Best chinese I've had for a while

I ordered chicken dumplings and chicken fried rice today I am fully happy with the chicken fried rice big portion and good enough but the dumplings smelled smoke too much and burned! I am not happy 😞

Ordered on a whim of special fried rice and roast duck fried rice. Both tasty. Food warm. Was charged for chilli oil even tho I said I don't want it if its gonna be charged and the chilli oil wasn't very original. Tasted a bit fake. Would order something different if I went again.

If you know nice Chinese food this isn't it, I order Singapore noodles and sweet and sour prawn balls .Well the noodles was so bland you couldn't even add seasoning to make it taste good,the prawn balls was fried soggy so by the time you dip in the runny sweet and sour sauce,it fell apart ,wretched,Never goin back, would never recommend, ever!!!!

Never eating here again ! I would give it no stars if I could. Food was inedible. What a waste of money. Chicken curry had no flavour whatsoever and was lumpy and full of vegetables. Rice and chicken chow mein tasted as if it was burnt. BBQ Spare ribs had no flavour of being remotely bbq flavour and were tough.

Local Chinese Takeaway , Ordered Roast Duck Chow Mein , it was amazing, with other mains snd sides. Delivery was faster than expected! Food came piping hot, and massive portions. Really enjoyed our meal .

Kung Po Chicken & Singapure noodles

Just bought (16/09/2021 at 6.30pm) the Singapore noodles it was terrible. Little chicken rubbery must be few month old, no prawns just peppers and beensprots. Lots of MSG. I will never go there again.

the portions are getting smaller and the prices are higher. When ordering, they do not inform about such small portions as for a child. I have been ordering food there for years until now. Once upon the same order we ate 4 people, today only 2. I will never order there again

I have just bought Prawn Fried Rice from this restaurant. The prawns are tasteless...a absolutely no seasoning at all. The rice is greasy and has no flavour. I will NEVER buy from here again

The food in this restaurant is atrocious. The Prawn Balls were coated in what seemed like Wallpaper Paste. The Special Fried Rice with Mushrooms came with over-fried onions. The whole meal merely tasted of stale oil. I love Chinese food and this restaurant serves up the worse food I have tasted in a very long time. The food is not cooked on the premises. The food is reheated on the premises.

Great chinese takeaway, reasonable prices and great tasting food. Staff is very friendly over the phone, delivery very quick. Had once incident where food was very spicy but it was sorted within an hour. Definitely would recommend!

Updating with a downgrade from 4 stars to 2. Don't do take away very often in general so not sure if this makes me hard to please or picky but extremely disappointed with my last order. Got 2 meal boxes both were very oily, lacking flavour and the noodles and ribs were very dry. Most of the meal ended up in the bin. Order left me embarrassed as had suggested this takeaway over fish n chips. Currently searching for a replacement Chinese as lost faith in Mr Chans sadly

Get there early to avoid the heat and the tourists. The route is moderately challenging. Expect to get wet and wear sensible shoes.

Ordered king prawn fried rice & noodles. The rice and prawns had gone off. The lady at the desk confirmed & offered a discount off the next order. Why would I order from there again? I should have known better as it's only a 2 star food rating. My husband had eaten some of it and got sick from food poisoning. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS RESTAURANT EVER!!

I have just bought a takeaway - Lamb Szechuan which was tough as old leather - binned it. The tofu with mixed veg was bland and overcooked, the sauce had blobs of gel in it. I do not recommend

Bad customer service!!! I went into the shop and stood at the counter for a while waiting for my order to be taken. The delivery driver just stood there looking at me and the two people at the back didn't come to the front to take my order! Stood there longer than necessary so left!

WORST CHINESE EVER!!! (And I eat a lot of chinese!) Food is ridiculously bland and soggy. I don’t underhand how egg fried rice can be tasteless??? But somehow it was. Such a waste of money I really recommend saving your wallet and your stomach!! Women on the phone really rude too. Avoid at all costs!!!!!!!!

Asked for Singapore style noodles with less chilli was told no problem.... food came with no seasoning whatsoever and just had plain noodles with vegetables....when I called lady said hello hello then hung up and whencalled again just hung up straightaway

I'm just a passerby and I just have to say their special fried rice is absolutely special. Very generous. I will save this place on my map if I'm in the area again.

We are eating at this take away from 2014 and they have the same tasty food. I will recommend the variety of Meal box.

Plato de gambas muy sabroso y gambas grandes. Plato de pato, uno de los mejores para llevar tenía. Sin embargo, tanto platos demasiado zanahorias y pimientos y no muchas otras añadido verduras podría haber otras variedad de vegetales, pero no poner en platos. Albóndigas encantadora. Entrega en tiempo y cortés, lo cual es una ventaja. Sin duda el fin de nuevo para probar otros platos. Gracias por una comida agradable y sabroso.

Am very particular about hygiene and how my stomach feels if I order from a take away. I have never had any issues here. Very nice food and lunch timer deals are great! Would definitely recommend. They said they are still awaiting the stars on the door hygiene certificate to come through. Hopefully it will be a 5.

The worst Chinese food I've ever tasted. The prawn toast was dry and burnt, chicken satay was very salty and served with no satay sauce and the shredded beef was so awful that we had to throw it away. When I phoned the manager she said 'that's how Chinese people cook it'. She was Indian and she refused to do anything about it. Stay well clear unless you want to waste your money and have an upset tummy. The delivery also arrived 1.10hrs later. It doesn't deserve 1 star either! :(

I Ordered large sweet and sour chicken with egg fried rice and specifically asked them not to put too much vegetables, to my shock they put 95% roughly cut chunks of veg and pineapples very dissappointed as I order several times a week and most of the dishes taste same repeatedly in terms of flavour, ingredients and variety. I will be going back there until they get it right but not recommending anytime soon. No stars

This is the number one Chinese takeaway in and around harrow.Im in Ruislip and have tried many many other Chinese takeaways in ruislip,uxbridge,hayes,harrow,eastcote ect.none match Mr chans 5 stars all day long.

I have lived in the area over two years and even though I saw this place, never really tried it until recently. The reason being, we were quite tired of the tasteless Chinese food that we get around this area for take out and delivery. So a month ago we decided to try this joint. We started with Spring rolls (as we feel if a place can make good spring rolls their food might be worth trying) and never really looked back. Every week we end up ordering at least once. Everything we have tried so far has been yummy... The soups, noodles, starters, fried rice you name it.. even the prawn crackers. The food is fresh and delightful and this has become our favorite Chinese joint..
