We were visitors to the town and Mughals was suggested by staff at our hotel. What a disappointment. We were the only customers in there on a Sunday evening, but thought we'd give it a try. We had to ask the somewhat unkempt and untidy 'waiter' to put some music on to give the place a bit of atmosphere. My husband and I ordered poppadums which came with one small container of mango chutney and one small container of lime pickle...no onions or cucumber relish ( traditional accompaniments). Our mains: lamb biryani and chicken jalfrazi and pilau rice which we had heard being prepared in a microwave were inedible ! Tasteless and lukewarm. We had a couple of mouthfuls, asked for the bill and left! Oh, and the customer toilet had no light in it ! Don't waste your money...give this one a wide berth !

I was hopeful to try the food here, as I am big curry fan. I arrived for lunch and was surprised to see that I was the only diner. Its not the best of atmospheres if i'm honest, but probably because there was noone else to create an atmosphere. I was disappointed to hear the microwave being used in preparation of my food. The veg curry I had was under-cooked and had random veg in it, that were not even on the menu. No cauliflower and they put red peppers in. Had Muttar rice, which was basically white rice with peas and I fel like it was from a plastic packet (hence i think the microwave). Had okay flavor, but no spice. Tasted more like sweet and sour. Everything else I had (pokhoras, rice, bread) were very average. Maybe was the timing of the day, or some other issues, because other reviews seem to love it, but it was Not good enough for me to revisit.

Really lovely genuine home cooked food. Feels like a family run restaurant and the staff are really friendly. They also do a amazing deli at lunchtimes where you can buy lots of the starter pieces to warm up at home.

Had a wonderful lunch Food was very authentic. Tarka Dall was excellent in both flavour and consistency. Staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Two of us ordered takeaways for our husbands, which were also excellent. Please support this newish Restaurant. I always eat in either Hussains or Zeera on a regular basis. In my opinion this Restaurant for quality and excellent price is up there with them . You can also just pop in and buy samosas etc from their deli counter.

They use a vast array of ingredients to make your curry extra special. You can tell the difference from the generic other curries served to cater to us English in other restaurants to the authentic dishes served here. Unlike other restaurants you see Asians also dining here. That usually means it must be good if you get the community that the cuisine originates from eating there. See you next time, cheers.

Really nice restaurant, the food was lovely, served hot and fresh. The atmosphere was a little lacking but we were the only 3 people in there, hopefully as the word gets around then that will improve. I do recommend trying this place, although you may find the menu not as extensive as some curry houses in Weston but the food is top notch and is cooked to your required taste i.e Mild, Medium or Hot. And all for £9.95, Starter, Main, Rice or Naan & Dessert everyday of the week

Food was amazing, fresh and served promptly as usual. The large mix grill is divine. A group of 6 friends visited and all agreed the food was top notch. I like that they serve a clear, uncluttered authentic menu/food that you would find/have in India. Thanks.

Not from the area but popped in mid week while on a short break. We were the only two customers dining so had a choice of seating. Staff are very friendly and accommodating. The food is ok but more like takeaway quality for me personally and dishes seem to be on the mild side similar to Nepalese curries. Ordered a pickle tray with poppadoms which consisted of just a single pot of mango chutney. Food was luke warm which was a surprise as we were the only diners. Hopefully these points can be resolved as the customer service is great and the staff can't be faulted and the prices are very reasonable.

Great location situated in the town center, a large corner building. Great decor, staff were helpful and had a wonderful dinner. They don't hold back on the spices/ingredients and you get great tasting authentic food (how you would eat in India) no overly sweet fake curries here. Prices were very reasonable especially considering the top quality food served. Thanks will be visiting again.

It seems they have stopped doing dairy free options for the French vanilla iced coffee... so probably won't be ordering from them again

We had planned to go to Brunello as I am vegan and my friend is gluten free. However we wanted to support a small business and I had seen Zoe’s on Facebook. So glad we changed our plans. Had an amazing fried breakfast each and took a slice of cake home. Staff were so friendly and so on Monday I took my 8 year old after school as they do an activity and food for £6. He did toppings on a small pizza which they then cooked and served with their meal of sausage and chips. They also decorated some little chocolate cornflake cakes which he took home
