Mr Singh's in Birmingham

Ordered 8 pizzas for a party and they delivered 4 pizzas and 4 paneer dishes !! Totally messed up the ordered. Rude staff. Didn’t refund or correct their mistake Basically ruined the party. Never ordering from here again

Waste of money pizza was cold not tasty at all milkshakes where cheap watery and did not taste like vanilla or Oreo which I ordered and chips where soggy

Excellent vegetation range of pizza, can get a little crowded at wk-ends, also parking can be an issue but this is a testament to the excellent food and service.

Early delivery food was nice and hot. Good pizza. However it’s really expensive on just eat may have to start buying elsewhere.

My order time changed from 8.05.. then 8.25.. then 8.55pm.. I finally received my order after 9.05.. I ordered it 7.15pm.. not happy customer. If I had known it would have taken this long. I wouldn’t have ordered it

Lovely place, amazing staff and service. I just feel the pizzas are a bit bland and lack flavour. The paneer could be marinated or even the pizza sauce.

Burger is too much spicy and You had added less material in pizza and less cheese.

order the doner kebab regularly and they are always quite stingy with the kebab but great taste. ordered a meat feast pizza which was crusty and dry cheese was hard and its not the first time. Food is tasty but need to put more care into cooking time

I ordered chip and chilli chicken but chilli chicken smells and it’s not fresh.

Came here again after a few years (as we live too far away from it). Good food, good service and good value too. Had the thin base pizza as we find the thicker pan (standard) pizzas too heavy.

We ordered 2 extra large pizzas for takeout we were disappointed when we opened the pizzas. It was totally different from dine in because the pizzas had less ingredients. This has happened before and we have complained before but same thing happens again and again. We just requesting the staff to make the same food in dine in and take out please.

Said 55 mins for delivery, the. On confirmation was nearly 2 hours, then was over 40 mins late , ordered at 12:19 received after 14:40 and it was for our lunch and we ended leaving after we were due to leave work at 15:00, ridiculous

We had curl fried burger meal and pizza and wrap.m home delivery. My wrap didn't turn up on the first delivery. Also most importantly, we r all left thirsty after eating. Their food is way too salty. Figured out its when we eat their pizza and chips. We can't be the only ones. Expect salt content information when they open.

Don't like that they poured heap of (extras) baked beans all over the fries..could have used a separate container! Besides that they're on time, have great portion sizes and food is great temperature, never had issues with the delivery people. The pizza looked good I'm sure it would taste great too! 👍🏽

Tasteless. Toppings were inadequate. Excess base and no fillings. Just tomato paste and onions. Tasted artificial and weird.

We visited here for the 2nd time, when we visited here for the first time we loved the pizza like we recommended many people about them but 2nd time the pizza was not that good. Sometimes it may happen but yeah Someday we will visit here again!

9 times out of 10 you guys always forget an item from my order

My mum had I had a pizza this evening as it’s my mum’s birthday today. My mum and I hardy have takeaways Mr Singhs pizzas are the best my mum and I feel. We had a the Sweet vegetarian with vegan cheese and potato wedges . A lovely man delivered the food to us tonight. Happy festive of light to you all. We really enjoyed pizza plenty of vegetables and cheese on our pizza. A nice lady also took our order over the telephone. Thank you all of Mr Singh’s. Could not even see the trust on the pizza we had. The wedges were lovely and a nice pile of wedges we had too in the box.

Food was cold and I got delivery after 1 hr 30 min.

I ordered food at 5pm for delivery and it said estimated time was 5:50 ish, I rang at 6 to ask when my order is coming. That's when they started to make my food and I was very disappointed as my kids were really hungry.

I asked for no jelapino peppers on one of the two xl pizzas I ordered as it was for 5year olds and I didn’t want it spicy Both pizzas had full spice and heat so the kids couldn’t eat any of them The fries where stale Very disappointed and not very happy especially after spending over £45

Been here a few times before. This place never disappoints. Ordered a sizzler grill with a 12inch pepperoni pizza. Very nice will Highly recommend

Cheap quality, cold, burnt and flavourless pizza Probably the worst pizza I have ever had Also lady said it could take up to 1.5 hours but would aim to get it to us within 1 hour which meant arrival by 8 pm but on the box the label stated not to be delivered before 8:15

There food is nice, but they still make errors mistakes even after so many years being in business, they should not be making the mistakes errors or same mistakes. Also now they are charging £2.50 for delivery without putting any proper thought into it, they should not be charging for delivery for any real local people living with in a mile, they should only charge for delivery if it’s further away and charge more by some pence after a certain mile for each mile. They will definitely lose some business this way by putting a £2.50 delivery charge even for real local people that live with in a mile. Also there is nothing new on the menu much ever, so some people will not want to eat Mr singhs pizza food as much.

May be I am picky when it comes to pizza, I found this pizza overated. Quality of ingredients seems to be cheap or low. I wish they chose quality ingredients, don't mind if they raise prices for the same. I love curly fries, but this one was quite oil, and the oil seemed to be burnt out they used it, and it upset my stomach.

Tried to place a telephone order. It was a late order but well within closing time. The staff continuously ended my call each time I was connected, they obviously had other plans for the evening and was in no mood for late orders. I perservered so i could understand this customer service strategy and what their actual closing time was, as i was calling at 10:30pm, closing time was advertised as 11pm. Eventually my call was answered by someone abrupt and rude, who again hung up on me mid sentence. At this point even if they decided to take my order i would never have trusted them with cooking my pizza. As a regular customer, I think if this is their level of customer service, how can I trust them to deal with my pizza correctly? Especially when they are in a hurry to finish their shift🤢 who knows what would happen to the pizza! I will not be ordering again.

Have been here a few times with friends/colleagues. I have found a hair twice in my food, and the most recent time was last week, where by friend found a hair in her food. That's disgusting. We also called to ask for extra sources and they did not send some.. bit silly not to when we ordered wedges, etc.

Well, we can't deny that your muffins are like gourmet treasures in the land of pastries, and they come with a price tag that could rival a celebrity's spa day bill! I mean, they're so posh, even Costa is blushing at their own prices! 😄

Ordered vegan pizza came with dairy cheese on called them up after nearly an hour wait they said they’d got it wrong and would get a replacement out within half an jour then proceeded to take another hour

The world's smallest hand basin in the men's WC, what a ridiculous idea! When you go to a food establishment the one thing you often need to do is WASH YOUR HANDS! why make this so difficult for your customers?

We order an extra large pizza and a maha burger. All the hype is for nothing the food was delivered really cold with no flavours what do ever. This was so disappointing. It was my first time from ordering here, it was so bad that it seriously put me off from ordering from here for a life time. If you want pizza go to dominos they offer quality and the taste is great.
