Every time when I buy large fries box the quantity is always different sometimes they give full box and it is worthy but sometimes when some girls are working there they give less j they just fill half box. And that was too disappointing.

This place is amazing you should come here it’s the best place to eat amazing service free WiFi and multiple times I’ve come here they’ve given me a quick eat whilst waiting for my order

Morley chicken is the best , with good portions of chips and big juicy chicken pieces!, and above all this there prices are very reasonable, and friendly staff, makes a welcoming visit to go to their shop , plus easy parking . I would recommend this shop to all

I DNT understand why food quality is not consistent here. Previously I ordered food it was delicious and hot most important factor. Last night when I ordered again thinking the food will be tasty and hot. But it's proof me wrong . I received stone cold fries, stone cold BBQ chicken burger, And all of the food was stone cold.bbq chicken wings , spicy chicken wings. Morley has to look after the staff this is definitely a factor. They need much professional staff atleast understand food temperature. If you think it takes longer to deliver then my answer is no. The food was delivered in 15 min that's mean it's from kitchen. Waste of money,waste of time , mood off , And shame in front of guest as I told they have best food in town. Spoiled my eve. Morley look after this. It's not delivery boy fault. Amazing food the morley’s is a fantastic place to get some high quality food. I have almost tried everything on the menu and everything i have tried has been excellent and mouth watering the staff there are lovely as well all kind and listen to what you order highly recommend this place as i will be making a visit regularly

Unbelievable service. Ordered food and waited an hour, I rang and they told me I need to find a driver. The woman’s (SWETA) wouldn’t answer any of my questions and was trying to start arguing. Never order food from here people!

I ordered peri peri whole chicken this chicken made me to hate grill chicken from now on I feel sick luckily my family refused to eat I had abit and started vomiting 🤮 I mean why ? The smells was disgusting horrible I swear if I would bring the chicken along with officers ur shop would be shutting down locked to provide sucha smelly chicken to the customers. They we’re trying to cover the smells by spices no way ..I washed my mouth several times and had drinks plenty of water I still feel sick 🤒

I have been going to this Morley’s chicken for over a year I got food poisoning from here a while back n I just thought it was something else until the other night. After eating from here again got food poisoning again this time I’m sure it was this place as I woke up that morning feeling like I’m about to die. diarrhea , vomiting. The place hygiene is not up to standard. Careful of going this place.

I cannot lie, payed £10 for 2 mountain burgers essentially and the chicken fillet was abysmal. Thinner than a pancake, could have probably slid it through the gap in Kate moss teeth and extremely battered. For the price this was shocking for both burgers. Usually they are alright but just because of the price and the hunger pains I was feeling before and after, just had to let the world know. Maybe stop being so cheap and do not serve the shocking fillets on a burger of that price. Customer service was banging but they definitely did me dirty, so do not really know how to gauge the situation.

UberEats delivery. I ordered the “combo meal 1” which comes with a piece of chicken, 3 bbq wings, fries and a drink. There was no piece of chicken… the main component of the meal was missing. The bbq wings were not that nice. I did order normal fried wings separately which tasted nice and since that was the only enjoyable part of the meal I will give them 2 stars.

I normally go to the shop often but this time I ordered for delivery. I put in my notes what piece of chicken I want I was sent 3 pieces none of what I asked for and the skin was soggy and not crispy bad fried chicken. The bbq wings were not cooked properly but coated in a nasty bbq sauce waste of money because it is delivery they do not care really disappointed. Put all my food in the bin and in the future I will use another local chicken shop this Morley’s is nothing like the quality of the other Morley’s in northwest London. Money is very hard to earn cook people good food.

Food was ok. Chips were cold wouldn’t recommend and tasted like they were fried in dirty oil but the burger was ok. Overall probably won’t eat here again doesnt have the original Morley’s taste

Food here is always fresh, whatever time of day you go! Usually quite busy (whilst good, means it's sometimes a struggle to get a seat). However when you do get a seat Jesus its worth it. Premium Burger is the best thing on the menu, although everything is good!

I would like to edit my review which I left 2 years ago. This place seems to have turned around for the better. I have had consistent good orders recently.

For all of the low reviews, please note that alot of them are people who ordered via Uber eats... In my honest opinion, fast food such as fried chicken, burgers etc...these should never be ordered. The chips naturally go soggy, the chicken will loose it's crunch and the food in general will just lose its freshness. PLEASE DO NOT BE LED ASTRAY BY THESE RIDICULOUS 1* STAR REVIEWS. I have consumed a fair amount of fried chicken in my existence, and I can whole heartedly say, if you enjoy fried chicken, then Morley's is the DEFINITIVE experience. Bought a spicy chicken fillet burger on 26th Oct at around 1pm. You can decide if this is cooked or raw.

I just want to say the customer service I received was definitely not profesional and will be taking my complaints further, I called because I wanted to ask why there was two different menus and two different apps which he told me it’s just Uber menu before getting to my second question about my allergy I could tell he wasn’t bothered just like that he hang up the phone, so definitely won’t be ordering from Morley’s.

Inside the shop is Hot and no air is being ventilated. The chip I got was cold.

Please remember to toast the buns. The fries are nice and crispy, but let them cool a second to avoid melting the polystyrene carton.

Man at the til took our order and repeated it to us. The ordered wings, a burger and fries. The guy didn’t put the burger in even though we waiting for 5 minutes for it to be cooked. Didn’t realise til we were home. Annoying because the shop was empty.

I just want to say that I think KFC is average. Every time I’ve been there I’ve been disappointed. Morley’s is outstanding. Tasty and succulent chicken with crispy chips.

Do not order from here at all! I ordered a 8 piece chicken bucket and waited patiently for 45 minutes. The food came and the chips were smelling of oil that wasn’t fresh and had a oily taste, the chicken tasted the exact same with a oily bitter taste then after to my surprise, the chicken was undercooked and very chewy with jelly type of chicken skin which is very disgusting. I called the restaurant and spoke to the manager but apparently it was cooked all fresh and nice from scratch, i told him he could come and see how “fresh” the chicken he made was. I then asked him for a re delivery or refund but he said he can’t do that at all despite the chicken being undercooked with a smell and taste of dirty oil ,chips smelling of dirty oil with the same taste. All he said is “when you come in next time, I’ll take care of you and give you extra wings when you buy a meal here next time” which is absolutely rubbish as who in their right mind would go back to a restaurant to spend more money when the food was terrible. Avoid at all costs.
