Taco Bell in Harrow

My burrito was cold on the inside, when I complained he said he made it fresh, it should be hot, then he made me another one in less then 5 minutes and it was exactly the same, the wrap was hot, inside was cold - definitely NOT FRESH! Also £3 for 2 tiny churro and a dip, churros weren't hot or seasoned - NOT FRESH!! The chips were nice, if you do go after there after reading this review, ask for unseasoned, then you can fresh ones. Tables and chairs filthy, all dried up sauces, bins overflowing, not even appealing. Uber eats guys come in the masses into a tiny place and eat their own food. Anyway, save your money and go cheatmeals down the road for fresh food, btw I DO NOT work at cheatmeals.

Great service and very much friendly to vegan staff helped really nicely in figuring out what should we take, and also great great taste really satisfied with taste and service as well...@ value for money

I've lived in California my family still do,an I've eaten alot of Mexican food, alot of tacobell, delltaco, an small independent Mexican food places,honestly there better..But an it's a Big but the crispy shell beef taco from here is really good and so tasty,I literally crave these tacos,for me there's nothing better on the menu I only come here for the crispy beef taco an there hot sauce,try eating without making a mess,😆bet you can't..

Very limited seats, and crowded place. Service staff is good, helpful and very quick. Food quality is sub-par and portion size should definitely increase. I keep coming here though because its quick.have tried all the menu, like nachos, fries. Nachos can improve and so with burrito

My family and I ordered from here Sunday afternoon and we found that the crispy supreme wraps had the smallest amount of both chicken or beef. They were mainly filled with lettuce and sauce. Not very impressive. It's a shame as the small amount that was in there was quite tasty. Will I order from here again? Probably not.

Burritos were good but basic. And tacos were a little underwhelming. But, overall a positive experience.

The chicken tacos were good; however, the quesadillas were not upto par- it also ended up giving me an upset stomach.

We ordered the craving meal for 2 on NUMEROUS OCCASIONS since April 2023. This consists of two crunchy beef tacos, Crunchwrap supreme, chips with cheese sauce and x2 cinnamon twists. The cinnamon twists were tasty ONLY ONCE. since then every other week that I’ve ordered from Taco Bell the cinnamon twists are VERY BITTER AND TASTE OF OIL. inedible! We have complained to the staff at Taco Bell that give us another cinnamon twist portion but IT TASTES THE SAME, BITTER AND INEDIBLE. Don’t recommend the cinnamon twist at all, waste of money!

The food is good, also the quantity of food compared to price is very reasonable. The sitting area was nit clean enough.

You get what you pay for. If you want a better quality taco I would recommend Burrito in St. George’s, but if you need a quick cheap fix then this hits the spot. The device has definitely improved in terms of speed. The toilets are clean but the bins need to be emptied on a more regular basis. The store windows are always covered in condensation which makes the store feel clostrophobic. Taco Bell definitely serves its purpose hence I would recommend it especially as you can get 1 hour free parking on the road behind it.

Do not use this branch they have refused access to guidedog and recipient therefore breaking the law this branch needs to suffer and manager fired

Abysmal experience. Ordered through app earlier today and the collection was due at 2006 hrs. Went there for collection and I was asked to wait for 5 minutes. I ended up waiting till 2036 hrs and asked the store manager Scott to cancel as he wanted me to wait further more. I asked for a refund as they didn't even prepare my order and Scott asked me to register a complaint on the app in order to process the refund. Looking at the quality of Taco bell UK app it's a challenge in itself to get the refund processed. My hope for a refund of £12 is low, considering the user experience of the app itself. I've had similar experience with the outlet in Harrow earlier wherein the order placement in the kitchen was missed out. After experiencing the same journey twice my personal conclusion is, these guys are cheats and lack basic customer service etiquette. Would never ever visit them again and if the refund is not processed, I'll consider this as an arm twisted collection from Taco bell UK. While waiting many new orders were entertained and fulfilled. I was the only one who ended up waiting longer than expected.

Food is so nice. The inside of the shop feels like you are going to be held hostage but you’re probably taking out so not a big deal.

Dreadful! Horrible tasting, grim food. Bland. Staff are fine but the stuff they are forced to serve is substandard and nothing like Taco Bell in the states

Now I am aware that the pictures of the fare that are used in the menu boards bear little relation to the food you actually receive in practically every culinary establishment, but come on Taco Bell! The extraction of urine is the only way I can reconcile the image used to promote the quesadilla and reality! It tasted OK though.

It cost a fortune for service and delivery on uber eats. It came and was cold. There was literally about 10 chips in each bag. Five of us live in the house, three of us ate the food and two did not. I began to feel ill after eating it, it got worse and worse until eventually was Vomiting and having diarreah for the whole next day. My two children were exactly the same vomiting and diarreah as well. The two who did not eat it are perfectly fine and have no sickness what so ever. Horrific! I would never return to Taco Bell again and from now on will only use Tortilla.

Slow, but cheap and tastes pretty good the price. The cinnamon and churros aren’t the best. Nor is the fried chicken.

