Morrisons Hartlepool Cafe in Hartlepool

Been comming here few years now for breakfast and we allways get extras as normal and each time we come just seems to get worse bacon rashes still raw, missing items soggy items they watch you like a hawk and they dish out tomato sauce as if it's gold dust never returning again ever ho and change your oil in the fryer. £22 pound odd wish I didn't bother

Terrible all day breakfast, funny coloured beans, cardboard bacon & cheap sausages, floor disgusting, table filthy, no cups to make drinks, never again!

Don’t bother my dogs eat better food than the crap they serve here, cold greasy and dried out apart from that it was fine for the bin.

Absolutely disgusting , all tables very dirty , the cutlery still had crusty foods on it , coffee machine broken with brown water running out the Back of it , food was cold & un appetising . No qualms got full refund .. staff couldn’t apologise enough !

Breakfast on 12/05/23. Sausage was good, beans and bacon were OK, mushroom was stone cold, fried egg was luke warm with a yolk like rubber, toast was very underdone. Won't be back.

Disappointed ☹️ all the food was warm not hot all over cooked terrible They brought the wrong thing ( we ordered chips ) got mash would never return unhelpful staff too fuming 😡
