Order delivery: This was the single worst meal I have had to date ordering on uber. Oh my gosh where do I start? Undercooked chips that are in the cardboard box drenched in oil, the lasagne was most certainly not freshly cooked. This was 100% a warm-up meal, and there is no way they can pretend it wasn't, it had some sort of fake cheese in it that didnt even melt-Icelands £1 lasagne tasts better than this abomination. And it's price was insane. My calzone i ordered didn't even come with my order and had to be refunded. The mushrooms are not very good, the best part of the meal was the garlic rolls and even then they are on par or slightly lowet than co-ops brand. In total this meal cost me just over £40 with UberOne, so actual price is closer to £70. Everything arrived cold, some of it colder than the rest so I'm assuming it waited for the rest to be done. I would genuinely rate 0 if I could.

I seem to eat here at least once a week, 😔 it has successively become worse month on month. There's no consistency even when ordering the same Pizza 🍕 they do other food but stick with the Pizza. Everything else a bit hit and miss. Mainly misses.

Ordered Grilled Vegetable Pizza and Deep Fried Cauliflower through Uber eat. Came with a spicy sauce. Tasty, quick delivery, enjoyed.

We finally tried Mozzarella Kosher after our son raved about it, and we were truly impressed! The falafel was outstanding—one of the best we've had in a long, long time. Fresh, crispy, and full of flavor. Our son, who never eats pizza, absolutely loves it here, which says a lot! The atmosphere was lively and busy, which added to the experience. The chefs deserve a lot of credit for producing such high-quality food at an impressive pace. The only small improvement we’d suggest is a clearer ordering system—maybe a sign to direct people where to order and a bit more structure for queuing. That said, the food was absolutely brilliant—delicious, fresh, and truly a pleasure to have. We’ll definitely be back!

One potion was A1 superb. The other was burnt no customer service and no refund. Don't know if I would go there again.

Called yesterday and ordered pizza and felafel my son loved the pizza the felafel was awesome absolutely dripping with tahini will definitely be back I can't recommend enough

Waited 50 mins for take away, 3 Pizza, chips and milkshake. Got home, the pizzas were all burnt underneath, the chips were soggy and cold. Got a £15 refund of £60 because I hadn't taken a photo of the food. Check the food before you leave the shop and take photos if you aren't happy!

Really liked our visit to here, service was very good by the young ladies working that evening, 4 cheese pizza and pesto pasta was really good, garlic mushrooms and garlic bread all good. Caneloni had too much spinach and not enough ricotta. Tiramisu was lovely.

This restaurant is mouthwatering. I go very often with family and friends. the service here just can't get better and same with food. The only problem I have ever found is Saturday night were teenagers come and take over the place they vape smoke swear it's just uncomfortable to sit and eat peacefully there on Saturday night but otherwise highly recommend.

I was in the shop and I ordered a falafel salad and the staff member misheard me and gave me a labriot salad an item I didn’t order I saw the boss and told him the story instead of trying to help he tried proving me wrong by checking the cameras he made me come upstairs to check and it turns out and I was right and you can clearly hear me saying falafel salad He didn’t even have the decency to apologise or compensate Where is the customer service????????

Good food, good service. We had a shakshuka, a pasta and an halloumi salad which were all very good.

I bought a Sabich which I have had before from Mozzarella & they were delicious. Today the Sabich was not put together well, it wasn't tasty & least one ingredient was missing. Very disappointing.

We arrived having booked a table for a family meal to find there was nowhere reserved for us. One of us was vegan and chose this restaurant as they advertise being vegan friendly. Once ordering a vegan pizza this arrived with dairy cheese but was handed to us as the vegan option. It’s a really good job there was no allergies to do as I had already eaten a slice before realising. Waitress was apologetic but a be dry chaotic experience

This place has been refurbished very well. The menu looks really good and our pizza was really good. Beats any of the kosher pizza restaurants in London.

I can confirm that the owner Ben, is a bully who takes small business owners to court without even giving them 24 hours notice. Thankfully the judge saw through your lies and you lost. The stress you have put me and my family under over the past 6months has been appalling. I would never lie in court and if you continue to publicity state this I will pursue you through the courts for defamation of character.

Had the same experience as Andy with a Calzone which was under baked. When I reported it on my next visit, I was told that I should have brought it straight back and wasn't offered any compensation. So whilst most of the food is good, obviously some improvement is required, but customer service definitely needs improvement.

I ordered 2 coffee. One of the staff's when she bringed the coffee she was so rude 😒 Specialy when she puted the coffee on the table I didn't expect this anyway the other staff were so good .

I ordered on Uber eats, it came quickly a few minutes later, it was all hot and fresh, they provided lots of cutlery, salt, and napkins, the coffee didn't spill because it was packaged so well. Recommend! However if you are going into the shop please be aware that you might have to wait a while to be served and don't even bother going there on Saturday nights, its a zoo.

We ordered a Calzone which cost £15. When we bought it home it was clear that it had not been baked properly as the dough was very wet on the inside.

Had a 16 inch margherita for £16 quid which is quiet expensive, taste wasn’t nice at all. Had to bin.

Efficient friendly service, good fresh food, needs to spend £ on bent blinds, chipped tables, scuffed chairs.

We stopped here for a coffee and snack in the afternoon. The place seemed slightly shabbier than I've known it in the past; a bit more attention would make a large difference. For all that, the service was very pleasant.

A couple of things we had to request more than once (more water, sauces etc), but there were a couple of large groups of ppl being demanding, and everything we asked for came eventually. Salads came without any dressing, but we asked for some, and were given a range to choose from. Onion rings were freshly breaded and fried onions, rather than frozen ready made ones, really quite delicious. Very comprehensive menu, with plenty of choice, even for the vegan in our party.

Customer service was appalling. Food not the best either, the waiter spilled sauce all over the table and when we asked him to clean it he just put some tissues over it and left it there! Overall bad experience would not recommend!

What a shambles. My wife had to wait over half an hour after my meal was served.Then they got it wrong, put in food items she can't eat.

What’s the Point frying onions rings in fish oil

Truly delicious pizza! A huge variety of vegetarian, vegan and kosher options at very reasonable prices. No meat on the menu, only fish. Achieved the trifecta of tasty dough, sauce and mozzarella! Only constructive criticism I could offer would be to allow customers to swap items on the pizzas for those of equivalent value - I wanted to swap peppers for mushrooms but was told (very politely) that this wasn't allowed. Perhaps there is a very valid reason for this so will give them the benefit of the doubt.

Staff were pleasant. The food was very good: mid-price but very generous servings. We had fish and chips and it was excellent. The servings were large enough on its own to fill us.

I have been coming here for years now. When its busy it can get a bit chaotic in terms of waiting times but that's understandable and is something that can be improved on. The rest of the time the service is great and the food is delicious - This is my favorite Pizza place in Manchester and the rest of the menu comes highly recommended as well. I think Ben has done a fantastic job getting the standards to where they are today.

After a long wait of over 90 minutes delivery the food arrived stone cold and missing a meal of jacket potato with creamy mushroom which I was really looking forward too. Tried to contact on both phone and email to rectify but just couldn't get through on the phone and no response via Google message. Absolutely shocking service in that respect. On a plus once reheated in the oven the focaccia was beautiful as we're the feta salads. Cant fault the food.

Amazing food! We eat here regularly (mostly take out). Their pizza, pasta and fish and chips are all amazing! The service is a bit of a hit and miss thing and sometimes their take out pizzas have not enough toppings (even when we've asked for extra) but, overall, we love it and highly recommend it.
