Left disappointed tonight - always order from here and always incredible food and great portion sizes but tonight paid £2 additional for a small handful of curly fries and what tasted like just a cheese slice on top. Also got a milkshake that tasted like off milk. Hopefully it's just a bad one off and won't happen again.

We placed an order on Uber eats. Two different family’s ordered food on separate bills. They phoned us to tell us one of the items was out of stock and we could change it so we did whilst on the phone we made them aware of important information about an allergen. Said please make sure it’s plain and doesn’t have any cheese on. The order arrived and it was completely wrong. Called to tell them and was told sorry contact Uber for a refund because we can’t bring it back out we don’t have our own drivers. Then the other family who ordered got someone else’s order and we asked the driver to stay whilst we checked it and he said call the moonlight back and I’ll head back and when we did he said sorry contact Uber we can’t do anything. Poor service we even made him aware it’s was a celebration why we were all ordering. Why bother calling and we make information very clear to not even bother doing it in the first place

Absolutely fantastic honestly I’m genuinely blown away for what you pay for you get your moneys worth it’s packed in amazing packaging and tin foil that worked amazing keeping the heat the milkshake was lovely the whole thing even the delivery was amazing absolutely fantastic I will be ordering again absolutely brilliant

Lovely desert and food! Love the interior and the fact you can sit in which a lot of places stop doing unfortunately. Ordered churros and the Nutella and strawberry waffle everything was so fresh and lovely presented 🥰 will come again.

Iv ordered from here before and food was nice. This time the chips were not cooked properly the bacon in the dogs was just a full piece with f bacon places on with the smallest amount of cheese. The halloumi was the same was very very disappointed our whole thing order went in the bin

Fries were undercooked and the cream in the profiteroles was sour.

A good variety of food and dessert. Service was quick and staff were friendly. I had my twin toddlers who acting their age; yet still the staff were very welcoming and kind. We went again for takeaway; the service was very quick too.

first order and not disappointed, (one thing bacon is like Spanish bacon ) food was hot ,chips fresh burgers great ..

Excellent Cheesecake, but milkshake not quite upto the standard of The Midnight Delivery, too loose and liquid like. I like my milkshake to be very thick. But would order cakes from here.

Amazing food yet again, cannot fault this place and this is my third order now. Food is so tasty, my kids absolutely love the American cheese and fries it’s the best around and so reasonably priced. Everything is so well packaged and burgers are succulent just as you want them (have tried chicken and beef from this place).Portions are good and the delivery was quick (this time only waited 15 mins). The guy called me to check what ice cream I would like as one I ordered was out of stock, the ice cream range is insane and tasted amazing (ferrero rocher and Oreo) as he could hear my little one in the background he also throw a free bubblegum in free of charge). Will be ordering again very soon!

Poor food. Churros dry, definitely not fresh. tight with the sauce. Ice cream nothing special.

This is one of the best takeaways I've had in a while. Hot dogs were lovely and hot. Milkshakes are nice and thick. And nacho cheese is 11/10! Would absolutely recommend! 5* 🥰

Good stuff, forgot to remove mayo from burger so my boyfriend couldn't eat it but everything I got was great lol

Food was good but the delivery driver was very aggressive and nasty because he struggled to find my address. He shouted in my face at how stupid the car park was and that he had spent too long finding my home and wouldn’t be delivering here again. There is one main road directly outside of my home I am not sure how he missed this. I am a disabled woman living alone and he terrified me. Won’t be ordering from here again, they are lucky I haven’t reported him to the police.

Food arrived freazing cold all chips over the bag not one bit of it got ate was like he walked here with it

The food was late and cold an was missing one lot of chips I would like a refund and it was 1 hour late with no comment are explain as to why it was late .

Ordered at 10pm and food was still great quality , they even rang me to say they had ran out of a flavour ice cream I ordered and do I want to change to another , they could have easily just lashed anything in but they gave me the choice ! Ordered for the first time. Absolutely loved the biscoff sundae. Generous and made with loveee. loved the brownies and milkshake as well. Love the menu spread .Will definitely order againn.

