Siempre vamos al Sr. Pretzels cuando estamos en Birmingham. Siempre conseguir la canela y el azúcar siempre que vamos. Realmente recomendaría. .

Los pretzels de aquí fueron realmente agradables. Se hicieron muy rápido, incluso al final del día. ¡Y no escatimaron en el queso! ! Tan exuberante. Recomiendo encarecidamente el pretzel de parmesano.

Absolutamente maravillosos pretzels de canela. Estos son el regalo perfecto. Es como la Navidad en un postre. El personal es encantador y servicial.

I have always wanted to get a pretzel from here but always run out of time, I finally got one and it was amazing, I had a sesame one with salt on it and I savored every bite! Will be visiting again.

Popped in today for milk chocolate bites, only to be told they no longer offer milk chocolate, with the option of white chocolate or dark chocolate!? Why on earth did they stop offering milk chocolate? Decided to go for Nutella at the end with a 5 minute wait. The bites did taste raw and needed a few more minutes in the oven.. pretty disappointed after the wait!

Very messy to take out and the packaging needs to be more user friendly because even if you eat there chances are you will get it everywhere also the staff don't get the concept of personalising your pretzel as I specified I want white choc and not milk chocolate but she put both

We tried these on our first visit to Birmingham last year & now everytime we visit we always try to visit Mr Pretzels. They are quick & easy to order with lots of variety of toppings & are absolutely delicious as they are lovely & warm & freshly baked. It's a shame that there isn't more seating but that won't stop us visiting on our next trip

Quick and easy to order - tasty as ever! Great variety too these days as they've expanded - very similar quality to London Westfield version.

I tried this product for the first time on the student discount night when pretzels were just 2 pounds. I tried a cinnamon sugar pretzel and it was out of this world. It was my first time trying a sweet pretzel and it is so sweet , soft and melt-in the mouth. The service was also good.

Ordered six salted pretzels & a bag of bites, On the Friday 31st March, At 10.50am Asking The young staff member seen in the image. For salted pretzels. She showed us we was also entitled to a free pretzel due to are large order. We waited while she made our order just over 10 min which wasnt to bad. We collected our order and at the point of collecting we made a point of asking her if our free pretzel was in the bag. She said it was. On returning home some 40 mins drive away we noticed that not one of them was salted as asked. Only the bag of pretzel bites were glazed and salted correctly. The total cost of our order was £22 Which for 6 x pretzels which were unsalted was a total waste of money Not happy customers at all Mr Pretzel Maybe if your member of staff got off her mobile. She would have remembered to glaze and salt our expensive pretzels and also give us our free pretzel.. Unhappy....

Fast and efficient service, and the pretzels are lovely, i go most times when i visit birmingham. Would recommend!

I was looking forward to trying this product but could not believe I was served a pretzel that was underbaked. I had eaten one-third of this product before I realised I was eating raw bread dough with a nicely baked sweet cinnamon outer layer. I was wanting to return the product but the thought of making a U-turn in the Bull-Ring with the Christmas shoppers... So, please Mr Pretzels - have a quiet word with your staff. The cinnamon pretzels from here are AMAZING.A bit pricey but so good. They also do other pretzels such as sea salt and chocolate. They also serve slushies and other cold drinks but I didn't purchase any of these. Good location in the Bullring.

The pretzels here always made my mouth water Always go for cinnamon and sugar. The staff here are really friendly considering they are surrounded by loud noise all day and have to cope with people walking past 5 times to get free pretzels (definitely don't do that myself.... :p)

Love their cinnamon sugar pretzels. Always warm and always tasty. Great treat during a busy shopping trip. Not the cheapest of treats but still nice. Just be carefuk that the sugar doesnt go everywhere

I noticed this place as I travelled up the escalator over the top of the booth. I saw a girl there making the dough by hand and thought that might be worth trying. So often pretzels in the UK are a poor stale imitation of what I have had in the USA - like those ones in Pret - they are not good. These took me back to New York - I had a cinnamon sugar one; it was still warm from the oven, chewy and doughy and just perfect. The staff are good, not amazing, but their product is and when I went back the next day to get another one, told them I loved the one I had the day before, they were so pleased - I don't think they get much feedback, which is a shame as this is a great product made by hand and cooked fresh. Best pretzel I have had in the UK and clearly popular based on the line of people queuing for them in the bullring.

Wonderfully warm, sweet and fresh pretzels made to order and perfect for a snack!! This is place we go to regularly and have a loyalty card.Cinnamon and the cheese ones are our favourites.

Lovely warm, crunchy and fresh pretzels. Cinnamon sugar is the best. Nutella chocolate topping is ok but makes a mess. A bit pricey but worth it. Staff are quick.

I love the cinnamon and sugar pretzel it's heaven everytime I visit the bullring i visit Mr pretzel kids love them I love them there not cheap but there a really nice tasty treat you can't beat a pretzel and a coffee

Tried pretzel at the merry hell centre. Tasted amazing. Thought I'd try the one here. Very disappointed. The freshly made pretzel bites were dripping in oil and were burnt. Ordered vanilla and sugar...all I could taste was cinnamon. I also ordered 3 other pretzels. They were luke warm. Quite tough.

Mr Pretzel's pretzel is very soft and some outlet gave out free taste bite. Our favourite is Cinnamon and Sugar. The sugar might be on the high site but once in a while is fine.

Love this place, was shopping in the Bullring and fancied a quick snack! Was offered a taste and then decided to buy a full pretzel. Service was professional, my pretzel was hot and fresh and tasted great. Recommend this place to anyone shopping in the Bullring!

It was the best dough ever! Never before felt that tasty taste. I'm gonna visit them often of course. I'm in love with that.
