Motore Cafe in Sheffield

I want to counter the unfair 1 star review with another 5 star review. The coffee is always top notch, I always make sure I’m 20 minutes early for my train to make sure I have time to get one. The staff are always super friendly even when outside in the winter. The Hibs fan even remembered I was a Villa fan even though I’m only there once every 2 weeks!

Motore Cafe is an absolute gem near Sheffield Station! This charming kiosk offers a warm and inviting atmosphere, perfect for a quick coffee stop. We ordered two Americanos and one cappuccino, and all were absolutely delicious. The coffee was rich and flavorful, exactly what we needed. The staff were incredibly kind and friendly, making the experience even better. Plus, the weather was perfect, making it an ideal moment to enjoy our coffee while waiting for the train. Highly recommend this lovely spot to anyone passing through!

Changing trains at Sheffield station around lunchtime on a long journey. I decided prices inside the station were extortionate, but I had time to figure things out to find something a little more cost effective (there’s a Spar not far away.) On my way back to the station I stopped off at this lovely looking little stall. The chap behind the counter was very friendly and made my coffee (a latte) without fuss, even offering to make it as large as he could in his biggest cup at no extra charge (£3.20), even offfering to put in an extra shot. What an absolute legend. I heartily recommend using this stall for a coffee if you have time. The volume wasn’t massive, but I can’t deny the packed flavour of the coffee. Show some steel and support the little people, rather than the big companies inside the station.

My favorite place to get coffee in Sheffield. I only wish they had a shop location in the city! Maybe someday. They are super super friendly here and the quality of their cappuccinos, flat whites, lattes, etc. is amazing! Top notch milk steaming skills from these people 👌🏻. I always set aside an extra 5 minutes when I’ve got a train to catch just so I can stop and grab a coffee here first!

Dodge the Starbucks inside and come here instead! Coffee is much better quality and slightly cheaper too which is a bonus. Also recommend the cannolis, especially the pistachio.

I love this cafe. Funky van in the park. Coffee always top notch and staff friendly. Been a regular for 4 years and always consistent quality and service. One batista used to sketch all the regulars dogs. What service!

A lovely little cafe in the station. Has a high quality with cheap price. Too good to drink a nice coffee in here when you are waiting your train.

Lovely coffee, great staff. One time my cappuccino tasted extra milky for some reason, and they gave me an extra decaf shot for free, just to be nice and helpful. Highly recommend!

Motor is excellent An essential addition to your train journey

Swung by for a coffee before my train and just wanted to be nice and have conversation with a stranger. So complimenting the look of their beautiful pastries and cannolis, they gifted me with two cannolis. Might I say they are absolutely delicious and so is my mocha. I wish this wonderful business the best.

Great coffee, probably my favourite in Sheffield. Accessible location especially when commuting, but if you're in the city centre it's worth walking out of your way for it. FAR better than any of the chains around sheff and the folk who work on it are lovely

Fantastic flat white. Made with care from a cute trailer in Bingham Park. I’ve also had one from their trailer outside Sheffield train station. Would reccomend their coffee!

I bought from the stall outside the station. They really make sure that they get it the way you like it, and knock off about 30p if you bring a reusable cup.

I often change trains at Sheffield and recently had time to find a nice coffee and found motore right out side the station, I was going to wander into town but glad i didn’t . Great coffee, cheaper and better than the chain places inside the station.

Always amazing. Such efficient, friendly and high quality service and products. The baristas always make sure to check that your drink is how you like it too which really makes a difference. The one thing I think is missing is perhaps a little shelter or warmth for the staff and maybe customers. When it is windy and rainy one can be put off by venturing out, whereas I think if there were a few heaters the staff and customers would be even happier and warmer

Had coffee today from them for first time today in entrance to Bingham Park. Excellent coffee, smooth and full of flavour, really good. Had a pastry too... nothing to write home about but perhaps it was too cold and would have been better warmed, rather than eaten in the park.

Friendly, perfectly-located now in lockdown when so many people are walking in Endcliffe Park and Endcliffe Park Cafe, though brilliant, is so busy. Motore do great coffee, really quickly, they're really friendly, and the chocolate-filled pastries are the perfect accompaniment to their cappuccinos. What's not to like! :-)

A great little van half way up the slope as you walk from the rail station into town and the Uni. How they always remain cheerful and positive in all weather is amazing! Great coffee and wide choice. Well worth checking out. Grab an espresso to help you on your way up the hill!

Es casi una farsa esperando mi excelente café de Motore y ver los pasajero interurbanos pasando por, con su toma anticipados de las cadenas más importantes de café. Su día de trabajo sin duda será aburrida y difícil ya, ¿por qué empezar el día con sub-estándar café?! Se sirve café Motore de tuk-tuk transformado, perfectamente situado en la pendiente entre la estación y el centro de la ciudad, y la calidad es excelente.
