Veru nice ambience and very good service especially Iqra is the best. She serves the best, guide you in the best way possible when you are confused what to choose from thr menu. She is friendly, humble and very kind. Even in rush hours, she handles all of us so patiently . I am so surprised to see Naan staap has such a loyal staff. I have never seen Iqra free for a single minute. She is either serving us (customers) , cleaning tables or guiding her junior newly hired colleagues. And Yes She always have a cute smile on her face. Regarding naans my favourite is Peri Naan and Chicken Dum Naan and if you buy it with tea they give you discount, all in around £10. Very good place to visit with friends and family

They have got best Nan Khatai in the Town. I got really bad cravings for the Nan Khatayi. Once I made them open the shop and although they have closed the shop and cleaning they still served me and gave me 1. All of their staff is quite nice especially Iqra. She is the most available and most seen staff in the Naan staap ilford lane. She is very friendly and answer my queries and silly questions very patiently. Hatts off to Naan Staap for their wonderful service and excellent staff members like Iqra😇😊😎🤓. Thank you Iqra👍👍👍

Iqra is the regular server I’m used to and she’s awesome. Koshal was awesome too today; new player in the game. I come here for the great tea but Iqra is consistent in her approach.

Staff is not nice , they dont have a positive attitude towards staff there is a lady on till most of the time with angry face and tone .

I am extremely disappointed to say this being a regular customer at the Ilford Branch. The staff is becoming unprofessional and rude. I asked for a tea exchange because the tea was not cooked properly. She argued with me and said because I took a sip of the tea she cannot exchange for me anymore like how on earth can i taste a drink without taking a sip. The tea was cold and had too much water inside. She argued with me in front of the whole restaurant and was very unprofessional. The staff name is Maharjabeen. Need to improve service before you start losing customers like me.

Food is delicious whichever shop you visit throughout all their shops food taste remains consistent. Whether it is Lamb Harissa, channa bhatura or stuffed naans literally each food item is amazing.

I came here first time with my friend who recommended this as she has been here twice. Kuasar at customer service was great. They have full desi breakfast included channay, halwa, achar, bread and tea which is great and price is reasonable. Portions were just right. The atmosphere was great and restaurant was clean and nice. Would come back to try again.

Look at there Anarkali daal which they have given in take away. Disgusting. Look at the pictures they have on menu and look at this one. I had no energy to drive back otherwise this deserved to be returned back. Thieves they are!!! Take money and serve low quality food.

I came all the way from Birmingham however your reception staff Aamina was quite rude with my family and myself she don’t know how to speak. It feel like she is not happy with the work so she is just passing on the bad vibes to customer. She needs to improve her communication skills naan stop has got nice food I always enjoy there taste but however rude stuff can ruin the reputation.

The food was worth having, we tried pistachio kunafa naan. Amina served us, she was polite and welcoming. Place was clean and vibrant. Music was nice too and prices were just fine. Kunafa naan was 9.45. A hit pricey but taste was good. Really liked the atmosphere, wall decor, music and service.

I actually live in West London, but my wife tried this while staying at her sisters house. So of course I had to make trip across and it was well worth it. Chana and Nan was amazing and the karak chai was tasty. Must visit.

A fun place to hang if you want to eat parathas. We tried a couple of parathas and chats too. Liked the chicken paratha. Karaj chai was excellent and hareesa is too good.. The vibe of the place is good. We enjoyed our time there apart from the issues and great served by Mahjabeen.

The food was okay but portion size was extremely small for Hareesa, also it had pieces of frozen kebabs not sure if they were chicken although it’s meant to be lamb fresh small kebabs They need to work on their portion size as 1 serving for £9.5 is not enough for 2 people

I recently had an amazing dining experience at a restaurant that truly exceeded my expectations. The service was exceptional, Mr Rukhtab being particularly friendly and attentive. He made sure we felt comfortable and was always ready to offer recommendations from the menu. His enthusiasm for the dishes was infectious, and he took the time to explain the specials and answer any questions we had .