Can I give at this shop less than 1 star? I am very disappointed with the service they offered me today, I think I am not even the only one complaining about the managers and the people working there. My boyfriend ordered at the machines and they got the order wrong, before he lost his patience he asked please and thank you at least FIVE TIMES if they could make his burrito without sauces. They refused and showed us the receipt of our order 2 times saying we had to do it at the machines. They don't even bother to satisfy the customer, freaking awful. I hope this shop closes, I have never received such poor service I swear.

If you have been to a Taco Bell in the US, than you will definitely cherish this place

Worst Taco Bell ever. The manager on duty was very unprofessional and did not care about customer satisfaction AT ALL!! I had ordered the value of a £20 meal on Uber eats and had received the wrong food. I had them called the restaurant for some help and was refused a refund or them remaking my food ( it was there fault not Uber eats) and the manager just didn’t care. Will never spend my money at this branch again!!

Geniunely inedible. Arguable the worst American fast food I've ever tried to eat. As I'd never been to a taco bell below I asked the staff what the recommended and ordered what they said. To begin with, look at my photo, there's suppose to be meat in there but as you can see it's 99% salad. And the tiny scraps of meat that I did manage to dig out tasted like the lowest quality meat that I'd ever eaten. The fries were luke warm and very badly cooked. The cinnamon twists just tasted of sugar and were a bit stale. And the drink I was given was completely flat. In the end I just told the staff that I couldn't eat or drink any of it as the quality was soo bad. So they threw away my drink for me (as you can't throw all that liquid in the customer bin) and I threw away the food myself. Never had to throw away food in a 'restaurant' before. Won't be going back and I don't recommend that you go.

Had the most bizarre tasting cinnamon twists with my meal. Usually they're sweet and taste like cinnamon! My batch here had an awful bitter after taste to them. Don't know if they had expired but certainly shouldn't have tasted like that.

So disappointed of the service and the food as well! They where disrespectful, The order never came, I needed to come and pay again for food! Even I payed 2 times and they took my money plus the manager and staff treated awfull and disrespectful, the food was discusting disgusting, we ordered somethig and received another products. I will not eat there anymore from them and from this restaurants chain! Disgusted!

The worst service ever!!! We made an order of 78£ and waites for our products, no one came!!!! We came at The restaurant and The manager treated us like garbage we payed again for another order, anither 78£. Eevrything was garbage! The food was awfull! S-o disapointed! We never come back! Good service store not properly cleaned

I ordered from Taco Bell today and unfortunately three tacos were missing from the order. I contacted the Taco Bell to try and see if I could get the tacos delivered. The employee hung up on me multiple times and failed to try and assist me with this issue. Additionally, the employee made no attempts to try and rectify the error or to assist me in getting a refund. I’m disappointed with the service I’ve received today.

Took ages to get served, cashier threw my receipt away and was extremely rude to me and other customers. The quesidilla I ordered hardly had any filling or chicken and the pack of chips was half empty. This is the first time I've received bad service in store

Staff rude passive aggressive and whispering and staring at me trying to pressure me into not ordering certain products that would be a hassle to make never going again unsanitary and lax with hygiene rules in the evening and when manager isn't around :(

The staff are super nice and it's not a chaotic place to be in (which is saying a lot for a taco bell). The food is absolutely bangin and they know what they're doing. I wake up craving this food and that craving is always satisfied by the harrow taco bell. Hounslow taco bell happened once for me - never again; left traumatised. Harrow it is!

Customer services is very poor, one of the staff is very rude, unprofessional behaviour with Customer.

When I went into the toilet of this restaurant I noticed that right in front of me there was a massive mirror. So whilst I was sitting there doing my business, I could see a reflection of myself just sitting there, it was very unpleasing.

My memories of Taco Bell are better than the current reality. This is not fast food - the service was too slow. Lots of customers and deliveroo drivers waiting to collect orders. The food is ok - not super tasty/spicy. The best thing was my fries were hot.

Decent Mexican food (halal too) at a good price (you can refill drinks for free). They have several good value combo meals (Chalupa cravings for example) that'll fill you up. You can use a digital touchscreen to order or you can order from the till. Seating isn't plentiful so takeaway may be preferable. Staff are quite friendly and the in-store mood is fairly lax.

Thought I'd try this place out! Food took ages ages come and was cold, hardly any meat in the tacos we ordered and also they sent us the wrong drinks, over not impressed

Foods alright, but staff prioritizes online orders over in store visits, so took me 48 minutes, literally, to have 6 tacos and a drink. Order online and make it come to you, it'll be quicker.

Absolute waste of money. Had my order delivered and everything arrived cold. Thats fine I can put that on deliveroo whatever. As an American that's ate taco bell for years, this taco bell is trash in comparison, quality of the food is terrible(and taco bell is already just fast food). They use to have the option to get taco bell sauce packets with your order(at this location), and they took this option away now... Which is a staple of taco bell as a company... I don't know if this particular location is franchised but I would never order from here again.

It's a great place for a 🌮 taco!! The only problem is that they are too tiny haha!! Amazing prices but you will need to order way more to get full from this :D

Was really looking forward to trying taco bell but I must say it was a hugh let down. Got the tiniest but if chicken in what is meant to be a chicken quasadia. Won't be ordering again sadly.
