Mozza in Renfrewshire

This is the most disgusting pizza I’ve ever had the misfortune of receiving. Raw and inedible. The restaurant is under renovation at the moment but the take away had recommenced. As a treat we though pizza and a movie - it was a punishment. Just had to order something different from another establishment- if this is the standard of food we are now to expect, don’t bother reopening the doors at Byers Road.

The best pizza that we have had outside Italy in our opinion. Really good sourdough base & tasty tomato based sauce. Service was excellent & the staff were very helpful & friendly. We look forward to going back when we have more time & enjoy a good glass of Italian red wine.

We are regular visitors to Mozza as absolutely love the Cocktails and Pizza here and the front terrace is great for people watching, service and staff are fab, nothing is to much trouble, if visiting the west end of Glasgow this place is a must.

I had a lovely lunch with my daughter today and the service was outstanding as staff are friendly and chatty and the food was the best Italian food I have tasted in Glasgow.

We were given a very warm welcome. Had a cheerful Italian waiter, who was friendly and helpful. During service, other staff assisted, providing us with drinks and taking our bill - all were super friendly. The pizzas were great - and terrific value - plenty of toppings, interesting dips to accompany them (although great on their own). We ended up having too much to eat - and so staff happily boxed our pizza to take away. Drinks reasonably priced too for a top location on Byres Road. We'll certainly be going back to this restaurant again - and soon. Highly recommended.

I am a returning customer. I have been visiting Mozza Byres Road regularly since its opening. Being an Italian in Glasgow I can only recommend Mozza to other Italians or to those who wants to experience the Neapolitan way of eating pizza (sourdough and fluffy). If you are used to Dominos's or Pizza Hut or your frozen pizza from Farmfoods do not go anywhere near. Pizza is really good. Staff is attentive, nice and friendly. I personally am not a fan of spices / spicy meat toppings so my options are fairly limited but I do always liked their pizza

Visited last Saturday evening 31st July with wife and our 11 yr old twins. First visit since it changed from Pizza Express. Lot more personal feel and really good value. The pizzas were terrific and the kids loved their ice cream and orio milkshakes at the end. The set meal for kids was ample for our daughter, the boy managed most of his a la carte one. Hannah and Emily on the floor looked after us really well. We will be back soon.

Had such an amazing time! The food was amazing that I ate everyone else’s food as well. Our waitress (who said her name was Emily) was a delight! So informative and knowledgeable about the menu, not to mention lovely and so funny! Will definitely be back for more and will be recommending Mozza to my friends.

One of the best pizza’s ever. The flavours of basil, spinach and red onion chutney was a beautiful combination, highly recommend it. Staff were lovely, friendly and attentive. We’re both looking forward to returning.

We had a table for 4 on a Saturday night, really enjoyed the food and the staff are helpful (possibly not enough of them - I agree with other reviews). Desserts are huge. Slightly slow service but we weren't in a rush. We've previously eaten outside too, and had the same good food. Pizzas so much better than eg Dominoes if you ask me!

My daughter finished up school for the summer on her birthday and wanted to do something special. We booked Mozza and she was really happy with everything. The food, the service and the staff were all as always friendly kind and accommodating. I enjoy the atmosphere here. The restaurant is exceptionally clean.and most importantly the pizzas are second to none. Thank you for making her birthday special.

As Italian I can say that you won't find a pizza as tasty as this in UK, definitely the best one! Staff is friendly and the service is fantastic.
