Gave them a bad review before and now someone (who doesn't answer the phone) grew a pair of balls tried being funny. Mr Kebab it didn't work!

It's okay, better than their closest competitor at Colliers Wood though.

Best Kebab place out there! it's a very low-key spot but their mixed doner & chicken doner is delicious, the meat isn't too fatty and very good quality , along with that the atmosphere is very pleasant, highly recommend

Looks like a child made the food and very rude on the phone and asked for no cheese as I’m lactose intolerant and they scraped the cheese from the burger

Located at Mitcham town centre. Recently Taste and quality of food gone down significantly, customer service is very poor. Very rude people. Home delivery available. Delivery time 40-45 minutes. I don’t recommend this restaurant.

Doner kebab not as good as previous visits....lukewarm meat....had to bin it. Settled for scrambled egg on toast instead.

Kebab wasn’t as good as they usually are, was yellowy-green not your normal dark fresh colour. Disappointed.

Normally order from here. Tonight the burger was absolutely disgusting. Rock hard unable to eat. I paid for extra cheese I got none. The bun was dry and actually falling apart. Full off uncooked raw onion and nothing else. Actually tried 1 bite and it went in the bin. Standards have gone and waste of money.

Asked sauce and salad to be separate got me salad separate but the sauce covered on my kebab and also a monster and got acan of Coke instead and the kebab is not nice mushy won't be ordering again

Usually my food is spot on, this is a regular fave for me. But this time, wasn't so great. Delivery time shifted to later that's understandable, you're busy. But luke warm food isn't. My food wasn't wrapped so well, so the paper had split ans the container was open inside the bag which meant my food was warm.

Tracked delivery, rider went in the opposite direction to where I live. Asked for burger sauce, didn't get it.. so ended up with cold dry burger. Not the first time they've messed up. Really disappointed.

I ordered from here last night food arrived cold. The donner meat was very lumpy and horrible. Lettuce and Cabbage and salad look so moulded off putting. I used to be a regular customer. Waste of 19.50 for 2 large kebab. I would give it 1 star for how quick it arrived.never again will I order from here. If you want the shirts then eat the food

I ordered a chicken burger which was very nice and ordered a large kebab and asked twice for the salad and the sauce to be separate not on the kebab i paid £33 and the kebab come smothered in sauce and salad when I rang them up they blamed uber eats and the man was very rude and shouting at me and told me to go elsewhere so the food is nice but keep it simple because these lot don't understand now I'm hungry and £33 out of pocket thanks

I have ordered here for 15 years George watched me grow up but recently the last few orders have been terrible I did ring and they said sorry won’t happened again but thir still coming chips undercooked meat fat and lumpy and when you order it arrives within ten minutes to show they undercook things or precooked

I asked whether or not the chips contain gluten and he had no clue what it was and held up a bag of chips and said “we have chips”

So I order dinner for my family. It was a small doner kebab egg burgers and meal for my 1 year old. The kebab was very cold and the lettuce was not advertising and moldy. The burger was not cooked properly and very salty. My partner working as a manager for her own restaurant called them to talk about getting a refund and replacement in food. The owner threatened her so I did take the phone to talk and he started threatening saying come down to the shop and I’ll sort you out WILL NEVER BE USING YOU AGAIN BRING BACK THE OLD OWNERS THEY KNOW HOW TO RUN A SHOP YOU DONT

Order chicken donner and quarter pounder from Mr Kebab, food was delivered on time. However, Chicken donner was really salty, over prices and food was really worth the price. I called the shop to complaint but whoever picked up the phone was extremely rude and told me not to come back or ever call back, I would like to give this place no star if it was up to me. Waste of money!!!

