Mr Pizzas in Cardiff

Ordered and paid the food online from their website. I went to collect it and the shop was closed down due to rent issue between the landlord and the shop owner. There is no way to ask my money back~

Placed an order and paid, order number confirmed then get a message saying awaiting confirmation from the restaurant. 2 hours later and still no confirmation and not picking the phone up. Total waste of time. If you read this just don’t bother trying to order online. It’s a shame as we’ve ordered many times in the past but the can forget it from now on.

Update: I ordered from you tonight (over an hour ago), and the money has left my bank but the order has not been confirmed and no-one is answering the phone. Is my food actually coming? Can someone get in touch with me please (order number is #26931356 so you will be able to get my mobile number & email address from that through your system) thanks! HIGHLY recommend! Hands down best kebab in Cardiff 💯 spicy chicken wings are also elite!!! I wish there was a way u could leave a new review after every order because every single time we order from here, the food is absolutely BANGING!!! meat is always perfectly cooked, salad is honestly the freshest salad possible (every single time), and I'm OCD with how I like my sauces layered and they accommodate me every time!! I can't even describe how perfect the chips are - Crispy yet fluffy! I always order, or grab food here, late at night when I finish work, and the food is still as fresh as if the shop just opened! The staff here are absolutely lovely, including the delivery drivers (we had the driver in the corsa tonight, and he was super quick and really friendly)! I would honestly never go anywhere else for a kebab now!!

Order submitted through website. Spent 45 minutes awaiting confirmation, tried to get through to them via phone no answer. No idea if it'll show up. Probably not.

Delivery driver is absolutely disgusting, demanding my partner to give him a thumbs up and good feedback on uber eats, all before even handing over our food, completely unprofessional and needs to be sacked, regardless of how the food is, the staff you employ show how this place is run, will never order from here again until you get staff with actual respect for their customers

Didn't expect this kind of pizza from Mr pizza ordered from deliveroo and received fried chicken that wasn't cooked completely and raw and pizza was like over cooked and when I tried to reach the restaurant regarding the same they've had some reckless behavior saying the restaurant is closed and thereby ending the call. I suggest people avoid online orders as they don't have proper customer service.

Dont know why ppl order from this place they have everything in there menu but expensive and quality is not to good its my opinion and everyone have there onw opinion

Absolutely brilliant. I buggered my own regular order up and ordered a chicken doner instead of lamb. No issues... they sent me my usual order. Which as ALWAYS is of the highest standard of fresh meat and salad. Best in Cardiff.

Absolutely the worst chippy, was so rude on the phone, would always change the pricing and it took them ages to come.

I just spent nine pounds on a pizza which was the size of a toast nd extremely weird taste Still can't get rid of it. There are many other pizza in restaurant near by which are inexpensive and tasty. I would rather say don't waste your money believe me.

Food was excellent. We are visitors from Scotland. We tried this place last year and once again it did not disappoint. The Special Fried Donner Kebab is just pure lush. I would recommend for anyone to try this. The only thing I can say is, delivery took a little longer than I would have liked but other than that, place was amazing. Will order again once i’m down.

Driver couldn't find my address but did try his best to find me. He was very patient an polite. Very much appreciate how he handled the situation. My kebab was lovelyy hit the spot 🙂

I have a few things to say about this restaurant, but first and foremost is that if you haven't tried their cheesy chips and gravy, you're missing a trick, that was an absolute revelation! 🤤 My current foodgasm asides, I've ordered from this restaurant many a time, and they never fail to deliver (pun absolutely intended). 1. Amazing food, the freshness and quality of the ingredients is evident as is the skills of the chefs that cook the dishes 2. Drivers are always timely and courteous and lovely too, they always deliver with a smile! 3. No I am not endorsed, I just really love their food 😅 4. Also thank you Mr Pizzas for the Mars Bar, I love that little quirk of earning little prizes here and there when you order! All in all, you won't be disappointed, and definitely get those cheesy chips and gravy!

Decided to order this evening . I had a chicken Shish and my friend had a doner . It was absolutely delicious. Presentation was beautiful . The chicken was so tender . The portion sizes are absolutely huge . The man who took my order was very polite and helpful . Highly recommend. Will definitely re order . Thank you

Ordered a lamb shish kebab on Thursday. 35 hours later I had food poisoning. It has been four days with food poisoning now and still very unwell from it.

Tonight I struggled to find somewhere that would deliver after 2 am! I was dubious ordering from somewhere I didn't know WELLLLL! MR PIZZA CAME THROUGH WIRH THE GOODS! we ordered a lamb shish ans chicken shish both were phenomenal and presented beautifully the salad was fresh and smothered in lemon and coriander! The meat was grilled to perfection I literally didn't want it to end! Also the Mars bar and scratch card was a nice touch unfortunately I didn't win, but I struck gold with finding this little gem. Please order from here it will not dissapoint!

Ordered fried chicken and chips first time from here for all the family. Delivery was fast and food was hot . Chips were lovely but unfortunately fried chicken was horrible , the batter was very thick, over done and didn't taste very nice.

I ordered a kebab from here last night, it was exceptional. It was delivered very fast but the order was made with care e.g. the salad was very well presented. Additionally, the free Mars bar and scratch card was a nice touch. Worth the money.

Sent me food that smelt gone off and refused to exchange for another meal ,called them back and they said nothing they can do about it so I asked the driver to comes back my house to check food but he was spouting how they have made 8k today and that food couldn't be off but then agreed with me saying it was definatly off and continued to take it off me , cant belive the level of disrespect from this place will not be ordering and will be boycotting this place ,, cant even treat paying customers correctly , disgusting

After reading the reviews of this place was quite disappointed. Service was quick and food was hot with good size portions but very salty and not worth the price.

Placed an order with Mr Pizzas for the first time and I have to say they did not disappoint. So fresh and cooked to perfection. I couldnt fault one thing about what we ordered. Portion sizes big and even the spicy Indian chutney was lush. Mr Pizzas is a small but cute place in line with Lilo restaurant but dont be put off. My son even forget the pizza when collecting and they called me up straight away to let me know. Customer service - 5 stars Food - 5 stars

Food was outstanding the kebab tasted fresh and the salad was the same the garlic sauce tasted fantastic. These guys clearly look after their food. The restaurant was clean and hygienic. The service was brilliant the place even offers hand wipes for after your food. A massive thank you guys and your restaurant is one of the best I have been to.

This is without doubt, the best kebab I've had in cardiff. We ordered the king special and the mixed wrap. The servings were large, excellent quality, delivered hot and we will 100% be ordering again. Don't change a thing Mr Pizzas, you're just what anyone would expect from a good takeaway! I should also point out that the free dessert was a lovely surprise too! Great place. Order from these because they won't disappoint!

What can I say about this place it is one of our favourite places to order from. Food is always amazing, the staff defiantly make this place what it is they are always really helpful and friendly. The Delivery driver is always very polite. I highly recommend Mr Pizza menu has something to suit the whole family my children absolutely love the pizza :)

Must stop in here while you are in town. They were SUPER friendly. We went every night we were in town after the bars. They showed us all the great places to go, helped us get around, and were really kind. The food was all great. Every night we brought more and more people from our group in, no one was disappointed.

Fair play to the lads in Mr pizza, its the same menu you see in most takeaways BUT with a MAJOR difference, they put a twist on everything and I gotta say I genuinely love their menu, go for the special fried kebab with chillies and coriander it's amazing but better still is thier pizzas they are next level... Keep it up lads!!

Good food in this pizza place open late nights to which is perfect for me as I work late shifts. Hope these guys keep up the hard work shall definitely be going back.
