Naan Staap® in Redbridge

Sharing my bad experience with naan staap as staff on till is very rude and not flexible with customer service. I visited few times and ordered food but could not make change in order as told by till staff and secondlly such stingy and penny pinching behaviour not giving me tissues and sauce in my take away food. I felt really bad asking for tissue and sauce in reply faced non welcoming rude attitude. Futhermore my order took 40 minutes and for asking how much time they again showed very cold attitude. Food was not well packed all curry poured out of on naan box . It's not always about food but manners and behaviour. We pay every penny for food in response doesn't deserve to be treated rudely. They should learn manners and some etiquettes and customer service training is needed . I went on angina and had breakfast staff was really cool and welcoming.

Worse customer service lady on till bossy style well never turn up again...

I went Gantshil one which is much better then Ilford one. Not good

Very bad experience , Been with a Brides family , asking for coffee ,Till staff informed me their coffee machine is not working from morning & its bascally a coffee shop , then i asked for 4 green teas for my guest & i seen they are using Argos Basic white kettle to warm the water & it took nearly 10 mins. I never seen any coffee shop that dont have automatic hot water dispenser. Seated there nearly about 30 minutes & within that time Randomly 4 / 5 Beggars ( junkie ) , gypsy women came & asking for money , 2 ocassion i given the money & i seen repeating beggars are coming every 15 mins after , owner & staffs have no intention to prevent or stop them.The whole time situation was so awkard & feel very embrassed infront of my guest that i invited them into that place & recommend them naan staap is very nice place to sit & chat.

Pink tea was lovely! Peri chicken sandwich and chips is good simple meal taste good. V clean place

Whenever i visited it was an amazing experience and also services especially Iqra who mostly served us and she us friendly as well .

Had the Full desi breakfast and Achari Paratha, very affordable and enjoyed every bite. Very authentic taste, rich and full of flavour. Will be coming back for more and to try other things!

The chai and Desi Nashta was superb—I enjoyed it so much that I ordered it twice! The Naan staap was also fantastic, truly satisfying. A special mention to Amina And Iqra, who were both absolutely wonderful. They were professional, polite, and well-behaved, making the experience even better. I'll definitely be coming back again!

Food and atmosphere r great! However, service is absolutely atrocious. I came a few weeks ago to order and I was waiting there for a long time while the staff were chatting at the back. Then someone finally came and served me. I spoke to her in Urdu and she gave the first reply in Urdu. However, the next question I asked, she replied to me in English and then whole conversation went with me speaking to her in Urdu and her replying to me in English. This was a very humiliating and demoralising experience for me and I felt absolutely mocked and disrespected. Staff need to keep an eye on the till and be respectful to customers!

Really great place to eat! Food is tasty and fresh. Well presented and the karack chai is amazing! Amina served me a few times and she is so polite and lovely. Thank you Naan stop keep up the good service.

It is in a very good place, there is a lot of sitting space inside, it is very nice Karak chai.we had breakfast, the prathas were nice, we are enjoyed. The workers were friendly.The shop is very decorated inside and clean,and Soft music was playing we will go there again.

Every time every bite is perfect. The most yummy keema, cheese and chocolate naan chicken club, n chickhen tikka sandwiches are delicious n the pink chai is second no none. The facility is always clean n welcoming lovely family environment thx u guys

Hi, our experience was not that great as staff was not professional at all and the atmosphere was horrendous. Staff was taking selfies and tik tok videos not paying attention to customers. And also that night was cold and we were sitting next to the main door and the staff/customers were keep leaving the main and toilet doors open. The door should be on self closer mechanism.

Superb food with lots of varieties. We loved their parathas ( aloo paratha, chicken dum paratha, lamb dum paratha). Will definitely visit again to get the taste of North.

Beautiful served by Ms Patel as she personalised the experience by her recommendations. We had naan chana, chicken naan and lamb keema paratha along with Karak chai - all delicious! Will be back soon!

Always a go to place for us on weekends for breakfast but todays experience was bad. Mint mojito taste bad and the staff was so rude to replace the one tasted bad. Infact she was arguring with me. Not a good way to treat regular customers. When asked to see the manager , she wasnot around also.

What a disgrace. You cannot pick and choose to sell certain items to the customers because it has lower price and at times your pricey stuff naans are selling more. This is not a good approach for a business. You make a customer base and they rely on you for things you sell but when they visit and you refuse selling Roghni naans for example because there is more demand at that time of hour is for stuffy naans. Lame excuse I could not get stocking issue - padlock your shop then please. Not only this, Taimoor at counter discouraged getting takeaway by exaggerating waiting times, which was extremely annoying and disappointing. You know what you have done, you made me believe that I MUST NOT come to your shop at all. I will make sure I make NO STOP at NAAN STAAP.

Poor customer service. Things out of stock when infant they are not. Greedy to sell pricey items. Shame. Avoid please.

There are many tea options available. Karak Chaii is very good. Kashmiri chai was also very good. Many different types of naans are available. Sandwiches and some other snakes are also not bad.

Visited for the first time today and must admit, I was pleasantly surprised how good the food in this tiny little place was. We ordered a Numm chicken naan and rogni nann and chicken jelfrezi. The tastes were a perfect blend of spices and authentic street food from Pakistan. Restaurant was clean and bright with colourful images on the walls. Will definitely visit again and next time will try the breakfast menu which I think would be better than Mii Chai

I ordered Chicken Cheese Naan or Chicken dum Qemma Naan. The Chicken Cheese Naan was literally empty from inside they put very less quantity of qemma inside and It's so oily as well. The Chicken Dum Qemma Naan was just Ok. They don't have any sanitizer or wet wipes to clean the hands. Worst experience here.

Tasty food but can improve customer service.

Lamb keema Naan was very tasty. However, the quantity of keema in the naan was insufficient and the price that is £6.75 EA is on the higher side which can be reduced by avoiding unnecessary packaging.

I have been visiting this place regularly in the last 7-8 months, and I strongly feel that they serve the best Tea in the entire Ilford area. I have also tried Butter naan with Chicken, Saag-paneer paratha, aalu paratha here, and always liked the taste. The ingredients used and the overall food quality is just amazing, they always serve the fresh food. I strongly recommend this place, especially if you're fan of Indian Chai and Indian songs 😀