Both milkshakes we ordered were off the cream or milk they used. You could taste it was off and also left the after taste as well we were disappointed because we liked starbys.

Please please please change the cheese sauce back to what it used to be! 🙏🏻 I love the food always warm and drivers are lovely but the new cheese sauce is nasty 🤢

WORST BURGER EVER HAD ONE BITE AN HAD TO SPIT IT BACK OUT

Ordered a tango ice blast and cookie dough. Had a bad time constantly trying to contact the restaurant as they kept pushing the delivery time back. Food came and was damaged. The drink was melted and split everywhere, the bag was ripped because of it. The food was soggy.

Food was delayed and very cold when it arrived. The wraps are also very small for the price.

Possibly one of the nicest hot dogs ive had. Wasnt hot but was still warm. Will deffo order again

Ordered a salted caramel cheesecake, Biscoff cookie dough and a milkshake for first time. Milkshake was very nice, however rest of items were pretty sickly. Unfortunately I won’t be ordering here again :( Not sure why I can’t respond back to your message, but yes I mean it was to sweet. Thanks

Comes in cute pink boxes , BUT milkshake was melted and the food freezing! Except the brownie that was hot! Soggy slither of unwashed stale lettuce on HALF a wrap 4”! I payed £7 for is a joke . Should be a full size wrap for that price as it don’t come with fries either! I ordered them separately an they were ice cold! First time ordering think it will be a last for me

Starbys is by far the best place to order desserts from, especially the cookie doughs, absolutely spot on each time and cookie dough is made just how it should be! Staff are always lovely too, wouldn't go anywhere else for a dessert

I am raving at how phenomenal the customer service is. There was an error with my order and the team were so wonderfully at fixing the error and I got a fresh batch of food delivered. I am grateful for them taking the time to make a new order and delivering it even after the store had closed with smiles. I would highly recommend Starby's the food tastes phenomenal and worth every penny. Thank you to all of you at Starby's

I felt like a late night snack and stumbled across Starby’s. WOW! The milkshakes are amazing and out there in the top 5 In Merseyside in my opinion and not to mention the cookie dough in a well presented box…. So delicious and will be ordering again. Thank you

Am absolutely fuming ! I’ve been waiting 2 hrs for my food… am pregnant and it’s telling me my food has been delivered, and every time I try to ring the shop it rings out. Never again will I order form this please

First time ordering from here. The double was gorgeous so tasty a very high good standard as well also the chips with Bacon and Cheese and spring onions was delicious and a great portion as well Milkshake as expected lovely no issues same as Tango Ice Blast just like the Cinema. The desert was delicious this is a very highly recommended delivery takeaway. Food is well packaged in separate boxes as well . I had an issue with my order however it was sorted out straight away fantastic service fantastic takeaway

Food is disgusting safis is there place to go for desserts half of the reviews are from owners just another bog standard frozen foods place! The food was extremely cold. They cut the wrap with tin foil on it and there was tin foil specs in my wrap. Food was also late. Definitely won’t be ordering from here again unfortunately.

Was craving desserts and American foods and saw Starby's on Deliveroo - loved the selection and wanted to support a local business, so took a chance. TOTALLY worth it!! While there's minimal order tracking it came within 30 minutes, and everything was wonderfully packaged. Ordered a burger and fries, waffle, cheesecake and chicken nuggets. Absolutely nothing to complain about, very high quality for the price in comparison to city centre places like Kaspa's and Archie's. Wonderful selection, the cheesecake is to die for! Only single problem was I ordered a peach Fanta and got pineapple, which I couldn't have due to allergies, but this was hardly a problem as I know sometimes you just don't have what's been ordered. Whole family was impressed, definitely will order again or perhaps pop down myself! Hope you guys stick around!

Tried out the starship and the loaded fires and have to say that it couldn’t get as tasty as this, the customer service was amazing and I didn’t have to wait that long for my food to be ready, the milkshakes were really good as well, would recommend 100%.
