. Chicken can be very tough but ours was tender and the sauce just right. The onions in the Shaslick were cooked perfectly as were the tomatoes. The popadoms I think had been cooked in old rather than fresh oil which we could taste but apart from that - another great meal from Nagas !

We ordered last night and ended up with some dodgy dish (absolutely no idea what it was) and keema rice that turned out to be yellow and in fact lemon rice. We tried to call them to sort the issue but they failed to answer and appear that they were closed. My partner went in today to resolve the issue, to be told they will do the keema rice for us now, but we should have brought back the lemon rice. Needless to say not really much we could have done with the rice now as it isn't last night when we had the rest of the £40 order. Rather than giving away dodgy freebies they should concentrate on getting orders correct, as it actually ruined the meal. The rice went in the bin and geninuely feel that the level of service needs improving. NEVER will they get my custom again

Lovely place to enjoy an Indian. We had a lovely meal. Atmosphere would have been 5 stars if we visited later as only a few people in.

Possibly the worst Indian restaurant I've ever been in! The food, was mediocre, it was very very loud (felt like I was in a sports bar), twice, I asked for rum and twice, I got whisky! Was actually looking forward to having a nice night out with my husband and friends, for my birthday! Will not be visiting again! 👎

Hello, we ordered the usual- unfortunately on this occasion food arrived warm ish, not hot, chips were cold and possibly overcooked. The chicken was really tough also. We've not had a problem before food has always been hot and very tasty.

Outstanding!!!! Just had an AMAZING meal at Naga's!! I am visiting from Boston USA, and took my family there for dinner, 6 adults and 4 children..... Service was very friendly and efficient, food was SO GOOD, the restaurant is lovely.... all made for such a fantastic evening!! Stopped here after a day out with two friends and being to lazy to go home and cook. They have a very large range of food on the menu, we got lazy and decided on the set menu for four. The food was really good and we couldn't finish the amount bought to us the flavours were good. The set menu is based around flavours rather than hot curry so it suited two of our party that were not into hot food. The restaurant has a long section with tables well spaced but they can bring them together for large parties, I would suggest booking as they clearly have a lot of regulars. Staff very attentive and the main man was quite lively. Following the meal we were offered complimentary drinks from the bar.

I had recently visited this place, the so called famous place for Indian food. I was so excited to have food and enjoy some Indian flavours. But I was left totally disappointed by the taste and the flavours. It was nothing near Indian food. Even more disheartening was the way a Bangladeshi cuisine was sold as Indian cuisine. I wish they can make it little more authentic in Indian taste too rather than just publicity.
