What a beautiful place for Sunday lunch! Ya have to book well in advance but will say the beef was the best I've had. Wish there were different veg just bc I'm picky and didn't eat what was there. I prefer broccoli, corn and green beans ;-) Either way it was amazing and well priced.

Best Sunday lunch we have had everything was cooked to perfection. 100% recommended.

I heard about the steaks here so obviously had to try one. Fillet was unreal! Lovely log fire and Country vibe, very friendly staff, definitely will return.

I was visiting the area with my wife and sister from the west midlands at the beginning of September and had two wonderful meals at the moss Inn. Wonderful food excellent service and friendly staff. Definitely recommended.

Absolutely lovely Sunday lunch wouldn’t go anywhere else.

Steak sizzler. Beautiful. Had a table for ten with different orders. Everyone said they really enjoyed their meals.

Best Sunday lunch around. Great country pub atmosphere with really good prices. Steak nights are popular and they cater for vegans/wheat allergies etc

Outstanding! Sunday lunch one of the best ive had. Serving staff 1st class. Its a wow from me.

Me and the mrs’ went tonight she ordered a medium 16oz sirloin which came rare & I ordered a 20oz sirloin but was extremely disappointed at the amount of fat on my stake I understand the fat you get on the outside of the steak but it was halfy half fat to meat. Other than that the chips etc where really nice but when you go for a meal spending over £50 for two you expect the stake to be cooked right and not just a lump of fat.

On arrival were told there would be a delay due to events in kitchen, but well worth the wait meal was very good as was the service would highly recommend.

Visited today, Sunday lunch for 4 adults. Absolutely brilliant food, friendly staff, great place to go.

This is in the next village to where my in laws live and its a treat to drop in whenever we visit. The landlady, Carol, is a lovely lady and very knowledgeable about the local area. The food here is hearty, well cooked and well presented. The staff are friendly and there is a huge selection of drinks to whet your appetite.

Have now been twice for food and can't fault it. The burgers and steaks were fab. Very friendly staff. Will be back again.

We had a great time last night we had fancy dress and raffles and auctions and other things for children in need what a very friendly pub highly recommended .