For the price you'd expect the quality to be a lot better then it was, the kebab was very salty and the burger tasted like it was basic frozen patties (shocking for £10 alone for the burger), either way not great at all, won't be ordering again

The doner itself was pretty good but I consider it scandalous that Mr Kebab charges £1.99 for more than one sauce when it offers 2 sauces as standard with every doner in the takeaway itself. Whats worse is that I paid £19.99 for a set doner meal, which came with zero sauces. I only realised this when it was delivered. So they expect customers to pay an extra £3.98 for sauces that are free as standard in store. I will never order from here again.

The owner of this place is one rude, argumentative and obnoxious individual. Been a customer for more than 20 years but now he will not get another penny from me. 3rd time he has left a part of the order out and blames it on the fact the distance to my place is too far (2.6 miles) how this affects the preparation of the order I don't know. This guy makes for a very poor customer experience. Maybe it's about time you retired, you obviously can't fulfil a very simple order. Your temper and lack of customer service skills is shocking! For the people reading this review, I said "if I have to come down to the shop I will not be happy" to which he replied "what are you going to come and kill me?" Absolutely pathetic! Also told me "to find someone else and not make anymore orders" Good, someone more deserving will now get my custom

Prices have gone up significantly, however the quality and the size of the portion has gone down. No longer a value place. I get that u try to make more money and its inflation etc etc but at least keep the standard high enough. It is what it is but Abby Grill got me now.

We ordered from mr kebab at Mitcham We ordered 2 halap Which you can't mess up as it from there Culture they cost 19 pound each when we got them it was discussing it was meat in a box with sauce on top & salad was in Separate Box so basically it was just meat normal kabe never go there again 🤬🤬

Ordered collection instead of delivery by mistake. They wouldn't change it and claimed it has been collected when it wasn't. Bad customer service. Was refunded by just eat.

The food was genuinely one of the worst kebabs I’ve ever eaten. I couldn’t even stomach it and threw it a third of the way through. It was over covered in cheap salad and there was a lemon hidden amongst it which I bit on because I didn’t know it was there. Why would you bury a lemon? Put it on top where it’s visible. The sauce was all over the place and I now feel nauseous from the meat which didn’t seem properly cooked and was hard to chew. The service was very fast but it seems like everything was just thrown into a box. I have made better kebabs and I’m not a cook. Definitely not worth anywhere near £23.00 and will not be coming back.

Been going for years since 1997ish, It’s ok.. however the newer staff are not always hygienic.. last time I went two days ago. 24hrs later my burps are like sulphur and no word of a lie I’m dropping bombs every time I leave the house.. Serious talk.. I’m in IKEA Croydons toilet nursing a Mr Kebab special, also DPD’ed a few deliveries in the DuneIM Colliers Wood toilets. Mr Kebab, you’ve made Christmas shopping a literal pain in the a**, thank you!.. now I gotta make an excuse to the missis about why I took 15 mins in the mens.

Am really disappointed with the service, I have been a regular customer and ordered food from Mr. Kebab for over 3 years and recently my order was cancelled by the shop and I have requested refund which didn't happen. Have been told to email Datman and there is now email address to send the refund complaint. The person on the phone was very rude and unprofessional. Won't order from them any more!!! Previously there was few issues with the drinks order which never arrived, so I thought they must be busy and did let it go but this time is enough!!! I won't recommend this place to any one!! Avoid at all cost!!

Some of the food wasn’t fresh there was no pitta bread I asked for no chilli peppers and got them also some of the chicken breast was in strands no like proper chicken breast not good at all

The food quality was really poor, the kebabs was full of grease, the chips were soggy, and the burger was a greasy mess. Waste of money as food went in the bin.

For the price I paid for the meat it was horrible. No taste, it wasn't warm enough and there was too much salad than meat. Order seems like a rip off to me. Shame I had ordered this previously and there was so much meat at the same price. Kids given it a thumbs down as well. Sorry guys this was horrible, I wouldn't serve this to a customer as a former waiter.

Missing items from my order so I called the shop and they said they was dealing with it, I called back a hour later to check if they was sending the missing items to me like they said they was going to and the boss just gave me attitude and told me to go get my food from a different shop.
