I ordered chicken burrito. The meat was terrible, stale and hard. Small pieces with hard strings 🤢 They do not take complaints you have to complain via delivery app but they usually do not accept it. Avoid!

this is third time they sent me stringy hard to chew meet looking like some leftovers ! it never happens when I eat at the restaurant, but always when I order to my home which means they do it on purpose as there is no way to make a complaint through uber eats!

Me and my friend were bored and doing a stroll around St.George’s Centre when we saw tortilla and WE LOVE TORTILLA so we popped in and ordered some Naked Burritos. Amazing service by Robin and Meadhbh, so lovely people, they made us feel better with their beautiful interaction and amazing food!!! Will come here again with my friend when we are stressed about our uni life. ❤️❤️🥹

placed an order via uber eats for a chicken salad bowl - food came covered in oil and cold making it completely inedible. the food also smells extremely awful and to be very honest, the smell alone has made me feel quite sick.

Baby portion. Ive been coming here and other branches for almost 10 years and the new staff are putting baby portions. Smallest chicken portions in any London Tortilla. Better off spending your money elsewhere.

received a dry old rice. after contacting them the said they will refund through deliveroo. when i contacted deliveroo they said the restaurant didn’t agree to the refund or reorder. this also happened few times before.

The burritos were delicious! 🤤 if you like a salsa picante you should try their sauce.. it’s extremely spicy in combination with the chips!

Overall the experience was good.

I got food poisoning from the tempeh. I don't think it was cooked properly

Worst service. We have asked for quesadillas and the way it was served was inedible, raw, uncooked and soggy. When I raised it with the staff they said it is served like that only and showed me the picture on the wall/menu which is completely different. So either the staff here don't know how to make it or then all Tortilla quesadillas are bad if this is how they serve it Tacos were average as well.

Had the large burrito - mixed meat (pork and chicken). From ordering to payment in less than 2 min, so if you're looking for something to grab quickly this is the spot. The overall taste was average, nothing to shout about. Was just bulked out with the veg (rice and peas) and so couldn't really taste the flavours of the pork or chicken. Not sure if I'll be back anytime soon. Service on the other hand was on point.

Went couple times with my daughter, she loves the rice and chips which believe me doesn’t happen very often. I tried tortilla and is very tasty. Highly recommended! Stuff super friendly 😊

Love this place but there’s a new employee, very young Caucasian woman who wears her hair in a ponytail, I believe her name begins with a D and her attitude is not pleasant compared to other staff, was served by her today and felt like I was being interrogated and she seemed annoyed by just doing her job

I like how fresh the food is from tortilla. The options aren't endless but decent enough to change your burrito every now and then. I find the staff very friendly at this place. Not a big fan of the atmosphere, but that is mainly due to its location, in between escalators in a shopping mall.
