Always make sure when you are coming as some days the tacos taste way too good making you want more, if I can’t lie, the burritos especially the spicy variants taste amazing, however I’d reccomend coming twice a week or once a month because I always end up with diarreah so bad that I have to explode their toilets, it’s worth it though!

staff working at this restaurant are totally inept at following order notes and delivering what was ordered, rather than just fooling around. have been at this store in person and the gujrati contingent working at this place are unprofessional and totally lax in contrast to what is expected from a business serving food

I was so hungry and i went to buy fries this morning. The staff not even greet and they gave me stale fries. I used to having fries from taco bell so I know the taste. Extremely disillusioned 🥲🙁🙁

Hi, Food in general is not of good quality which is why they are priced accordingly. You are likely to face accidents if your food preferences are: vegan, vegetarian or halal ‘specially when you order online or using kiosk’. Several of their food items does not contain full description of ingredients. Also there is no way to contact customer services as their webpage to submit feedback is broken and doesn’t submit any requests. So think before you order if it concerns you.

Such a bad experience the food was stone cold the meat was tasteless and the burritos were really bad .in my opinion rice does not belong in a sandwich and it was disgusting.

The worst Delivery service experience. I live 5 minutes driving distance from this branch and it took over an hour to receive delivery. Food was cold. First and last Order.

My burrito was cold on the inside, when I complained he said he made it fresh, it should be hot, then he made me another one in less then 5 minutes and it was exactly the same, the wrap was hot, inside was cold - definitely NOT FRESH! Also £3 for 2 tiny churro and a dip, churros weren't hot or seasoned - NOT FRESH!! The chips were nice, if you do go after there after reading this review, ask for unseasoned, then you can fresh ones. Tables and chairs filthy, all dried up sauces, bins overflowing, not even appealing. Uber eats guys come in the masses into a tiny place and eat their own food. Anyway, save your money and go cheatmeals down the road for fresh food, btw I DO NOT work at cheatmeals.

I've lived in California my family still do,an I've eaten alot of Mexican food, alot of tacobell, delltaco, an small independent Mexican food places,honestly there better..But an it's a Big but the crispy shell beef taco from here is really good and so tasty,I literally crave these tacos,for me there's nothing better on the menu I only come here for the crispy beef taco an there hot sauce,try eating without making a mess,😆bet you can't..

Very limited seats, and crowded place. Service staff is good, helpful and very quick. Food quality is sub-par and portion size should definitely increase. I keep coming here though because its quick.have tried all the menu, like nachos, fries. Nachos can improve and so with burrito

The restaurant is located at a 10 min drive. For the order to be delivered almost 1 hour after it's been ordered, is embarrassing. Food came cold and small portions. The driver did not have a special bag to keep the food warm at least. Very disappointed, the kids too. Would never order from TacoBell Harrow again. Neither will I be using just eat. Both are a joke.

Food was alright, a cheaper alternative to certain items from KFC at least. The downside, apart from slightly bland flavour, was the aftermath. I thought the whole thing with Taco Bell upsetting people's stomachs was a funny joke from America but it isn't...

There was no nacho cheese sauce. This is very disappointing as it was the second time it had been missing from our order.

The order delivery time kept changing, which was fine as my teenagers were just happy to have a takeaway, but, when it did arrive it was stone cold, no acceptable for a £50 order for someone trying to treat kids for a change, so upset right now

First time at Taco Bell, we ordered the cravings meal for 2- £20, a nice choice of special to go with the tacos and reasonably priced as well, we added 2 guacamole which made it £23. A nice plate of mixed food which tasted lovely. Looking forward to ordering here again

The driver went somewhere else before he delivered my order . Did he have another delivery before mine ? The app didn’t mentioned that he has another drop to. I received my food completely cold . I was super hungry so I ate it but it was very disappointing. I took a picture on the route map as well but I am sure you can see his location too.

We were not happy with the order at all firstly the portion size has reduced significantly. I ordered jalapeño cheese fries but they sent chilli cheese fries instead. My Mum does not eat beef as she’s allergic, but they labelled the chicken Crunchwrap as beef and the beef Crunchwrap as chicken, my Mum started eating the wrong one! Not very happy at all!

Delivery was excellent, food was tiny portions, it is probably aimed at people on a diet.

My family and I ordered from here Sunday afternoon and we found that the crispy supreme wraps had the smallest amount of both chicken or beef. They were mainly filled with lettuce and sauce. Not very impressive. It's a shame as the small amount that was in there was quite tasty. Will I order from here again? Probably not.
