Morrisons Blaydon Cafe in Gateshead

I don’t understand how a cafe can serve in such dirty conditions. Cutlery and crockery with stains and remnants of food. Had to ask 3x for cup to be changed. On 3rd time the lady used a cloth that she was cleaning surfaces with to clean the dirty cup. No apologies or help from staff, just blank looks. Serious improvements are needed to make the place more hygienic. Customer service could use an improvement too.

Sadly there are never enough staff to get served efficiently. Most of the visits they are out of stock of many things hot and cold and often the food served is cold or incorrect. Get the impression mot enough staff? Xx cutlery and plates often not clean and tables not clear x

DIrty environment with tables not cleared and dirty cutlery for guests to pick up. I paid for a "festive stack" but after 30 min was told there were no chicken burgers, so had to choose a cheaper option. Presentation was also poor
