IT IS AMAZING!!!!! We had a great time and the kids were made to feel very welcome by our waiter. Food was lovely, waiter was entertaining and interacted with our kids. He even gave the kids free dessert 😋 and chocolate bars. We loved this place and will definitely be back again

Not many places deserve 5 stars across the board. BUT this place is one of them for a Greek takeaway and eat in. Reason..staff are warm and attentive, and the food..well the meat is so tender and full of flavour clearly marinated, clearly take great care of thier product. Everything super fresh, even the fries are crips and the cooking oil certainly fresh. I've just came back from Athens and this souvlaki topped the ones I had there. Decor rustic and authentic and everything including tables and what I could see of the kitchen... really clean. Tziki and houmous tasted homemade and fresh. Pittas fluffy and the yoghurt and cherry dessert was fresh made for us. Absolutely delicious.

Honestly has to be the quickest I've ever put a review on a place before,absolutely by far best food I've had in a while,me and the Mrs went in today just to use toilet but ended up eating and so glad we did,food was 10/10 and great value for money,even recommended to friends and family as soon as we walked out the door,think this will become our weekly date night

Halloumi was the best I’ve ever tasted, Lamb skewer was excellent too. Very fair pricing and great quality food. The lady behind the counter was very friendly. Decor, music, food, everything was on point.

Great authentic food, for a full greek experience give them a try. The food is amazing, prices are decent and quality is on point. From the minute you step in you realise this is not your average food joint.

Amazing top quality food, even better than Greece

Friendly, attentive service and delicious food. I was given a really nice cheesecake style dessert on the house and when I told them I would take it back as I was visiting my wife in hospital they gave me a second one for her.

We have ordered some skewers, which was made using lamb, chicken, and beef. It had chicken pieces, which was on the platter with the beef and chicken skewers, and I recommend you to eat them with the chips included in the lamb platter. The altogether atmosphere was nice and really good, but however, parking lots were just simply hard to find. Staff were friendly and welcoming so I do recommend you to go dine in the restaurant.

food is really nice but 2 hours to come is a to long, and arrived cold, I tried to call the store to see if my food was coming and no one will answer it, ordered a pizza and 5 min after putting order through he comes, we managed to cancel the pizza and kept the order but won't be using again with this service, or lack of, plus the salad is only lettuce, you shouldn't take orders if you cant deliver within a hour, won't be using as a take away ever again, really shame as I loved having a Greek take away to order from but this is a joke to take money out my account but not even answer your phone, and turn up after 2 hours.

The place was pretty quiet when we went but it became crowded quickly and for good reasons. The food was amazing, great portions and the service was impressive. The waiter was king and warm, offering help with the baby, quickly jumping to clean the highchair for us. Amazing experience! Thank you!

This is a great place to eat - huge portions of really good food, with friendly service. All the food was freshly prepared, and they were very attentive to dietary requirements (vegetarian and gluten free). We had a starter to share, three mains and three soft drinks and the bill was just over £40 - amazing value for money.

Truly beautiful food. I found this restaurant on a whim and it has become one of my favourites. The food is fresh, authentic, and hearty. The staff are so kind and generous and make you feel so welcomed with their hospitality. It truly feels like you've been welcomed into their home for a lovely cooked meal. The restaurant is a cosy and pristine environment and you can see that the staff put as much time and dedication into the cleanliness as they do with their food. I feel grateful to have a small part of the Greek culture in my little corner of the world. I highly recommend.

Ordered tonight for the first time via the website for delivery. Mixed grill was delicious when it finally arrived but was nearly an hour late — appreciate it’s a Saturday night but feel this is a bit too long considering we had pre-ordered and we had to chase the restaurant asking where our order was.

The food here was excellent, it felt like a had returned to Greece. I had the Pitta Yeeros chicken and the meat was really flavourful. It was a generous portion and I almost considered ordering another! The service was excellent and I felt extremely welcome. Visited Mr Souvlaki after work for a very late lunch/early dinner. Very welcoming staff and speedy service. I was even given two free desserts with my order which was very kind! I got the sausage meal and availed of student discount too. Only improvement would be providing a dip for chips with the meal! Thanks and will be back soon.

Possibly the soonest I've ever reviewed a restaurant after eating there. Two of us went in tonight just on the spur of the moment and had a thoroughly excellent meal. The mixed grill for 2 - we are big boys and we struggled to finish it - could easily serve 3 and for £27.50 including two drinks the value for money is astonishingly good. This feels like proper, authentic, delicious Greek food, cooked by people who know what they're doing and care, who deliver amazing quality, huge portions of food with warm and friendly service. Northfield high street is an odd place to find some of the best Greek food I've ever had, and yet that is exactly what this is.

This is a real hidden gem! It’s our second time visiting and the staff are amazing, such kind and wonderful people! The lovely ladies gave our little boy some sweets from the jar before we were shown to our seats which made him so happy! Our meal was of course 10/10, delicious and huge portions, great value for money too! Mr Souvlaki took amazing care of us and even gave our little boy a tour of the kitchen, we loved this so much. We can’t wait to visit again! Highly recommend for top quality real Greek cuisine!

This is the best Greek food you can find in Birmingham.Big portions and good prices. We had pork skewers, yeeros and skepasti and it was perfect. I will definitely visit again. Thank you to the owner for his warm hospitality he made us feel like home.

Wow, wow ,wow tried this little restaurant first time and it was really beyond my expectations. Food was excellent, portions so big I had to take a portion home, the staff were lovely and friendly explaining what the dishes were and answered any questions about the food and were knowledgeable and friendly. I have food allergies and they made sure that they didn’t contaminate anything and took it seriously and were very kind about it, they even put the sauce on the side so I could try it separately and add it if I could have it. They were so welcoming and patient. They explained what everything was on the menu as we had not tried Greek food before. The food was amazing well priced and the portion size was perfect!! It was all round a great experience we will definitely be going again!!
