Good food ,I am not had like this any where and smily working staffs, I got food on time.👌

I ordered fries and strip burger , tbh burger was full of mayo and fries tasted not good like it was old cooking oil .

The chicken size was small, they were like the size of my thumb. The fries were cold and unseasoned. On delivery I asked for sauce, didn’t get any. Best part of meal was probably the Miranda / drink

I don’t now what these guy aryan and Deon are takin about the munch is dead ,rat meat was found on the floor and a young boy named harshiv told me you want some extra saucy stuff in your burger and proceeded to fart in my food he then ran away and a young man named Omar started to eat and mumble I looked further into his food he was eating square shaped chips almost like a box

UberEats delivery. I ordered the “combo meal 1” which comes with a piece of chicken, 3 bbq wings, fries and a drink. There was no piece of chicken… the main component of the meal was missing. The bbq wings were not that nice. I did order normal fried wings separately which tasted nice and since that was the only enjoyable part of the meal I will give them 2 stars.

I normally go to the shop often but this time I ordered for delivery. I put in my notes what piece of chicken I want I was sent 3 pieces none of what I asked for and the skin was soggy and not crispy bad fried chicken. The bbq wings were not cooked properly but coated in a nasty bbq sauce waste of money because it is delivery they do not care really disappointed. Put all my food in the bin and in the future I will use another local chicken shop this Morley’s is nothing like the quality of the other Morley’s in northwest London. Money is very hard to earn cook people good food.

Food was ok. Chips were cold wouldn’t recommend and tasted like they were fried in dirty oil but the burger was ok. Overall probably won’t eat here again doesnt have the original Morley’s taste

Food here is always fresh, whatever time of day you go! Usually quite busy (whilst good, means it's sometimes a struggle to get a seat). However when you do get a seat Jesus its worth it. Premium Burger is the best thing on the menu, although everything is good!

I would like to edit my review which I left 2 years ago. This place seems to have turned around for the better. I have had consistent good orders recently.

By far the best fried chicken I have had. I look forward to going, especially when the manager is in. Very polite and professional, I have never been disappointed. The wings are fantastic, very well seasoned and just the right level of crunch. The pieces are great too. Very well battered and seasoned, and cooked perfectly. The chips are great too. For all of the low reviews, please note that alot of them are people who ordered via Uber eats... In my honest opinion, fast food such as fried chicken, burgers etc...these should never be ordered. The chips naturally go soggy, the chicken will loose it's crunch and the food in general will just lose its freshness. PLEASE DO NOT BE LED ASTRAY BY THESE RIDICULOUS 1* STAR REVIEWS. I have consumed a fair amount of fried chicken in my existence, and I can whole heartedly say, if you enjoy fried chicken, then Morley's is the DEFINITIVE experience. Bought a spicy chicken fillet burger on 26th Oct at around 1pm. You can decide if this is cooked or raw.

I just want to say the customer service I received was definitely not profesional and will be taking my complaints further, I called because I wanted to ask why there was two different menus and two different apps which he told me it’s just Uber menu before getting to my second question about my allergy I could tell he wasn’t bothered just like that he hang up the phone, so definitely won’t be ordering from Morley’s.

Inside the shop is Hot and no air is being ventilated. The chip I got was cold.

Please remember to toast the buns. The fries are nice and crispy, but let them cool a second to avoid melting the polystyrene carton.

Man at the til took our order and repeated it to us. The ordered wings, a burger and fries. The guy didn’t put the burger in even though we waiting for 5 minutes for it to be cooked. Didn’t realise til we were home. Annoying because the shop was empty.

Worst customer service of all. I have never seen anyone else provide such abysmal customer service. Guys have no respect for you. Another lady walked in and she walked out immediately as she wasn’t paid any attention to. The worse chicken shop in Wealdstone

I just want to say that I think KFC is average. Every time I’ve been there I’ve been disappointed. Morley’s is outstanding. Tasty and succulent chicken with crispy chips.

Do not order from here at all! I ordered a 8 piece chicken bucket and waited patiently for 45 minutes. The food came and the chips were smelling of oil that wasn’t fresh and had a oily taste, the chicken tasted the exact same with a oily bitter taste then after to my surprise, the chicken was undercooked and very chewy with jelly type of chicken skin which is very disgusting. I called the restaurant and spoke to the manager but apparently it was cooked all fresh and nice from scratch, i told him he could come and see how “fresh” the chicken he made was. I then asked him for a re delivery or refund but he said he can’t do that at all despite the chicken being undercooked with a smell and taste of dirty oil ,chips smelling of dirty oil with the same taste. All he said is “when you come in next time, I’ll take care of you and give you extra wings when you buy a meal here next time” which is absolutely rubbish as who in their right mind would go back to a restaurant to spend more money when the food was terrible. Avoid at all costs.

Very bad experience, I hope no one will ever eat at that place, poor service quality, the guy that took the order was speaking at the phone for 5 minutes after which, when we wanted to leave took our order. No face covering, no gloves while handling food, bad smell inside the shop and also the food smells off. Everything apart of the fried tastes awful 😨 luckily I didn't eat otherwise I would've get food poisoning for sure. Do not recommend eating there at all.

YOU HAVE TO TRY THEIR DELICIOUS FOOD! My name is Solomon A.K.A "Lil_Squidward". I am a regular customer of this chicken shop. From previous experiences, I believe that the delicious, crispy chicken and succulent chips sprinkled with peri-peri powder are the best food combination. But I still wouldn't mind some extra food as I come here very often. Moreover, on the door it is written "Free WiFi", but there is no free WiFi. This is not a major issue as the shop makes up for it with its brilliance. BEST CHICKEN! Furthermore, I go there most days after school (because it has the best food). The workers are very kind and friendly. They have allowed the customers to feel welcome. I still wouldn't mind bigger chicken wings and more chips. The seats are comfortable. Going here has become a habit for me. Overall, everybody should visit here as they have the best food in the whole of the UK. Thank you for the amazing service and food! I would travel the world for the juicy, rich chicken wings and scrumptious, mouth-watering chips that are seasoned with odoriferous peri-peri powder. PENG TING!!!

Awful rudeness from store owner. Would never order from them again. They get the order wrong and the manager shouts at the customer, how is that right?? Would stay clear of them completely. Great wings and staff... let’s hope some thicker chips surface over time. Can confirm that even the BBQ wings remain crispy: a rarity in the modern day chicken shop. Also offer peri salt on the house and sauces too.
