Awful. Soggy greasy fried chicken, you'd need a PhD in avian forensics to identify a wing in the pile of mush. Seekh kebab tasted like cardboard. I will not make that mistake again.

I ordered a margarita with added jalapeños and mushrooms and unfortunately there was pepperoni under the cheese. Really upset as I’m vegetarian!

Cant belive the customer service of these guys, will let their business go bust before they give you a refund for their unhygienic mistakes. The boss is argumentative arrogant and obviously driven by the £ the big guy has no manners money hungry and stood there laughing like a child???. Can not believe how they switched on me their customer (from a family who regularly used the shop) over a £5 kebab after I ate a hair in their food but because they didn't recognise it "it wasn't in their food", like who the hell has time or would even bother to plant a hair walk all the way back over £5 (defo 100% not mine not even my colour hair) I am leaving a review just because I can not belive the treatment I received after I found a hair in my food which I got from them, just wow. I am in total shock as soon refund got mentioned all hell broke loose with them you'd of thought they just caught me in their pocket or stealing their car the way they acted the boss getting all hot and bothered looked like he wanted to rip my head off quite scary to be honest. Anyways their loss as when you don't be just and fair you don't get far. I am just disappointed as my family used them regular and I thought they were decent guys.

Last time I’ll be ordering from here - nothing that I added to the kebab was provided, I was given mozzarella bites instead of popcorn chicken and the dips I ordered weren’t in the bag. Complete disappointment.

We found black lettuce and old onions in the salad, the wings had a rubbery taste like it was old and sat there, the food was clearly not fresh and will not be ordering again, it was a shame as first time round we enjoyed it but it’s been ruined for us now, we are very fussy around hygiene and only ordered due to exhaustion from working, we were better off cooking ourselves. We weren’t even offered a replacement kebab or partial compensation so disappointed in both Just Eat and the take away

I love this place so much , I get a normal sized kebab and I feel like I'm eating the XL one for 6.50 , a great way to save some cash as other places are stingy with meat , sauce and salad. Would reccomend this to anyone for a good kebab or a pizza or anything really!

Asked specifically not to ring bell as baby was asleep. Promptly rung the bell and knocked on the door for good measure. Baby awake straight away. Food was cold even though 20 mins early.

The food was terrible bin was the only place for it the kids hated it, have brought from them but it was awful today.

Again Munchies have shown that they haven't got a clue about food and about customer services. Knowing that they mess up orders on food apps we went down to order food, low and behold they messed up again. I placed my order at the counter, came back and picked it up, took it home and the order was wrong. Why oh why can't they get orders right? I will never eat there again and I urge other people not to either.

The kebabs had soaked the paper it was wrapped in so it was soggy and the paper was stuck in the food. The meat was congealed and tough - we couldn’t eat any of it.

We had a delivery last night and it was brilliant.really enjoyed it. ! Well tonight was a different story ! We ordered food for 7.30 We had a just eat notification at 6.56 to say it was on its way . We thought we’ll ok we don’t want it yet but ok. 7.30 came and went as did 7.40 now 45 mins after we expected it . The driver rang admitting he was stuck in traffic and was really delayed , When it Finally came it was stone cold . We rang and complained to find the most arrogant manner have ever spoke to , who refused a refund, only an exchange, which we would have to wait for yet again . No one can help delays , but rudeness is unacceptable…,avoid

Very good overall no complaints only thing was the rapping it was all falling apart by the time i got my food.

Didn’t follow order notes. No lettuce. Asked for chilli only got one tub. When it allowed me to choose 3 different sauces ! The dinner was not right ! Felt like there was pieces of plastic in there ! The nan is not fresh, felt like it was bought nan from The stores just heated up. Milkshake was awesome as usual. Would be reluctant to not order from again. Been a regular here

The pizza and the shake were nice but unfortunately the onions rings were greasy and soggy and the chips were cold and still hard in the middle. Just by looking at them you could tell they weren’t cooked; they looked pale, the colour of peeled potatoes, not crispy with a soft fluffy interior like they should be. Such a shame to fail on the easiest part of the meal. I’m guessing the fryer wasn’t up to the right temperature before the chips and onion rings were added!!!!

Driver couldn't find my address. Was asking to go and meet him at a main road, when I was having company and wearing my robes super late on a Friday night. Driving is the new rocket science?

Several items were missing and the food was 30 minutes late. What did arrive was nice but the missing items were a severe detriment.

Had text to say food was leaving at 19:15 just received food 19:52, driver didn’t come to the road he was supposed to. All food is stone cold, having to heat it up.

I was really looking forward to our takeaway. This was my first order from here, and unfortunately it will be my last. Bear in mind, i always give honest, mostly positive reviews. The chips were okay, and the sweet red onions were quite nice, and that's where the positives for the goods end (i'm loathe to refer to it as food). The chicken was dry and the coating not very flavoursome. I can only assume that the fish burger and seekh kebab had been left over from the day before (at latest) and then re-fried/reheated. The fish burger was tasteless and had the consistency of a breeze block without the holes. The kebab was a long, hard tube of unidentifiable material - i was tempted to give it to a friend who is installing new copper piping in her kitchen. But seriously, i don't understand how a 'restaurant/takeaway' can even consider serving such substandard goods to anybody. The only real positive was the driver who was early, polite and really personable.Otherwise- shame.
