Nice food however the service from the lady who works here was absolutely appalling! Very rude very unwelcoming. Even went into the back to ‘complain’ about us to the chef.. little did she know we speak the same language! Lost our custom

This Sri Lankan and South Indian food is delicious! I asked the guy to recommend a few meat and fish dishes, and they were all so tasty. It’s a great value, no frills cafe. The guy was so friendly and took the time to talk us all through the dishes and he checked that we liked them. The chef even came out and Said hi. Incredible king fish curry, lamb biriani and chicken kottu. I’ve just moved to the area and will become a regular for sure. 5 stars!!!!

I've just moved to Kingsbury and tried all the restaurants. I asked a local and they told me about Mo's Restaurant. This is my 2nd visit and the food has been amazing. Chicken chilli and chef special noodles are amazing. Highly recommended

Went there after 3 years and was confused as if I entered into a religious place you mistake. My favourite was lamb biryani. This time it lacked their usual taste and flavours . I hope the owners keep their faith apart from trade. Can't think of going back.

Regular customer at this wonderful little restaurant/takeaway. The food is absolutely fantastic, have never been disappointed! Reading through the reviews I saw a complaint about how hot it is, yes, the curries can be pretty damn spicy, but the flavours are fantastic. The staff here are all lovely, if you prefer you're wondering how hot a dish is or fancy it a little bit milder I have no doubt they would be happy to accommodate. The Biryani and the curries are delicious, if you fancy something a little different go for the Kottu, you won't be disappointed. Dishes are great value for money.

Let me sum up Mo's. Mo's simply offers THE BEST SRI LANKAN (Muslim) food in Kingsbury, and maybe even in London. Please don't go into Mo's expecting a great decor, speedy service and a rich drinks / deserts menu. Because if you do, you will be let down. But you can expect GREAT, AWESOME food. I would suggest ordering a takeaway rather than dining in and to double check your takeaway before leaving (they can make mistakes at times). Mo's also takes time to get your food out because it is all cooked & prepared fresh. Trust me, the wait is worth it. And there you go, thats Mo's for you ! Great food at an affordable price !

Asked for "Chicken korma". The menu states that it is "mild", "delicious", "with coconut milk" and so on. Got it as take away. When I opened it it became clear that it wasn't korma. After a taste, for my unpleasant surprise, it was "chicken curry"! Hot as hell! No coconut whatsoever, no raisins, no sweetness. This is not my first time eating korma, so I know exactly what to expect. I went back as asked for the korma I had paid for. After a few apologies and minutes I got the same box with the same chicken curry and the addition of regular milk and some leaves. Garbage! I'm not coming back, ever. You can find a better restaurant with better service anywhere in London.

This tiny restaurant, run by a Muslim family, offers fabulous Sri Lankan and South Indian food. There is no liquor license, so it's soft drinks only, but the food makes up for that! Warm family atmosphere, excellent food and reasonable priced.

Went as a family and had great food - enjoyed 3 different dosas and shakshuka paneer, all delicious. Friendly service too.

We were visiting the NEC for the day and staying in the town over night, we walked in without a reservation around 8pm and they were packed. Luckily they were able to find us a table after a little wait. The menu is extensive and tempting, we opted for just popadoms and main courses, which was a good move considering the sizes of the main portions are crazy! They are huge. The food was hot when served and remained the same whilst we were eating. The flavours were incredible and it was one of the nicest curry’s we have had for a very long time. The service was a little slow, but they were busy, so I can’t hold that against them. Visiting from down south, we a pleasant shock when we got the bill, as the cost was considerably lower than it would have been at home. A great meal, lovely food and at a great price. Highly recommended
