Amazing pizza, great value for money especially compared with everywhere else in Union square and so tasty. Great music, great server. Buffalo mozzarella is a must try!

Great food, tried this after always having the one in St Andrews and while there are many differences especially with the square shape compared to the circle in St Andrews it is still good and tastes great. I definitely recommend for a delicious meal that’s super filling

Difficult to understand how a place can go from being so good to so bad in such a short space of time. Previously used really high quality ingredients now just cheap and tasteless but charging way more. Mind boggling.

This used to be my favourite pizza restaurant in Aberdeen. Proper freshly-prepared authentic Neapolitan pizza. Now they have changed the dough and it’s no longer fresh. The pizzas have also changed shape. Absolutely dreadful. I would have been happy to pay more money for the proper pizza rather than be subjected to this. If Mozza continues like this it will go bankrupt.

This used to be my favourite pizza place in Aberdeen as I don’t do chains….. they only have two restaurants, the other being in St Andrews. What a disappointment with the new menu. Prices have increased and pizza size has gone down. I used to love the round authentic pizza but now a new shape in 3 sizes and the recipe is tasteless. My friend and I were given a small table for two when the restaurant was basically empty. Unfortunately we will not return unless changes are made for the better. The restaurant was also very cold and the bench seats are extremely uncomfortable.

Been coming for years and has always been great, but they have recently changed the menu and it was soooo disappointing. Prices have gone up and the pizza was bland dry and tasteless as well as being more expensive for less pizza. Please change back!

Popped in for a quick pizza before going to an appointment. Arrived around 5pm and shown to a table. Ignored for around 10 minutes as the solo waitress was doing everything herself. Pizza prices have gone up however there are less toppings and the dough is so thin in the middle it just disintegrates. Then to add insult to injury a 10% service charge is added for literally taking my order and dropping a pizza on the table. Not an enjoyable experience at all. Chain restaurant in a nutshell.

Have been here quite a few times and it's never disappointed, quick service and super tasty pizzas at a good price! I've tried the majority of the pizzas, sat in and taken away and it's always been delicious!

Pizza is ok, but they practice tip extortion by adding a hidden service charge. When you get your bill it will already be added to the total. The server will then "offer" to take it off the bill if you don't want to pay it. Pathetic. You're not in America.

I have visited Mozza aberdeen as per recommendation from my friends and they were NOT wrong! The pizzas are so delicious and for very low price and the stmosphere in the place is unlike anything I have seen in Aberdeen. With classic rock music you don't hear often nowadays to staff that has matching uniforms to highest class service and friendly homey feel to it, I recommend this place to everyone! My server Sam was so friendly and attentive and the way the team works together makes you leave the place with the smile on your face! Thank you Mozza team!

It was our first time at the place and waitress was so rude and condescending we choose to just get up and leave. There was no one at the door so we just come in and sit down, girl approached us and start telling us off for doing so. I apologised , stating that we did not realised we had to wait at the door, and she proceeded to keep telling us off, saying u have to wait at the door in all restaurants. I mean, come on, u r at the shopping centre selling £6 quit sandwich deals. Excuse me for not realising u r not a fast food place. At that point we just got up and left.

In town and hungry. Saw Mozza and went in to give it a go. Best pizza ever. Friendly atmosphere and service. Highly recommend.

Great pizza and great staff, however deliveroo is horrible. The driver/rider did not even pick my order up from the resteruant but still somehow "delivered" it to me. Then when I contacted deliveroo customer support for a refund, I was not believed. The name of the deliveroo driver is "Jerry" and name of the deliveroo customer assistant is "Pheletso", both should not be working there. On the bright side, I contacted Mozza and they will compensate me with a fresh order the next day for collection, even though it's not their fault. Thanks mozza, shame on you deliveroo.

Me and my partner went today 20/06 for lunch, we did not know this restaurant but we left pleasently surprised, we took 1 pizza to share considering the big size of one and the chef was so nice to do half and half for us. The pizza tasted like heaven and the price it's way too low for how good is the pizza! The staff was amazing too and really accomodating, just sad there isn't a Mozza down in Essex! Best pizza ever had in the UK!

Ordered mozza bar no. 2 and pizza no. 11 When The food came the so called buffalo mozzarella with cherry tomatoes, olive oil and basil came with no basil. When I mentioned the basils was missing the waiter returns with ONE LEAF of basil. The buffalo mozzarella wasn’t authentic as it wasn’t even creamy, I suspect that it’s just a whole ball of the ordinary mozzarella that is put on the pizzas. The pizza was alright but not great. No. 11 is supposed to be an award winning pizza but honestly nothing special. The waiting staff were a little slow and one waitress attempted to wear a mask and no one else bothered. The visit wasn’t a complete disaster until I came home and felt ill and bloated. Minutes past and I have raging diarrhoea twice. Honestly don’t think I’ll be coming back.

Quite an initially daunting menu. Was hard to follow the range of pizzas at a glance. They don’t headline with ‘Pepperoni’ or ‘Hawaiian’ for example, you have to read the full description to know. The pizza base is pretty good, but the toppings were not spread out terribly well and many ended up in a blob. Wasn’t easy to eat without a knife and fork. Service was fine, as was the price, but I think there are better pizzas in Aberdeen.

From start to finish, our lunchtime visit was an excellent experience. Would recommend. The waiter was so friendly and professional, look forward to visiting again.
