Amazing fish and chips. Friendly staff. Highly recommended. Busy on Friday evenings, which tells you how good it is. Often queuing out the door.

Excellent chip shop, food is first class, best one we've been to for ages, now the only one we go to. They do a nice battered burger too 👍🏻

This is our favourite local chippy! The chips are our favourite style of chips for fish & chips and the fish is always well fried and delicious. The staff are friendly and the prices are really reasonable. Good range of options like saveloy and fishcakes etc. They now take card too which is useful, but there are also cash machines around the corner if you need them

Truly excellent Fish n Chip shop! Fast friendly service, great prices, really nice fish and good sized portions, easy parking. I thoroughly recommend and often visit!

Popped in at lunchtime chips were fantastic fresh and sweet sausage very flavourful and definitely not greasy , five stars plus guys keep it up.

Really good food at a very reasonable price, recently moved to the area and will definitely be using Munch King in the future as our local chipy. Friendly staff that are always a pleasure to chat to 😊 Remember it's cash only!!!

Have always used this fish and chip shop. But the last couple of times the batter wasn't very crisp and the chips were hard and not very nice 😕 I noticed different people working there. Not the same sorry

Always hot fresh cooked food. Good prices and great quality of food. Friendly staff.

The food can be really hit and miss. Chips are often undercooked. Okay for stuff like pies and sausages but the fish isn't great.

I like the food here but, sometimes they don't use tongs on rolls etc when they have handled cash or been sitting on pavement outside, please wash hands and use tongs.

Undoubtably in my opinion the best fish & chips for miles around with good sized portions of fish & chips @ sensible prices try them you will not be disappointed honest friendly & polite service but I will give you a word of advice steer clear of Jackos or find out for yourselves small portions of fish tiny chips & expensive prices it's no longer the place it used to be regards Tricky x

Worst chip shop in Rochford prices are unbelievable large chips is small and they charge nearly 3 pound staff are rude and insulting with a massive lack of respect for public save your money believe me
